We had two amazing weeks in May in the villa. Great support from Maxime. Amazing beach very close by. We are really happy to have spend our vacation here.

Amazing villa, nice surroundings, calm locality

Villa is great - clean, nice.. we was group of 3 cuple and 3 another friends and everyone could has privat space. There is amazing walking around the seeshore. In village are several restaurants and one small shop. I love Corsica and this villa is my best off. I hope we ÂŽll come again.

TrĂšs bien situĂ© mais maison un peu vieillotte. Pas trĂšs propre en extĂ©rieur. Piscine verte Ă  l’arrivĂ©e due paraĂźt il Ă  des allemands indĂ©licats . ProblĂšme rĂ©glĂ© au bout de trois jours. Beaucoup de vaisselle mĂȘme trop. Chambres sur plusieurs Ă©tages avec salles de bains et wc apprĂ©ciable. Par contre bruits terribles pour les chambres du bas Ă  cause de la piscine et de la pompe de relevage. Et beaucoup d’odeurs bizarres. Piscine non chauffĂ©e contrairement Ă  ce qui est indiquĂ© dans l’annonce. Beaucoup d’espace pour 8 personnes un bĂ©bĂ© et un petit chien. Quelques amĂ©liorations Ă  apporter mais sinon bien.

Wunderschöne Villa in Toplage. Die Zimmer sind verteilt auf insgesamt 4 Ebenen. Vom Wohnzimmer und der Terasse aus und aus den 2 Schlafzimmern im obersten Stock hat man Meerblick. Die anderen 4 Schlafzimmer liegen durch die Hanglage weiter unten, haben aber jeweils Zugang zum Gartenteil der sich unterhalb vom Pool befindet bzw. zu einem weiteren Balkon. Die KĂŒche ist gut ausgestattet und der Essbereich groß genug fĂŒr 10 Personen. Der Außenbereich mit ĂŒberdachter Veranda und Pool waren das absolute Highlight fĂŒr die Kinder. Wir wĂŒrden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Zusammengefasst waren wir sehr zufrieden.Wir waren mit 9 Personen im Alter von 13 bis 65 Jahrendort.Das Haus hat uns allen Platz zur genĂŒge angeboten, es ist auf mehren Ebenen mit SchlafrĂ€umen ausgestattet so dass man trotz der vielen Leute auch mal seine Ruhe genießen konnte.Die RĂ€ume sind alle mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet.Was nicht in der Beschreibung steht ist, es sind HandtĂŒcher in ausreichender Menge dort. Zur Not wĂ€scht man einfach in einer der beiden Waschmaschinen. Die Lage ist exakt auf Google Maps zu sehen. Bis zum Strand sind es 950m. Es gibt im Ort einen sehr kleinen Laden und einige Restaurants. Der nĂ€chste Supermarkt ist in Sartene ca. 17Km entfernt. Fahrzeit mit dem Auto ca.30 Minuten.Lediglich einige Stellen des Hauses könnten mal wieder geputzt und oder Renoviert werden, was uns aber nicht gestört hat. Der sehr nette Verwalter spricht zwar nur Französisch ist aber sehr bemĂŒht. Kommunikation lief ĂŒber SMS und Übersetzungsprogramm.

Magnifique !!

Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances à Tizzano !!Toutes les conditions étaient réunies, superbe petit village en Corse, calme et paisible, à proximité de magnifiques plages, trÚs beau temps, et la maison de location était parfaite pour une famille de 10 personnes. Nous avons été trÚs bien accueillis par Maxime et son épouse. Nous recommandons vivement !!

Belle maison calme et bien équipée

TrĂšs belle vue sur la baie de la terrasse Maison sur plusieurs niveaux permettant de l’indĂ©pendance pour chaque famille Équipements de qualitĂ© et en nombre Plage Ă  10 minutes Ă  pied De superbes criques Ă  10 minutes en voiture Merci pour la rĂ©activitĂ© de Max pour dĂ©panner les vacanciers ! Villa agréable mais des défauts de maintenance et d'entretien gùchent quelque peu le confort du sejo

Vacances de rĂȘve

TrĂšs belle maison, impeccable pour plusieurs familles car elle est composĂ©e de 3 semi-Ă©tages qui permet de vivre en famille mais aussi d'avoir chacun son chez soi. TrĂšs bon accueil par Maxime qui nous a donnĂ© des conseils et des endroits charmants Ă  visiter et pour manger. Par contre petit manque d'entretien, la piscine qui avait tournĂ© Ă  notre arrivĂ©e (mais trĂšs bonne rĂ©activitĂ© de Maxime et du propriĂ©taire), les chasses d'eau qui fuient et surtout le plus embĂȘtant le manque de climatisation dans la partie du haut lĂ  oĂč se trouve les 2 chambres parentales. Heureusement que l'on a trouvĂ© un ventilateur portable qui nous a un peu sauvĂ© nos nuits car mĂȘme les ventilateurs plafonniers sont hs. Mais ces petits inconvĂ©nients n'ont pas entachĂ© notre sĂ©jour qui a Ă©tĂ© un vrai rĂȘve. Et je confirmes couchĂ© de soleil Ă  tomber. Un pur bonheur.

Objekt ist großzĂŒgig, jede Einheit ist ein RĂŒckzugsort, GemeinschaftswohnkĂŒche super fĂŒr viele Personen, Lage und Pool perfekt. Außenbereich des Pools (Liegen, Gartentische mit StĂŒhlen, Sonnenschirme) waren ausreichend bemessen und in Ordnung. Die TerrassentĂŒren waren nicht verriegelbar und die Außendusche lief leider nicht ab. Trotzdem haben wir es sehr genossen, haben uns erholen können und waren sehr zufrieden.

Super séjour !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Les enfants comme les adultes ont adoré la maison. Elle est spacieuse, chacun a son espace. Nous avons tous apprécié la piscine et la magnifique vue mer et le calme de Tizzano. Le sentier littoral est magnifique et les criques peu fréquentées. Nous remercions Maxime pour son accueil. 15 jours de rĂȘve en famille dans cette maison super bien adaptĂ©e , chacun trouvant son espace et piscine magnifique . Couchers de bonheur mĂ©morables . Juste une remarque par rapport au manque de rĂ©activitĂ© de la personne chargĂ©e de notre arrivĂ©e et dĂ©part . Par contre le propriĂ©taire Ă©tait toujours disponible pour nous aider. Conforme Ă  l'annonce je recommande !

La maison est conforme Ă  la description nous avons passĂ© une semaine en famille oĂč nous avions chacun notre espace. La vue est vraiment agrĂ©able et le lieu est reposant. On se sent trĂšs bien dans la maison, et nous avions tout ce dont nous avions besoin. La piscine ainsi que le baby-foot ont Ă©tĂ© apprĂ©ciĂ© par tous. Nous garderons de merveilleux souvenirs. Merci au propriĂ©taire et au concierge qui ont Ă©tĂ© disponible pour nous. Je recommande vivement cette location.
