Our Condo is in pristine condition with a fantastic lakeview. It is beautifully furnished to accommodate 2-5 people comfortably. Very well appointed spaces with a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bedding with new mattresses, brand new linens, pillows and towels. Private balcony and a gas BBQ overlooking the Manteo Resort and the lake to watch the stunning sunsets. Very close to Kelowna General Hospital, wineries, golf courses, ski hills, many pubs and fine dining restaurants, grocery stores, movie theatre, shopping and family entertainment such as the H2O adventure and fitness centre. Public transit is right out the front door. The Condo's private parking space plus guest underground parking (2 stalls in total). TVs, DVD and high speed WIFI internet included. Available to rent by the day, week or month. Buzz in access to suite. Cleaning Service will welcome you and are happy to help you get settled.

Living in Edmonton Alberta we have enjoyed many years coming to the Kelowna in the heart of the Okanagan and now we would like to share our beautiful condo with others looking also to enjoy a vacation with many wineries and beautiful lakes to visit throughout the Okanagan Valley and remembering great skiing in the winter months.

Cozy unit

Spent a great week in this 1 bedroom plus den unit. The unit is in excellent shape and well taken care of. The kitchen is extremely well stocked with everything you could possibly need. We met one of the property management staff. She showed us our unit, parking spot and answered any questions we had. Great lakeview and very centrally located to everything. Despite many occupants in the building it was very quiet. Having a dishwasher and washer/dryer in the unit was also very handy while on vacation. Would definately come back to this great space!

Everything we needed

The condo was excellent. We were travelling with our two young boys (4 and 1-1/2 years). The two bedrooms gave us ample space, the living area was spacious and comfortable. In suite laundry is always a big plus for us! Heated garage was great with the cold and snow on this visit. The owner was very gracious and contacted us both before and during our stay to ensure everything was in place. Highly recommend it and will likely stay here again. Thanks!

The condo itself was very clean and very nice. We probably would have given five stars but the carpets in the two bedrooms are in need of upgrading very badly. They look dirty and very worn. The shag throw carpet under the coffee table should go also. The building has very little security and that is important to us. Once one is in the parking area there is no other fobs or keys needed anywhere. Great location and great spin/bar classes in the building.
