Vecinos has an exceptional location! At the east edge of world-renown-Cabarete, this tranquil acreage is minutes from the hustle of downtown and only 100 meters from the deserted golden sand beach stretching for seemingly endless miles. Your eye is drawn to the mature landscaping gracing the gardens, the mountain view inland past the lagoon, and the ocean out front.
What makes this Condo unique
This unique location lets you enjoy peaceful tranquility, minutes from the busy downtown commerce and nightlife. The international airport at Puerto Plata (POP) is only 40 minutes west, and the DR's 'Pebble Beach' style golf course at Playa Grande is an hour east. A dozen beautiful beaches are within an hour's drive, as well as Ocean World Water Park, Marina and Casino where you can swim with the dolphins. Samana's whale watching is a few hours east along the coast. Numerous ancient caves dot our area where you can explore and swim in crystal clear underground pools, under stalactites overhead which ring like chimes when 'pinged'.

Cancellation policy
- 100% refund of amount paid if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
- 50% refund of amount paid (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before check-in.

You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.
