Very nice apartment (almost a small house with its three gardens) in small luxury residence with swimming pool and beach at 200m. Ideally located in a quiet area at the exit of St Florent near the vineyards of Patrimonio.
This apartment offers excellent comfort. A main entrance overlooking a small garden with pantry and an entrance through the large bay window opening onto a shaded terrace all day and the 2 levels of gardens on the sea side. A new terrace facing the sea has just been realized (exceptional view on the Cap Corse) The first room also opens onto the terrace and enjoys a superb sea view. It is equipped with a bed of 160 with mattress and box spring new, and a wardrobe closet closet. The second bedroom offers a sofa140 sofa bed equipped with a very good mattress. It is also equipped with a closet/wardrobe and a small desk. The kitchen has a very complete equipment. (Large oven, ceramic hob, microwave oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, Nespresso machine, coffee maker, etc....
The living room dining room is perfectly equipped: TV screen 130 cm, WI-FI, HI-FI, DVD player, books, armchairs, sofa, dining area.
The apartment also has an independent pantry where there are washing machine, barbecue, beach umbrella, clothes rack etc.... Terraces and gardens are perfectly furnished with outdoor lighting and equipped with sun loungers, armchairs, quality garden furniture and have an exceptional view of the sea and the Gulf of St FlorentThe nearest beach is 200 m away with pedestrian access. St Florent, called St Tropez Corse is an authentic village located in the hollow of the gulf and surrounded by mountains and vineyards. Its small port with its restaurants, cafes, shops and petanque grounds invites you to stroll.

Vue magnifique sur le golfe de Saint Florent

Très bon séjour en famille chez Stéphanie, excellente situation de ce logement à la fois au calme et proche du centre de Saint Florent... et de Patrimonio. De bons restaurants aux alentours, une super épicerie à Patrimonio et des plages magnifiques aux alentours.

Nous avions été conquis par ce logement à la vue des photos sur l’annonce et des avis. Malheureusement, la réalité était différente. Logement pas propre et cuisine encore moins. Invasion de fourmis jusque dans la salle de bain. Pas de parasol sur la terrasse et un manque de confort (lit très / trop mou, pas de Clim -cela figurait dans l’annonce-, pas de matelas dans le lit bébé, pas de chaise haute, lave vaisselle HS, four odorant). Bref, passez votre chemin. Vous trouverez mieux ailleurs pour le prix proposé.

Haus mit fantastischem Meerblick

Gemütliches Haus mit mehreren kleinen Terrassen, alle mit fantastischem Meerblick und bequemen Liegen oder Sitzgelegenheiten. Sehr sauber und komfortabel eingerichtet, die Küche enthält alles, was das Urlauberherz begehrt: nicht nur reichlich Geschirr, Töpfe, Pfannen, sondern auch kleine nette kleine Schälchen für die Häppchen zum Apero. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Die Fewo ist super gelegen, nah am Zentrum von Saint Florent und Ausgangspunktfür viele schöne Ausflugsziele. Der Blick von den Terrassen ist atemberaubend schön - am Morgen wie am Abend. Die Wohnung bietet alles, was man braucht. Einige Dinge waren nicht perfekt (z.B. nicht sauber waschende Spülmaschine, Ameisen in der Wohnung, Stühle auf der Terrasse etwas lavede), aber insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

L'appartement est tout à fait conforme aux photos du site, bien aménagé, très agréable, avec une vue magnifique sur la baie de Saint Florent, dans un environnement très calme. La plage est à 5mn, parfait pour une petite baignade même si ce n'est pas celle(s) de rêve que l'on trouve dans le désert des Agriates ... ou il faut aller absolument!

