Ideally located at the foot of the slopes (50 m from the ski lifts) in the Courchevel area and the "3 Vallées" and the resort's shops.
Practical: you leave and arrive on skis!
In the evening, children can toboggan at the bottom of the building.

2 Comfortable and warm rooms that have been completely renovated:
The contemporary bathroom: bath / shower with its 'child safety' mixer, large built-in mirror, vanity unit.
The second bathroom includes a shower (with 'child safety' mixer), sink and wall-hung toilet.
The 2 bathrooms have large, programmable towel dryers.
An additional, independent WC completes the equipment.

Contemporary kitchen with large capacity fridge / freezer, 2-burner induction table, multifunction oven with grill, microwave and 'hot air', dishwasher for 12 place settings.
Dining room table with 2 extensions that can accommodate up to 10 guests.
Living room: 2 sofas and a wall flat screen TV with adjustable support - LED 32 '(81 cm) HD DVB-T tuner with HDMI and USB multimedia ports (film, photo, video, music).
Master bedroom: 2nd 32 'TNT HD TV with HDMI port and multimedia USB.
7 beds are available + an extra mattress. Superior quality 'WINTER' duvets treated with anti-mite and anti-stain accompany each bed. (140 x 190 for single bed and 240 x 240 for 140 bed).

For the relaxing break, the tiled balcony / terrace is equipped with a table and 4 folding chairs.

Sheets and towels are not provided but this service can be offered to you by the concierge service 'LES CLEFS BLANCHES'.

Amazing stay!!! Amazing location!

Had a fantastic stay. The apartment was perfect for me and my husband and my 4 year old son. We were very comfortable loved that we had more than one a bathroom and that my son had a bedroom, it was small but perfect but he needed. The location was ideal in between the cable car and the ski school to drop my son in the morning. We will most definitely be staying again. Nathalie was a fantastic host thank you again

Gentillesse et efficacité de l’accueil .L’appartement est plus petit qu’il ne paraît sur les photos.Les deux chambres sont très exiguëes.Par contre ,l’appartement est très bien chauffé et offre une jolie vue sur la montagne.Situé dans une zone entièrement piétonne.

Appartement agréable. Les deux salles de bains sont un plus, ainsi que la place de parking souterrain. Seul petit bémol : la literie un peu trop ferme . Petite suggestion : une bouilloire électrique serait pratique :)

Bon séjour au coeur des 3 Vallées

Appartement confortable et bien équipé pour un couple (avec ou sans enfants) avec une très jolie vue et le soleil le matin (parfait quand on skie, car quand on rentre, le soleil se couche de toutes manières). Gros plus : les deux salles de bains et deux WC, ainsi qu'une entrée permettant de laisser manteaux et chaussures sans être encombré dans la pièce de vie. Si j'avais une suggestion : un nouveau canapé car l'actuel manque de confort. La Tania, station piétonne est très agréable, avec toutes les commodités à proximité : restaurants, Sherpa et locations de matériel. Seul bémol de notre séjour : le ménage supervisé par l'agence n'avait pas été correctement fait avant notre arrivée.

Lovely flat, fast and easy communication

As in the last years we had great time in this beautiful flat in la tania. The communication with the owner and the landlord were fast and easy. The flat is well equipped and cosy. Unfortunateley the previous tenants left the flat not as clean as expected. Nevertheless we had a precious stay in the appartment. Thanks Nathalie!

Appartement rénové ,rien ne manque, situation ski au pieds. Station à majorité anglophone. Il faut bien choisir les établissements pour manger ou boire un verre car l'arnaque est présente niveau prix prohibitif. Resto" Les Airelles" Leffe périmée depuis 6 mois ,date de péremption maquillée!!! Séjour réussi entrent amis.

Very little value for money

Since many years we, the two mature couples, go together for skiing. This year we chose Les 3 Vallees and while we liked the skiing area, it has been our worst ever experience with the accommodation. The headline for this apartment is "Beautiful 3 rooms for 7 people". In fact, it might be an option for a family with 2/3 kids at most, but not for any other constellation of people. The apartment is very tiny: one very small bedroom, filled completely with a double bed, so there is literally no space around; one claustrophobic niche with two bunk beds, and the rest of the apartment, consisting of a kitchenette, dining area and living area - all together. So the 3 sleeping places are on a small double sofa and one single sofa in the living room. Such accommodation might be OK as a low budget option but not for the proce we paid. On top of everything, shortly before our arrival, we had been informed, that we would not get bed linen and towels ! If we do not want to bring our own, we can rent them from the concierge for a ridiculously high price. The apartment is in an ugly, 9 floors building, with a smelly and dirty ski room. The only positive thing in that apartment are the bathrooms; there are 2 of them plus a separate toilet, all in decent condition. All in all - this was certainly not a value for money.

