Hello! I am the owner of this holiday apartment and together with my family I manage all the works related to the property. It's something I do with passion and commitment, taking good care of all the details to ensure my guests a perfect stay.
I would like to reassure travelers about the special attention I have for house cleaning.

Delightful property in an area of outstanding natural beauty. Easy to get to as it is very close to both the airport (15km) and the port (18km) of Olbia.

The apartment is located in an elegant apartment complex with a luxurious communal swimming pool. On the first floor, it is newly and tastefully furnished and includes a veranda and a private roof terrace with magnificent views of the sea, the mountains and Tavolara island.

Convenient location – within 2/3 km are many top Sardinian beaches (sandy and shallow water or rocky and high water): Cala Brandinchi, Capo Coda Cavallo, Cala Girgolu and its famous pools, Porto Taverna, Punta Molara, Puntaldia, La Cinta, etc. A car is recommended. Very close to the apartment are also sandy beaches with shallow waters which are perfect for children.

Upon request, I can provide high chair and cot for babies, free of charge.

Pets are not allowed.

Wi-Fi available for free. (From May, 1st to October, 31th).

Linen is an additional service and it is provided only upon request and at an additional cost.

I remind you that the Municipality of San Teodoro requires a tourist tax, to be paid cash at check-in.

The swimming pool is open from June, 1st to September, 30th.

Within 200 meters you can find: minimarket, pizzerias, restaurants, ice-cream parlor and bar.

We had a great stay at Lina’s! The apartment is spacious, comfy, and in a quiet, charming neighborhood. We especially loved the terrace. It’s close to beautiful beaches, and there’s a great pizzeria and gelateria as well as a good mini-market 5 minutes walk away.

Great Villa

We had an excellent stay at Lina’s place. It’s well-located with a nice pizzeria and gelateria nearby and we loved the terrace and rooftop. Linens and towels came at an extra cost, which I gather is normal for the area. The apartment itself is roomy and comfortable and it’s part of a lovely quiet community.

Great appartment in beautiful residence

We stayed five nights and had a great relaxing stay in Lina's apartment. The residence is beautiful and calm, the terrace and solarium both pleasant with great views. Ideally located if you have a car, with many stunning beaches less than 20 minutes away (closest one 5 min.). Thank you to Lina and her family for your availability and the nice welcome gift!

Pinch me! Is this real?

I wish i could download the hundreds of beautiful photos I took on this beautiful vacation. The rental was perfect. Lina kept us i formed every step of the process. Renting from Lina in Italy was easier than some of the vrbo's i rented in my own country (USA). The unit had everything we needed. We enjoyed dinner on the patio that overlooked the well maintained property and pool. The AC kept the place nice and cool after a hot day at the beach and the location was perfectly located for short drives to amazing turquiose beaches. I am ready to go back and I just got home. One bit of advice I would offer people is to rely on the rental car navigation and NOT google maps. Sardinia is a magical place.

In dieser Unterkunft fehlt es an nichts. Lina ist eine super Gastgeberin und hat sich um alles bestens gekümmert. Wir wurden über alles super informiert. Ich würde hier jederzeit wieder buchen. Mit dem Auto ist man überall super schnell vor Ort. Wir haben die Wohnung sehr sauber vorgefunden. Toller Urlaub, tolle Unterkunft. Vielen Dank Lina

Un condo très bien situé dans un très bel environnement. Le condo est très bien équipé avec une belle terrasse à l’abri du vent. Situé tout près de Cala Girgolu, une petite plage bien agréable loin des foules. Lina, la propriétaire, est toujours disponible pour toute information. Elle est facilement accessible via WhatsApp, ce qui facilite les échanges.

Goede woning op een goede locatie

Een goed appartement, bovenste verdieping, met een zonnig ochtendterras en een dakterras met 360 graden uitzicht op een streepje zee en de bergen. Rustige omgeving. Zandstrand en woeste rotskust op 5 minuten per auto. Dagtochten per auto tot 1,5 uur per auto naar het noorden en zuiden. Maak beslist de rit naar Capo Testa, Porto Cervo, Porto Rotondo, Golfo Aranci.

Top Familienapartment in toller Anlage

Wir hatten eine super Woche in Linas Apartment - es ist groß genug für eine Familie mit drei Kids, hat einen schönen Balkon und die Dachterrasse ist spitze! Ausstattung ist spitze, alles da was man braucht. Die Anlage insgesamt ist schön angelegt, der Pool zum abkühlen bestens geeignet (keine "Tobepool", kein Flachbereich). Von Monte Petrosu aus erreicht man in kürzester Zeit tolle Strände und hat in nächster Umgebung alles was man braucht, inkl. Restaurants und Mini-Markt fußläufig. Wir würden wieder kommen!

Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben. Sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Leider gab es keine Kaffeemaschine sondern nur einen Kaffeefilter zum aufbrühen. Die Anlage ist sauber und schön. Lina hat bei Fragen immer sofort geantwortet. Ein Geschirrspüler in der Wohnung währe schön.

Bellissimo soggiorno, senza pensieri

La casa è tenuta con cura, si vede, e non manca assolutamente niente. Troverete anche di più rispetto a quello che appare sull'annuncio (nel mio caso c'era un ombrellone, dei giochi per il bambino, racchettoni e altro ancora). La zona è meravigliosa, tutta da esplorare spostandosi di spiaggia in spiaggia ma anche il paese è fornito di tutto con minimarket, ristoranti e gelateria. L'Host è una persona squisita, precisa, dai modi molto gentili, che farà di tutto per farvi sentire a vostro agio e passare una vacanza senza pensieri.

Gemütliche sowie große FeWo mit tollem Blick auf das Meer

Die FeWo ist ideal für Familien mit kleinen Kindern. Es gibt zwei getrennte Schlafzimmer, wobei das Kinderzimmer über ein Stockbett sowie separates Doppelbett verfügt. Von der überdachten Terrasse aus hat man einen tollen Blick aufs Meer. Die Küche ist sehr geräumig und toll ausgestattet.

L'appartement correspond parfaitement à la description, la communication est fluide, nous n'avons manqué de rien. Nous sommes arrivés un peu tard et les lits étaient faits à notre arrivée, ce que nous avons apprécié (merci Natalia). Lina est toujours disponible en cas de besoins et prend soin de ses hôtes. Bref, aucune fausse note, nous recommandons le logement de Lina et la remercions pour sa gentillesse.

Perfekter Aufenthalt in einer wunderbaren Anlage

Das Apartment ist optimal gelegen in der Anlage. Die Abende auf der Dachterrasse sind herrlich. Perfekte Organisation durch Lina. Die Vermieterin kümmert sich um alles und ist immer erreichbar. Alles ist sehr sauber. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist sehr gut. Monte Petrosu haben wir als angenehm empfunden. Strandnähe, Lokale, Mini Markt, Eisdiele. Es fehlt an nichts. Dennoch ist es ein ruhiger Ortsteil.

L’appartement est très fonctionnel et très bien équipé. Nous avons manqué de rien en avons même pu utiliser parasol et jouet de plage. La piscine de la résidence est très agréable. Les plages ne sont qu’à15 minutes en voiture et nous sommes même descendu à la plus proche à pied. Bref nous avons passé un excellent séjour.
