The villa is beautiful, clean, and spacious. Emma is a fantastic host with great taste. The villa is a gorgeous place- modern, yet true to its history.
Some of the details that make it outstanding:
Emma is a responsive host who gave great ideas of what to do in the area and communicated quickly and clearly throughout the process from early inquiries to after we had left. She also connected us with an amazing chef who prepared three outstanding Provencal meals that were declared by our well-traveled group as some of the best meals they've ever eaten.
The beds are incredibly comfortable! Every, last, one of them.
So many little details- the decorating, the multiple outlets, the fans in all the bedrooms, the extra refrigerator in the basement, the regularly-scheduled visits by the pool maintenance and the cleaners... My friends all remarked, "The photos don't even do it justice!"
There is a great market, boulangerie, and fruit/veggie market all within approximately a four minute drive to the village.
The multiple seating areas that build community- I invited five of my closest friends, none of whom knew each other previously, and a strong bond was formed among all, which was helped by the large square table in the kitchen, the seating area with room for everyone in the living room, the additional seating area in the apartment for hot afternoons, the multiple chairs outside by the pool. This is a lovely old farmhouse that builds connections.
I highly recommend this property.