Wir sind von Serge dem sehr freundlichen, aufmerksamen und hilfsbereiten Vermieter empfangen worden. Das Haus liegt über dem Meeresspiegel, so dass wir Treppensteigen gleich positiv zu unseren sonstigen sportlichen Aktivitäten zählten. Drei begrünte Terrassen vor Wohn- und Schlafzimmer und eine tiefer gelegene, bieten Blick über Land und strahlend blaues Meer. Mit bequemen Sitzmöbeln ausgestattet laden sie zum unbedingten Verweilen ein. Die Krönung sind die allabendlichen Sonnenuntergänge bei denen ein Farbenspiel ganz besonderer Art zu erleben ist und unter die Haut geht. Die funktionale Ausstattung zur Gestaltung des täglichen Lebens ist sehr gut, wir hatten alles, was wir brauchten. Nach einem erlebnisreichen Tag kamen wir immer wieder gerne in das gemütliche Haus zurück und ließen bei einem guten Glas korsischen Weins den Tag ausklingen. Wer Ruhe und Bewegung gleichermaßen braucht dem empfehlen wir von Herzen diese einladende Unterkunft. Nous avons été accueillis par Serge le propriétaire très sympathique, attentionné et serviable. La maison est située au-dessus du niveau de la mer, de sorte que monter les escaliers a été un ajout positif à nos activités sportives. Trois terrasses vertes devant le salon et la chambre à coucher et une autre plus basse, offrent une vue superbe sur la terre et le bleu brillant de la mer. Equipées de sièges confortables, elles vous invitent à rester et à vous détendre. Le couronnement, ce sont les couchers de soleil, avec des jeux de couleurs très touchants. L'équipement fonctionnel pour organiser la vie quotidienne est très bon, nous avions tout ce dont nous avions besoin. C’était un plaisir de retourner à la maison après une journée bien remplie et de laisser la journée se terminer avec un bon verre de vin corse. A ceux qui recherchent à la fois la tranquillité et l’exercice, nous recommandons vivement cet appartement accueillant.

Een droom van een locatie!

Wij hadden een heerlijke week in Saint-Florent. Het appartement is voorzien van alle comfort en de bedden waren erg comfortabel. Het uitzicht is fantastisch, 180 graden op de baai van Saint-Florent, heerlijk om met dit zicht buiten op het terras te ontbijten of ‘s avond te relaxen in de zetels. Het extra terras is ook een meerwaarde, zo heb je altijd ergens zon of schaduw naar wat men wenst! Een aanrader!

Herrliche Meersicht

Wir haben wunderschöne Ferien verbracht. Sehr gute Betreuung von Serge und Pasquale. Die Wohnung liegt etwas erhöht und überzeugt mit dem Garten und der herrlichen Meersicht. Gute und praktische Einrichtungen. Die Sauberkeit könnte verbessert werden, auch die Geschirrspülmaschine wäscht nicht mehr so sauber. Der Strand ist in ca. 5 Min. zu Fuss erreichbar. Tolle Ferien

Cosy place with a great view and a nice terrace - close to the beach

We had some difficulty to find the right house, since there is no street number. We stayed there for a week with our 5 year old daughter and our 1 year old son. The view from the terrace is just beautiful - you can see the ocean while having your breakfast and the sunset every evening. The pool located behind the building was good for a quick swim. The appartment was very cosy. You can really walk the beach, it’s only a few minutes away. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Le paradis!......mais il se mérite!

La vue....La vue...magnifique,sublime...!Mais elle se mérite ,comme au septième ciel,car pour accéder au paradis,seul accés,ilya 35 marches d un escalier trés raide,sans rampe pour s aider.Avec des bagages,ou des sacs de courses,ou plusieurs fois par jour,c est plutot sportif J engage Serge à le préciser dans l annonce,car pour les personnes agées ,les jeunes enfants ,cela peut s avérer ungros problème; Ceci dit ,cela n enlève en rien,le confort l équipement ...etc ,de l appartement...et en prime ,la gentillesse de Serge et sa disponibilité. Séjour inoubliable

Une très bonne semaine passée en mai 2016. l'appartement correspond tout à fait à la description, tout confort, meublé avec goût et avec une superbe vue. La piscine tombe à pic pour se rafraichir et se décontracter après une bonne randonnée. Séjour à ne pas manquer !!!
