vacances agréable à stintino
Nous avons passé de bonnes vacances dans ce bel appartement, bien aménagé,au calme et avec tout le confort. Pour ceux qui aiment la mer cet endroit est le lieu idéal. l'appartement se trouve dans un village de vacances, il y a régulierement des animations ainsi que de nombreux commerces.

False stetements in description
The description of this property is most misleading. There is no swimming pool. The 'garden' is a dried-out area of rough dry grass. There is no sea view.
When we arrived there were no sheets on the bed, towels, toilet paper etc. Paolo said this was usual when
renting apartments in Italy and we would have to pay
extra for sheets and towels(!). However, later all this
was found in the apartment.
Finally it was frustrating that when we settled in to cook our evening meal we discovered that the gas was not connected to the cooker. A neighbour helped us to
locate the external gas bottle .

Dear Sir,
as we already talked and you agreed, you have confused an hotel service versus a rent apartment. You decided to book just for tow nights, in this case it is better to stay in an hotel.
You gave us a poor communication about arrival info, number of persons and service you could need, after you have claimed, in few minutes our local manager gave you sheets, towels and toilet paper for free even if we had not to do it. I repeat, immediately and for free.
In the web site there’s no mention about the swimming pool neither the sea view. Where did you read this? Are you sure it is my apartment?
About the cooker, for safety reason the gas valve in the furniture is close and during the apartment presentation the manager opened it.
The dried garden in not our but a neighborhood and now the garden is green.
If you look at the picture again you can see that they are completely real.
Please, in Italy for the next time for just 2nights, please stay in an hotel.

"L''appartamento è dotato di tutte le attrezzature necessarie (sono presenti anche molti libri) e perfetto per due persone, ma anche per quattro. E'' inserito all''interno di un villaggio molto curato e dotato di tutti i servizi. Unica pecca: avevamo contattato la responsabile in loco per la sostituzione di alcune lampadine, ma, nonostante l''assunzione dell''impegno, non ha provveduto."
