Very calm. All facilities
Very spacious 3 bedroom villa, 3 bathrooms and beautiful gardens, situated in a quiet residential area of L'Escala. The villa is located within walking distance of a large pine forest where you can go to a picnic, hiking and mountain biking. It is just 7/8 minutes walk from the beach Riells and car reach the beaches of Cala Montgo and Ampurias. All beaches are sandy. Great beach bars serving a variety of food and drinks. Lifeguards and first aid posts on all beaches.

Nice house which offers a good privacy

We liked it very much as it is quiet, clean and close to the beach. The host is super sympa and the communication was very good.

Beautiful bungalow to enjoy your holiday

We really enjoyed our holidays, the house is ideally situated. Beach and supermarket is just a few minutes by foot. There are also a lot of restaurants in walking distance. The house was clean and tidy . Can only recommend this house.

Perfekte Lage und Nähe zum Meer

Insgesamt eine schöne Unterkunft. Zu Fuss ist man in 7 Min. am Meer. Eine Klimaanlage wäre sehr schön gewesen, allerdings tut es der Ventilator auch. Zunächst hatten wir Sorge dass unser PKW nicht in die Garage passt. Aber nach etwas Übung ging dies auch. Die Gastgeberin war immer erreichbar und sehr freundlich. Gerne wieder.

Schöner Urlaub am Meer mit Hund

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr entspannend! Die Einrichtung des Hauses, vor allem die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Auch unser Hund konnte sich an einem kleinen Strand austoben! Unsere Gastgeberin Marta und ihrer Mutter war immer gegeben. Auch im Garten mit schönen Palmen und Orangenbäumen konnte man es sehr gut aushalten. Einziges Kriterium war das fehlende Wifi, sonst wäre es noch perfekter. Gern kommen wir wieder.

Das Haus war sehr sauber, würde es immer weiter empfehlen.

Ein paar Kleinigkeiten müssen noch getan werden, aber der Hund und wir waren sehr zufrieden. Viereinhalb Sterne hat das Haus verdient. Ihr Bruder hat sich immer direkt bemüht uns zufrieden zu stellen. Ist uns eine Freude wieder zu kommen.

El alojamiento muy bien hemos pasado unos días disfrutando muchísimo,hemos ido con mascotas y al igual que nosotros han estado genial.la ubicación para nosotros genial a la vez que tranquila a un paseo del centro y la playa Marta y si madre muy atentas para cualquier cosa y muy agradables. Estancia no satisfactoria

Mal, porque pagamos mucho dinero y no henos recibido los servicios correctamente, hemos Estado 10 días y la nevera no funcionaba se lo comentamos a la propietaria y nada más que recibíamos comentarios como si fuera culpa nuestra, intento buscar técnico para arreglarlo pero nos fuimos y la nevera no se arreglo con el trastorno q supone en verano y con la ola de calor q henos sufrido, tuvimos q tirar comida y comprar para hacer en el momento ya q no enfriada la nevera. Usar el congelador para poder beber cosas frías y comprar hielo todos los días. Por otro lado se trata de una casa vieja, que la han lavado la cara reformando los baños y la cocina. Muchas hormigas sobre todo en la cocina y baños, tuvimos q comprar cucal para el intentar q hubiera menos. Un lavabo y ducha atascados. Hable con la propietaria para recibir una compensación económica por tantos incovenientes y recibí el indulto de chantajista, q pusiera los comentarios q quisiera q total para dos veces q reserva la gente por esta web la daba igual. Voy a poner una reclamación. Gracias Saludos

Lo primero es agradeceros a ti y su marido el comentario. Hubo un problema con la nevera, tenéis toda la razón del mundo. En cuanto me lo solicitasteis, por varias vías (seguro del hogar, Racc,...) se llamó a un operario para que viniera a repararla. Tal y como os comenté, el técnico del seguro del hogar acudió a verificar la nevera. Realizo un informe que la nevera funcionaba, lo único que le había ocurrido, era que la puerta había quedado abierta y había hecho hielo. Nos indicó que la descongeláramos durante 24hrs y que la volviéramos a conectar. Y así lo hicimos, la nevera sigue funcionando, no se ha cambiado ni ha hecho falta repararla. Vosotros entendisteis que os echábamos la culpa, no, simplemente era un hecho. Lo único que os iba a reconfortar era una compensación económica, de algo que nadie tiene la culpa, pero en cualquier caso el propietario seguro que no, ya que no estaba viviendo allí. Y si, cuando tu esposo insinuó que no pondría un mal comentario a cambio de una módica compensación... ya no le deje acabar la frase. Tienes razón. TODOS los comentarios que tenemos son sinceros, nunca falsearía mis cometarios, alquilo en esta web desde 2004, con hasta 4 propiedades distintas, casi todos mis comentarios de 4 y 5 estrellas. El resto de problemas, al parecer han surgido después de salir, y sin comentar por mi parte las quejas de los vecinos por ruidos a partir de las 23.00 de la noche. En cualquier caso, muchas gracias por vuestro comentario y vuestra estancia. Marta

Una casa super cómoda, espaciosa ordenada y limpia que es muy importante. El lugar es tranquilo para descansar, también tienes cerca el centro turístico y la playa. La verdad que lo pasamos super bien. Nos encantaría volver.

Fantástica!

Hemos pasado unos días fantásticos. La casa está muy bien situada, cerca de la playa y en una zona bastante tranquila. Ha sido perfecta para los perros,ya que los muros son altos y el jardín era suficientemente grande para que pudieran jugar y correr. Al ser el muro bastante alto hemos tenido privacidad y hemos podido pasar largos ratos en el jardín tranquilamente. Marta nos ha dado todas las facilidades y se ha preocupado de que todo estuviera OK. Muy recomendable.

séjour à l'Escala

Très bon séjour, maison bien située pour les promenades et les magasins. L'endroit est calme, la maison pratique avec ses 3 chambres et les deux salles de bains. Il y a de la place autour de la maison pour manger dans le calme quand le temps le permet. Nous sommes venus souvent, nous ne sommes pas déçus.

Beautiful house and very pleasant environment

It was the second time where we stayed at this house. and it was again a wonderful holiday .The house is situated near town and near to the beach, everything can be reached by foot. We will be back definitely next year! Sunisa and Günter

Relax y calma total

Casa limpia y sin nada que reprochar. Baños nuevos, cocina nueva.... Lo único que, depende de como sople el viento hay cadenas de la TDT que no se ven. Precio acorde con lo que calcula la web, sin suplementos ni sorpresas (no hay plus por mascota, ni limpieza, ni por consumos...ni siquiera fianza, al menos en nuestro caso que solo íbamos 4 días). Comunicación con la propietaria ágil y eficaz, con 3 emails ya teníamos la reserva hecha y nos marcó los días en el calendario. Gracias por la confianza y sobre todo por aceptar mascotas. Nosotros sin nuestro gato no somos nadie.
