About this property

Character house of 180m² in the heart of the southern Ardèche

Character stone-built house, typically Ardèche, located in the heart of nature in the heart of the Monts de l'Ardèche regional park.
Very quiet and secluded with all the necessary comfort.
A dominant and panoramic view over the valley with a large outdoor terrace of over 200m² facing south / south-east with deckchairs, boules court, barbecue and pizza oven. House on a mountainside with a large plot all around.
Housing :
If necessary we can rent sheets for you. We do not provide linens.

Other remarks:
For nature lovers, there are many hikes to do all around the house. Especially to go to the surrounding villages (St Pierre de Colombier, Burzet, ..)
Near the house you can also visit:
- The Ray Pic waterfall.
- The thermal baths Vals les Bains.
- Lake of Issarlès
- Lake St Martial.
- Mont Gerbier des Joncs

Parfait ! Maison très agréable, propre et confortable, où l’on se sent tout de suite bien. Emplacement idéal pour randonner et découvrir les villages pittoresques des environs. Récupération des clés très simple grâce à la boîte à clés. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, merci !

Très belle maison spacieuse, pleine de charme avec tout le confort et les équipements nécessaires pour passer de belles vacances. Nous avons apprécié sa grande terrasse . Fidèle à l’annonce. Très belle vue sur les montagnes, au calme , au sein d’une très belle région, baignade et via Ferrata à 25 mm au Pont du Diable . Commerces à 20 mm. Contact et communication aisés avec le propriétaire. Nous garderons de très beaux souvenirs de notre séjour .

Erg rustig verblijf met veel privacy en een prachtige omgeving met schitterend uitzicht op de bergen. De wandeling naar het dorp van ca 25 minuten is een aanrader!

Un petit coin de paradis pour les amoureux de la nature!

Un accueil très chaleureux, un lieu magique avec une vue à couper le souffle. Nous avons adoré nous promener, faire le marché artisanal, discuter avec les locaux très sympathiques…. La maison est authentique mais très bien équipée, beaucoup de charme notamment la petite terrasse qui surplombe la vallée, avec ce bel arbre fleuri au milieu…. Que du bonheur!!!

vue magnifique mais habitabilité sur 3 niveaux contraignante

Très belle et ancienne maison de famille. Malheureusement sonore quand on est nombreux et sur 3 niveaux ce qui maintient en forme. L'entretien général pourrait s'améliorer
