About this property

Beach of Crozon, very comfortable house with sauna

After redesigning our first house, we received encouraging comments and decided to refurbish another building dating from the 19th century.
We are currently finishing the last decoration details and will start with the bookings in April 2015 (ratings regarding the first penty)


The house overlooks the large sandy beach of l’Aber in the village of Trébéron.
This charming and very quiet village is located only 4 km away from Crozon.
You can access the beach via a small path.


We did our best so that the house could get the label “Gîtes de France” 4*.
Everything was thought for a maximal comfort:

You will find a wood-burning stove in the living room to relax after a walk on the coastal path (150 m away), as well as a big sauna with hot stones to revitalise yourself in a Scandinavian atmosphere.
The equipped terrace (60 m2) is closed and a fence hides it from the public. Triple sun exposure to enjoy the sun all day long!
The beds are made and the bed linen and towels are provided.
Private parking lot.

You can play table tennis inside in a building close to the house. A table football is also available. Those two games are shared with the first penty (traditional Breton house).
If you own a horse, we have a horse riding centre closed to the public and open only to a few owners. Your horse will have all the comfort in its box and you will be able enjoy the covered manege before a ride in the countryside.

Perfect!

We had a very nice time with our children in this beautiful Breton house. The house is very clean, nicely furnished and fully equipped. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. A beautiful beach is a 10-minute walk from the house. The Crozon peninsula is generally very beautiful. Highly Recommended!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, hervorragender Vermieter

Sehr schön renoviertes altes Häuschen in typisch bretonischer Steinbauweise. Ruhige Lage nahe einem schönen Strand.Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und hat uns regelmäßig mit Veranstaltungshinweisen versorgt, ohne dabei aufdringlich zu sein. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Alles war perfekt.

Gemütliches Ferienhaus in schöner Umgebung

Das Ferienhaus ist wohnlich und gut ausgestattet. Auch die Möglichkeit, sich nach einem eher kühlen Tag in der Sauna aufzuwärmen, ist angenehm. Der Kontakte zum Vermieter ist freundlich und unterstützend. Die wunderschöne Natur um das Ferienhaus herum und die Nähe zum Meer wirken entspannend und erholsam. Eine klare Urlaubsempfehlung!

Vraiment parfait

Accueil vraiment très sympathique dans cette petite maison très bien equipee et très confortable y compris là literie. La salle de’ jeux est très sympa (babyfoot et billards) et la maison a 5-10ln à pied de la grande plage magnifique est un plus !

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus in toller Umgebung

Die Bilder und die Beschreibung versprechen definitiv nicht zu viel. Das ist Bretagne, wie man es sich vorstellt. Pascal hat zwei wundervolle Ferienhäuser erstellt/ wiederaufgebaut und mit viel bretonischem Ambiente versehen (alte Möbel, aber moderne Küche und Sauna integriert). Wir waren von Anfang an begeistert. Das Haus ist perfekt ausgestattet und befindet sich in dem wunderschönen kleinen Ort/ Gutshof Trébéron, welcher sehr zentral auf der Halbinsel Crozon liegt. Der traumhafte Strand ist fußläufig erreichbar. Pascal ist ein mehr als freundlicher Gastgeber und unterstützt in Allem, ist dabei aber nicht aufdringlich. Rundum absolut empfehlenswert.

Wunderbare Lage zur Erholung

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus!

Wir haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub in diesem Ferienhaus verbracht! Bei unserer Ankunft war an alles gedacht, so dass wir uns sogleich sehr von Pascal Willkommen gefühlt haben. Das Haus ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, unsere Kinder haben den Tischkicker und die Tischtennisplatte geliebt, an kälteren Tagen kann man die Sauna nutzen und der Strand (Plage de l'Aber) mit tollem Ausblick über die Küste ist in Laufnähe. Ich schreibe zum ersten Mal einen Review, weil wir so von dem Haus und dem Gastgeber begeistert waren. Insgesamt exzellente Unterkunft in der wir fantastische Tage verbracht haben.

Ein Häuschen zum Wohlfühlen und Genießen

Wir hatten zwei wunderschöne Urlaubswochen. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr zum Wohlfühlen. Die Lage ist perfekt, sehr ruhig gelegen und doch ganz nah zum Meer und zum Wandern. Auch die Spielscheune und die Sauna haben wir gerne genutzt. Pascal ist super freundlich und sehr ,sehr hilfsbereit. Wir können das Haus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Sehr angenehmes und sauberes Ferienhaus

Sehr gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus in optimaler Lage. P. Lavergne ist ein sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, der uns beim Empfang alles Wichtige erkläert und dabei auch auf Abstands- und Hygienbedingungen geachtet hat. Das Haus wurde in einem sehr sauberen Zustand übergeben. Es ist sehr gut eingerichtet,alle technischen Geräte sind auf einem gehobenen Niveau. Es ist für 2 Personen sehr großzügig, aber auch für eine Familie mit 2 Kindern überhaupt kein Problem. Vielen Dank an Pascal, es kann durchaus sein, dass wir wiederkommen.

