Hacienda Hills Country Club is a quick golf cart ride away and offers 18 holes of Championship golf and has a wonderful country club restaurant & Grill. You're less than a mile to Spanish Springs Town Square where you'll find many restaurants, shopping, grocery store, movie theater and FREE live entertainment nightly. Rio Grande Neighborhood Recreation Center is a quick golf cart ride away if a day at the pool with your grandkids are in town visiting. If a quiet day pool side is what you had in mind head on down to the Chula Vista Recreation Center where you will find an adult only pool as well as horseshoes, bocce ball, shuffleboard, tennis & pickleball courts, game rooms, billiards room and so much more! You are in the heart of the community located 1.5 miles from the Lake Sumter Landing Market Square where you will find more shopping, restaurants & FREE live entertainment as well. You will never be far from all the fun!!

You'll feel right at home the minute you open the front door. This beautifully decorated home has an open airy feeling with the vaulted ceilings and a fun coastal feel. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals or entertain new friends, the dining room has a large table that seats 6 comfortably and the newly added solar tubes bring in plenty of natural light. The living room offers plenty of comfortable seating and a 50" screen TV for your enjoyment with solar tubes to let in more natural sun light. The master bedroom has a high-quality comfortable king size bed, large walk in closet, TV and a private master bath. The master bath offers a walk-in shower and his & her sinks. Towels and linens are provided. One guest bedroom offers a comfortable queen size bed and a flat screen TV. The other guest bedroom is set up with two comfortable twin size beds. The guest bath is roomy and has a tiled tub/shower. The large open backyard is beautifully landscaped and offers a serene setting. I'm sure you'll spend many hours relaxing in the lanai. It's the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee while reading the paper and planning your days activities or just curling up with a good book with the relaxing sounds of nature. You will find a table & 4 chairs as well as 2 comfortable cushioned chairs for you to sit and relax with friends before heading off to the FREE nightly entertainment at one of the Town Squares on your golf cart. The new gas BBQ grill is ready and waiting for you to fire it up and grill your favorite meals with your new friends.

This home comes complete and includes a gas golf cart, his & her bikes, BBQ grill and WiFi internet connection. With the purchase of resident ID cards you can use any of the 29 executive golf courses with no greens fees. And these executive golf courses are not your typical 'pitch & putt' courses. They present some challenging par 3s and the occasional par 4, with three sets of tee boxes to accommodate golfers of different skill levels. You pay resident rates on greens fees at the 11 Championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, organized activity swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, horseshoe pits, billiards tables, tennis courts, pickleball courts, basketball courts, sand volleyball and over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.

This our 2nd year renting through Down Home Management and plan on using them in the future. The house was well equipped, clean, and was on large lot. The extended lanai was fantastic. It has a table and chairs for 6 but can easily seat 8. It also has a very comfortable area that seats 4 for cocktails, reading, or watching just taking a nap. It has a roof so we used it rain or shine.

We liked the convenience of walking to Spanish Springs and Chula Vista recreation center. The house has a large lot in a quiet neighborhood with the front in a cul-de-sac and the back on the corner of Del Mar and Rio Grande which is somewhat busy with traffic. The house is spacious but older (1991) and rather dark inside. Because of all the hard surfaces the kitchen is noisy. The golf cart needed to be repaired before we could use it.