The description of the rooms, the surface of the apartment are clearly indicated. You also have many photos that show all the rooms of the apartment. The extra beds in the living room are also perfectly detailed in the ad. Finally it is also clearly indicated in the announcement that sheets and towels are not provided but that you can rent them from the concierge service. This information will probably have escaped you .... We are very surprised by your comments. Our apartment is not actually a luxury apartment but an apartment that has been completely renovated in a cozy and contemporary spirit with its constraints of surfaces: 42 m2. No doubt you will know how to choose the next time, perfectly your apartment Best regards

Small apartment with great location

Nice but small, ok for 2 adults and 3 kids but wouldn’t want to spend longer than a week or with more people. Great location for skiing 3 valleys, great slope side access. Checks of equipment need to be done carefully as some things were missing... stool... rug!

La Tania is a nice pedestrian resort and our apartment offers the advantage of being very close to the departure of the eggs for the area of the 3 valleys (Very appreciable: departure and arrival "ski to the feet.) Concerning the apartment, we bring the biggest care about the layout of the apartment: Concerning the carpet (used) and the stool that had just been broken, they are being replaced. In January, we re-equipped the apartment with broken glasses and crockery and the replacement of bedding covers for all mattresses. We remain at your disposal and hope to see you again for a future resort. Nous avons rééquipé en janvier l'appartement de verres et vaisselles cassés ainsi que le remplacement de housses de propreté pour tous les matelas. Bel appartement, fonctionnel, aux pieds des pistes

Cet appartement est vraiment agréable. Nous y avons passé un très bon séjour ! La déco est sympa, l'agencement des espaces pratique et fonctionnel. Les 2 pièces d'eau sont un véritable plus ! La Tania est une station à taille humaine avec toutes les commodités à proximité.

Au cœur de la station, au pied des pistes, confortable avec ses 2 pièces d'eau. La chambre parentale est bien équipée avec ses rangements, sa TV individuelle (bien pratique pour les enfants qui veulent regarder leur programme..) Commerces de proximité, restaurants, école de ski a 200m, remontée a 100m, bref un séjour inoubliable avec le beau temps au rendez vous !

Nous avons trouvé facilement l appartement grâce aux indications qui nous avaient été communiqué par la propriétaire. Le service de conciergerie nous a parfaitement accompagné. Appartement très bien équipé et réellement skis aux pieds. La résidence est tes grande et nous n'avons pas souffert du voisinage ni d'attente aux ascenseurs, etc. La cuisine est complète, les salles de bains impeccables. La communication avec notre hôte a été très facile et la proximité de l'agence qui gère la remise des clés et l'option de location de draps et linge de toilette est pratique. Pour ceux qui viennent en voiture, prévoir un peu de temps pour décharger et recharger la voiture : pour notre part nous avons privilégié l'accès par la route en haut de la résidence, ce qui nous a semblé plus simple. L'autre solution est de passer par le bas, et éventuellement tirer les bagages dans des luges. Le domaine skiable est tres grand (domaine des 3 vallées) et le retour à skis à la Tania magnifique dans la forêt et accessible aux skieurs de tous niveaux. Nous recommandons la location de cet appartement pour des familles avec 2 ou 3 enfants.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la situation géographique, au pied des pistes de cet appartement, tout confort. Nous disposions d une jolie vue du balcon. (bien équipé car il dispose de mobilier de jardin pour déjeuner a l'extérieur) Proche à la fois des remontées mécaniques et des commerces. Il est accessible skis aux pieds. L'appartement a été rénové avec gout, confortable. Il est bien équipé (nous avons beaucoup apprécié les 2 salles de bain), nous n'avons manqué de rien. Très pratique, la cuisine dispose d un grand réfrigérateur Il comporte plusieurs rangements pratiques. Nathaly nous a communiqué toutes les informations pratiques nécessaires à la location en temps utile et était joignable facilement. Je recommande chaleureusement cette location ! Isabelle

Well equipped, beautifully decorated, slope side apartment

We loved this apartment. It was 50m from the main lift out of the village, with the ski lockers on the way out so very convenient. The apartment has been recently decorated so is lovely. The kitchen was well equipped for self catering and even had a raclette machine which was great! Tea mugs now provided for the british tea enthusiast, and a tea pot so no need to bring your own as we did. Picking up the key was easy and the man spoke perfect english so could answer any queries. Make sure you fill the itinery out as soon as you arrive as I struggled to complete once we had started using things. Matresses aren't amazing but what do you expect really. Could maybe do with some better pillows but that is my personal taste. We were a family of 7 and it was fine for us as we know each other well. Might be a little less convenient for friends but the separate bathrooms are a great idea. There is a car parking space but we couldn't access it, as the barrier was broken so just parked in a free spot all week. To access the apartment if unloading a car I would recommend going to the back of the apartment block and getting the lift to level 9/10. It will make sense when you are there. A great week and a great apartment, so thank you!
