About Vacasa, OR - Oregon Coast Office
Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.

Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.

Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!

Needs some upgrades
As many have said before, the view was great but would be a lot better if they took out the huge bush in the way. The place was clean and well stocked but the carpets were terribly stained and gave the place a dirty feel. From reviews it seems like this has been a problem for years. New carpet for such a small area can’t cost that much. Also, they have a bad sub flooring problem in the dining room. Very easy to trip and fall if your not careful. While we had a nice relaxing time ( we adapted!) we would not rent this cottage again unless upgrades were made.
We are in the process of taking this home under the wing of our design team which will help with quite a few of the comments in this review. Thank you!
I wanna stay forever
The location was perfect. Just far enough outside of town to get more secluded and the view was amazing. Would have liked a table on the patio, but loved that it was a stocked kitchen. The only noise we heard were the waves crashing. I would definitely come again.
cheap and dirty
Disappointing condition, weird combo of furniture pulled straight from the free section on Craigslist. Broken blinds, giant hole in the carpet, which was also heavily spotted and stained. The second bedroom was actually a laundry room with a bed in it. Poorly maintained yard, bad parking situation. Quite a let down for the cost. Could've reserved a nice hotel room for the price. View was nice
Clean, cozy oceanfront home
The home was clean, cozy and we really enjoyed the oceanfront view. The only downside was that there was no direct access to the beach from the property. Otherwise, it was perfect!
The view and the fact that we could bring our dog made for a great stay.
