Martine and Alain were very welcoming and they have worked so hard to make the gite a happy holiday place. We were lucky with the weather and were able to be outside all the time - it was an unexpected heatwave! There were lots of lovely eating places in Brantome and Bourdeilles, but you do need to drive. The one thing I should say is that it is absolutely perfect for families. If you are travelling with friends, however, you should know that the master bedroom with its bathroom and separate toilet is accessed through the second bedroom, which has a washbasin and bidet. If you are travelling with friends, therefore, they will either need to access your room to get to the toilet or else go outside to use the second bathroom and toilet which is accessed from the verandah. It wasn’t a problem for us, but am just mentioning it. There is a television in the master bedroom and one in the kitchen: no living room as such but when the weather is lovely who is indoors watching tv? We didnt switch it on! There are bikes, an exercise bike, table tennis, walks - it’s a lovely area and Martine and Alain will make you feel at home.

Tres bon sejour en Perigard Vert

Excellent sejour. Tres calme reposant. Les proprietaires tres agréables, discrets et presents si besoin. RAS sur le logement, il ne manque rien pour passer un bon sejour. Très propre. Logement vintage, tout pour s'évader encore plus. Tres bonne literie, important en vacances. Nous reviendrons une période où il y aura moins de moment dans les sites a voir. Région tres belle, tous les villages ont leur charme, marchés en journee, et les marches gourmands en fin de journées super super. Bref super vacances

Propriétaires discrets et sympathiques, un endroit au calme avec de jolies balades. Gîte bien équipé, une vraie caverne d'Ali baba. A noter, passage par la petite chambre pour accéder à la grande ainsi qu'à la salle de bain et aux toilettes.

batisse individuelle restaurée mais restée dans son jus d'époque. déco brocante "30 glorieuses" foisonnante. Style campagnard, fleuri et élégant. Cadre naturel ambiant entre prés et forêt. le gite est au calme à la campagne . La maison est très propre dans 1 décor rustique et la propriétaire est 1 personne très sympathique aux petits soins pour nous .Bref je recommande .