Gemütliches Haus in toller Lage

Wir sind in den Sommerferien mit 2 Kindern im Grundschulalter in das Ferienhaus gefahren. Die Kommunikation vorab und während unserem Aufenthalt mit Pascal, dem Vermieter, war in Englisch sehr gut möglich. Das Haus ist hochwertig und zeitgemäß ausgestattet und eingerichtet. Der nahegelegene Strand L‘Aber ist fußläufig über einen schmalen Pfad die Steilküste hinunter in ca. 10 Minuten und mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Auch Wanderung entlang der Küste können vom Haus aus gestartet werden. Das Haus liegt etwas abseits, sodass Einkäufe mit dem Auto erledigt werden sollten. Es gibt alle Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs in wenigen Autominuten Umkreis. Das Umland innerhalb und außerhalb der Halbinsel Crozon ist sehr schön, die umliegenden Orte bieten Restaurants, Galerien, Geschäfte und viele Möglichkeiten für Urlaubsaktivitäten. Abends haben wir dann noch in der Saune des Hauses entspannt. Pascal stellt auch einen Hobbyraum mit Kicker und Billardtisch, Sandspielzeug und Bodyboards zur Verfügung. Man bedient sich einfach in der angrenzenden Scheune. Kurz und gut, wir kommen gerne wieder. Merci beaucoup Pascal! P.S. Es war zunächst unklar, ob wir wegen der Corona-Einschränkungen fahren können. Pascal war sehr flexibel und hat die Stornierungsfrist verlängert. Hygieneregeln wurden von ihm bei allen persönlichen Kontakten eingehalten. Danke auch dafür.

Vous cherchez la location parfaite ? Ne cherchez plus !

Maison très agréable où tout est parfaitement équipé, dans un des plus beaux endroits de France avec une superbe plage pas trop peuplée à 5 minutes à pied. L’accueil par Monsieur Lavergne est parfait également. Juste un bonheur que nous renouvellerons l’an prochain car on ne s’en lasse pas.

Tolle Unterkunft, wunderbare Umgebung

Für unseren dreiwöchigen Familienurlaub hat hier alles gestimmt. Das wunderschön hergerichtete und sehr gut ausgestattete Haus ist die ideale Basis für den nahe gelegenen Strand, für Wanderungen und Ausflüge auf der Halbinsel Crozon und darüber hinaus. Die Angebote für schlechtes Wetter haben wir so gut wie nicht genutzt, wir hatten warme und sonnige Wochen. Dabei immer ein wenig Wind und angenehme Temperaturen, während große Teile von Europa unter Temperaturen um die 40°C litten. Hier ist entspannter Urlaub auch in der Hauptsaison möglich, auch wenn man dann am Strand natürlich nicht mehr ganz allein ist. Die Betreuung durch den Vermieter ist vorbildlich. Fazit: Jederzeit wieder.

Trébéron, un bonheur insoupçonnable...

Un petit coin, magnifique, pour le calme, pour le plaisir des odeurs, pour la beauté des terres conjuguées au littoral .... Notre demeure, simplement un nid d'amour, coquette, et très fonctionnelle. D'une propreté irréprochable ; draps et linge de maison fournis; meubles d'époque ,mélangés avec du contemporain ....pour résumé l'histoire : j'étais en short -tong- maillot de bain, le temps s'y prêtait à merveille... Monsieur Pascal, nous a accueilli chaleureusement ; j'ai eu cette impression d'être de Trébéron et ça m'a fait plaisir, moi qui suis de la Région D'Île de France. Un pti mot pour Pascal : il marche très bien le Kawasaki 😃.... Pour finir: un Grand Merci à Vous. Stéphanie et Karim.

Traumhaft

Ich hatte das Haus für zwei Wochen gemietet, weil ich auf der Suche nach Ruhe und Erholung am Meer und in einer schönen Landschaft war. Und ich habe beides und viel mehr gefunden. Das Haus ist voll eingerichtet und lässt keine Wünsche offen, die Sauna das Sahnehäuptchen. Und natürlich der Kamin. Man kann den ganzen Tag die Sonne geniessen. Der Strand ist nur wenige Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar, und die Landschaft ist traumhaft, vor allem wenn man wie ich, so ein Glück mit dem Wetter hat. Man kann in Morgat Tauchen, Wandern auf der Halbinsel Crozon, Kirchen und Klöster besuchen, und findet jede Menge Märkte. Pascal Lavergne stand jederzeit mit Rat und Tat sehr freundlich zur Verfügung. Ich war wirklich traurig, dass ich von dem Haus Abschied nehmen musste und ich hoffe, dass ich hier noch einmal ein paar Tage oder Wochen eine Auszeit nehmen kann.

Sehr sauberes Haus und wirklich sehr netter sowie hilfsbereiter Vermieter

Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. Um das Haus steht eine geschlossene Scheune und ein grosses zugängliches Holzhaus. Abends hat man die Möglichkeit in einem abschliessbaren Raum des Holzhauses Billard oder Kicker zu speilen. Man ist ziemlich vor Wind und eventuellen neugierigen Blicken geschützt. Zum Strand sind es mit dem Auto 2 Minuten. Wie schon erwähnt ist das Haus sehr sauber. Alle elektrischen Geräte waren voll funktionstüchtig. Kleinigkeiten wie Kaffeekapsel für den ersten Tag lagen bereit. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind mit dem Auto gut erreichbar. Herr Lavergne war immer telefonisch und auch vor Ort erreichbar. Seine Tipps zum Aufenthalt und möglichen Aktivitäten waren hilfreich. Unseren sehr erholsamen Kurzurlaub ( 4 Personen) werden wir mit Sicherheit nochmal in Crozon in diesem Haus verbringen.

un séjour très agréable

Dans un très bel endroit, avec de magnifiques arbres, le gite mérite pleinement ses quatre étoiles. Les chambres sont très confortables, décorées avec élégance, comme l'ensemble du gite. On se sent très bien, tellement tout est "cosy". Nous avons pleinement apprécié la salle de jeux avec son billard. A ceci ajoutons la grande amabilité de notre hôte, notre séjour a été parfait.

Hâvre de paix

Nous avons énormément apprécié ce "petit cottage anglais" dans un lieu-dit verdoyant et calme. La maison est très confortable et très bien entretenue. Le sauna est un plus. Nous avons apprécié l'accueil chaleureux et discret du propriétaire. Une très bonne adresse à recommander.
