Apartment located in the heart of the Mancaversa marina,
consisting of two large bedrooms with large windows, a bathroom, dining room- kitchen complete with all services: stove, pots, flatware etc ... with double sofa bed, laundry room with washing machine, outdoor area with table, chairs and barbecue .
A few steps from the apartment there is the square of roses, ample space for walking, there are games for children, bars, pizzerias, restaurants and shops of all kinds, where in some periods of summer the events of the municipality take place from Taviano. The sea is about 250 meters away.

Casa marina di Mancaversa

Casa pulita, la signora Giulia molto gentile, all'arrivo ci ha fatto trovare acqua fresca in frigo, fichi e fichi d'india già sbucciati.. unica pecca la spiaggia scusa gliosa che a noi non piace, ma come punto d'appoggio per spostarsi nel Salento è ottimo.. nei dintorni della casa ci sono buoni locali dove mangiare cucina casareccia a prezzi modici..

Comodità nella semplicità

L'appartamento composto da due camere spaziose è dotato di tutto il necessario per poter soggiornare come a casa propria, arredato in maniera semplice ma funzionale. Nonostante non ci sia l'aria condizionata rimane molto fresco per cui non si avverte nemmeno la necessità di averla. La signora Giulia e il marito proprietari della casa sono persone molto cordiali e soprattutto disponibili per ogni esigenza o necessità. Molto gradita la colazione a base di pasticciotti tipici salentini offerta il primo giorno. Molto consigliato soprattutto per chi desidera tranquillità lontano dal caos cittadino ma comunque vicino (al massimo 40 minuti da Santa Maria di Leuca) alle migliori spiagge del versante jonico. Cittadina di Mancaversa piena di eventi per tutto il mese di agosto, graditi per passare

La signora Giulia è stata davvero disponibile. La casa è semplice, pulita e ottima per una vacanza al mare. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Meglio qui che al centro di Gallipoli....raggiungibile comunque con bus, NCC o auto se muniti in 10 minuti max

J ai été agréablement surprise et je remercie la propriétaire de son efficacité et sa gentillesse.

Dans l ensemble si c était à refaire ce serait au même endroit avec les meme personnes . Je le recommande et lui offre 4 étoiles
