Lovely house in a beautiful corner of Spain

Our family had a wonderful summer holiday here. The house was very comfortable , the view down over the Ria Pontevedra is wonderful. We loved sitting out on the terrace just admiring the gardens and the glorious view. Our boys spend days jumping around the pool, playing in the huge garden and lazing in the hammock. The robot that comes out at night to cut the grass was also a source of much fascination for the boys!

Très beau gîte avec un très beau jardin. Petit problème avec la chasse d’eau des WC mais le propriétaire a réagi très vite. Très belle région , nous avons profité des adresses que le propriétaire nous avait indiquées.

Voy a ser lo más sincera posible Casa pequeña para 5 personas y mascotas como dice el anuncio.no se ajusta a la realidad una de las habitaciones son literas para niños no para adultos Demasiadas moscas La zona está muy bien Trato con el propietario : nulo No nos gustó el trato recibido ni x parte de la chica a nuestra salida y. todo x tfno Solo se preocupaba del robot y q la casa no tuviera pelitos de mascotas Volveremos sin duda pero no a esta propiedad

Casa pequeña pero ideal para 4. No le falta de nada y el porche y jardín espectaculares. Muy bien cuidado todo. La piscina genial para refrescarse y las vistas inmejorables. Todo es como las fotos. Los dueños muy amables y atentos. Nos ha gustado mucho y sin duda volveremos.

Tolle Lage, sehr gepflegter Hof mit viel Platz - wahre Erholung für Augen und Körper. Viel Platz im Hof für Kinderspielplatz. Toller Blick über Meer und Umgebung. Romantischer Holzbungalow, der etwas knapp bemessen ist, aber mit Wochenendhaus-Atmosphäre ohne Bindung. Einfach hinsetzen, entspannen und genießen. Perfekt für Menschen und Familien mit maximal 2 Kindern, die statt Luxus eine Umgebung zum Wohlfühlen suchen.

Un vrai paradis

Conforme à l’annonce. Tout y est, le confort, le calme, la piscine est un vrai plus…. Le chalet est top mais le terrain autour avec sa flore et sa faune est juste paradisiaque et offre une vue magnifique….. Proche de tout, commerces, plages, villes et villages incontournables…. Meilleur coin de la Galice et des propriétaires aux petits soins et d’une gentillesse extrême !

Stunning views, great property

The owners were very welcoming and accommodating despite a language barrier. The grounds and views from the house a beautiful. The house itself has everything you might need and was very comfortable. The only negative of this property were the local dogs who barked for the majority of the night. Would definitely recommend for others to stay here.

Semana espectacular

Estuvimos una semana a finales de septiembre y tuvimos un tiempo espectacular. La casa es muy acogedora y tiene todo lo necesario para que no tengas que llevar nada.La decoracion es preciosa. Pero lo más espectacular es la enorme finca toda cerrada a la que no le falta detalle y que está muy bien cuidada. La parcela tiene unas vistas maravillosas y si se va con mascotas como fue nuestro caso disfrutaran muchisimo. La ubicacion es en un sitio muy tranquilo pero sin embargo a pocos kilómetros de alli encuentras pueblos con mucho encanto como Combarro o Sanxenxo o incluso la ciudad de Pontevedra. Los dueños de la casa son unas personas muy amables y agradables que hacen todo lo posible para que te sientas como en tu propia casa. Sin duda una experiencia para repetir

La casa es tal cuál se muestra en las fotos y está bien equipada, no hace falta llevar gran cosa aparte de ganas de pasarlo bien (hay toallas, lavadora, secador de pelo, lavavajillas, cafetera, sandwichera, batidora, exprimidor, nevera con congelador... como en casa! Incluso había azúcar, sal, aceite, infusiones, refrescos en la nevera...) . En el estanque hay peces y ranas y pegado al estanque hay una jaula con periquitos, agaponis, etc que además estaban criando, a las niñas les gustó mucho!!! (A nosotros también, por supuesto). La piscina también dió mucho juego y el jardín está bien cuidado, con mucha variedad de árboles y con buenas vistas a la ría de Pontevedra. Los dueños muy agradables y atentos, y el folleto informativo que nos facilitaron muy completo y bien redactado (explican qué se puede ver, dónde se puede comer, información para manejarse en casa como dónde está el botiquín, qué hacer para que el robot cortacésped trabaje, etc). Hay riego automático en el jardín, también en la balconera, la piscina cuanta con depuradora de arena. En 2 minutos estás en la playa, la de Laño recomendada para ir con críos, se aparca a pie de playa, hay árboles para estar a la sombra (cotizados, llegar antes de las 11 de la mañana) y el agua es muy tranquila, sin corrientes, tiene rocas eso sí y la arena no es de grano fino fino pero compensa ir, además no es muy concurrida, casi sólo por los lugareños, el resto de playas que vimos ya están bastante más saturadas de gente. Para ir con los peques, a media hora te plantas en Marín para ir al Parque de los Sentidos o en La Toja para ir al jardín de los Grovits o al Acuario de O Grove (caro, 15€ por adulto, se salva la papeleta si te quedas a la exposición de aves rapaces, hacen 2 al día). Como anécdotas ó excepciones, este añoo (2018) había muuuuchas moscas (no mosquitos, no picaban ni mordían pero cada día se barrían unas cuantas de las que iban muriendo), la positiva que el agua estaba bastante caliente para ser Ría/Océano Atlántico (malo para el marisco, aunque el que probamos en varios restaurantes era de 10 jeje). En definitiva, una muy buena alternativa para unas vacaciones tranquilas, en familia, en un lugar agradable donde comer y descansar bien a partes iguales.

Enorme tuin met een knus huisje!

Veel privacy, mooi uitzicht en goede uitvalsbasis voor bezoekjes aan de omgeving, stranden en steden. Huisje is van alle gemakken voorzien, ietwat kleine badkamer. Leuke kinder slaapkamer. Prima plek met als enige minpuntje blaffende honden 's avonds en snachts.

Location tres agreable

Location bien située avec une superbe vue, au calme, permet de bien se reposer malgré les aboiements incessants des chiens aux alentours. La maison est très propre et ne manque de rien. Le jardin est magnifique et bien entretenue. Les commerces sont à 5 minutes en voiture,comme les plages. Les propriétaires sont très gentils, disponibles et discrets.

Magnifica casita de madera

Este verano hemos tenido la suerte de disfrutar de unas inolvidables vacaciones en Samieira. Todo un lujo la casita de madera en la que nos hemos alojado. Todos los veranos alquilamos una casita con jardin y piscina para poder pasar las vacaciones lo mas comodos posible con nuestros dos perros y de entre todas las casas que hasta ahora hemos conocido, sin duda, esta la mejor. Cuidada al detalle, con unas fantasticas vistas y unos encantadores dueños que se han esmerado al maximo para que disfrutaramos a tope de nuestra estancia. Sin duda, muy muy recomendable para disfrutar de unas agradables vacaciones. ¡Nosotros volveremos! Hasta pronto y gracias por todo.
