This apartment is in a wonderful location close to the Marina with plentiful restaurants and shops close by.It is decorated beautifully throughout and very clean. It also had air conditioning which seemed to be on a timer and worked perfectly making it always comfortable as it was extremely hot outside.The terrace is also a bonus getting the sun all day. It was furnished well and had a great parasol that kept us in the shade along with a lovely hottub.There is no need for a car while staying here but you are allocated a parking spot if needed.Check in and out was easy and Isabelle from the company kept us well informed throughout. We would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment and hope to return in the near future. Thank you Adrienne & Tommy

Wonderful penthouse with a wiev and jacuzzi!

This apartment was excellent! The location was great, nearby the marina, beachwalk and good restaurants. Reservation progress was very easy and smooth with the homeowners, they helped us in every way and answered to our many questions. Very easy and trustable to deal with. The apartment itself was clean and tidy, decorated with a good taste. Enough of kitchen appliances, towels etc. whatever you need during your stay. I will highly recommend this apartment whoever will stay at the Benalmadena area!

Excellent Stay

Just back from a weeks stay & just want to say the whole holiday has been excellent. From meeting up to get the keys to the cleanliness & location of the apartment all was better than we expected. The apartment was very clean, well decorated as was the whole block including the life & pool area. The location could not have been better, so close to the beach, promenade, shops & also the marina. The terrace seems to get the sun all day long & has a great barbeque area. Only one small point no English stations on the tv but hey we are on holiday so weren't inside all that much. Would thoroughly recommend. Neil McIntosh

Fantastic penthouse apartment with jacuzzi

The location of the apartment is brilliant, and the views from the rooftop terrace from the jacuzzi are superb ! A little bit of luxury in Spain ! Communication with the manager was excellent, all our queries were answered and instructions for arrival etc... were great. Being able to park the car in the underground private car park is very useful, there is parking on the street but I am sure in Summer it will be busy so this is another added bonus. The only minor downside is that whilst the apartment is a great size, the furniture and bedroom linens are a little dated, but this did not stop us having a wonderful break and we would definitely book again. Thank you so much.

Amazing Property, very close to the Sea/Harbour

I travelled to Benalmadena with My Wife and 3 children (2 Boys- 7&5 and a 21 month year old baby). I researched long and hard to find just the right accommodation, location & amenities etc. This property definitely delivered and some. Great service, the owners were very helpful and provided a prompt, secure and easy process. The Apartment is walking distance from the wonderful Seafront & harbour and all the shops/bars/amenities. There is WIFI (very strong signal) TV with DVD (The DVD player also has USB stick option- which We find great for taking out own movies). The apartment is very spacious and feels like a "home from home", everything You would and need for your holiday. The complex is very secure; and finally the Hot-Tub on the terrace, this just made it for us. We used it in the morning and evening- really good Hot-Tub, deep & big with lots of Jets and lights. Would definitely go back.

Great Flat in a Superb Location

My husband and I stayed here for six nights and we had a great time. The booking process was straightforward and we also arranged airport pick-up/return via the owners. The apartment is in a great location, just off the main road in Benalmadena so handy for two large supermarkets. We spent a few nights at the marina, our favourite place, and also at the beachfront, both of which are only a few minutes walk away. There are also more cheap and cheerful places to eat and drink even nearer the apartment so plenty of choice for all. The apartment itself was clean and comfortable and although we had a couple of issues regarding the air-conditioning, these were resolved by Jose either at the end of the phone or by sending a man over to the apartment. I would have thought that simply having some written instructions in the apartment would have negated the need to phone for assistance so maybe something to bear in mind for future. The terrace of the apartment was fantastic and got the sun from about 10.00 until 20.30 while we stayed there. Sometimes there was a breeze, which was very welcome, but on days when it was too hot, we made use of the pool down in the garden area. We had it to ourselves initially and then another couple appeared but it was never busy so that was great. We also made use of the awning every day so as we could eat lunch outside while in the shade. There was also a parasol but it was easier to just wind out the awning and then rewind it back in when you needed to rather than worry about the umbrella catching in the wind. There is also a hot tub on the terrace and we did make use of this on one of the evenings but it may have got more action if the weather had been cooler. We didn't really cook when there, only breakfast and lunch so the small kitchen was ok for that. There were some ants in the kitchen so just needed to ensure that plates were used rather than placing food directly on the worktop and also clean up any spillages so as not to encourage them. There was an oven outside in the cupboard and a barbeque but we didn't use either as when we were not out for dinner, we got takeaway from either Indian or Chinese, both of which were very cheap. All in all we had a great time and would most definitely go back to this apartment.

Excellent sejour

Nous avons 15 jours fantastiques dans ce penthouse. L’appartement est grand conforme à la description La terrasse est superbe avec très belle vue sur la montagne Le jaccuzzi est un vrai plus, il a été apprécié par toute la famille grands et petits Si je puis me permettre un conseil d’amélioration, peut être mettre un peu plus de vaisselle , c’était limite pour 4 personnes. Mettre par exemple des tasses de café ( il n’y avait que des grandes tasses). Et éventuellement un abonnement netflix ( pas de trop à ce niveau de prix) La piscine de la résidence est très bien aussi. Urbanisation très calme. En cas de difficulté Jose Antonio est très réactif, disponible et efficace. L’appartement est proche de tout, commerces , plage à 5 mn à pied En résumé nous recommandons vivement cet hébergement

Superbe Vacances

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour. L'appartement est très bien placé, à quelques pas de la plage comme indiqué dans l'annonce. Pas besoin de louer une voiture car tout est à proximité, supermarché, restaurant.. Nous avons beaucoup profité du jacuzzi et du barbecue. Il ne manque absolument rien dans l'appartement. très bon rapport qualité/Prix je recommande à 100%.

Impeccable!!!!!!!

Tout était impeccable, l'appartement spacieux , la terrasse le rêve, un mur autour de celle-ci est parfait pour la sécurité des enfants en bas âge, sans parler du jacuzzi dont l'eau est changé toutes les semaines, à proximité de tout (magasin, Marina, promenade, restaurant...). En cas de problème, il est réglé immédiatement par le propriétaire, vraiment nous avons passé un agréable séjour et nous y retournerons!!!!!!

Séjour à Benalmadena

La description de la location et de sa situation était-elle assez précise ? OUI La location était-elle propre et bien entretenue ? OUI Le propriétaire vous a-t-il donné de bons conseils ? OUI Recommanderiez-vous cette location à un ami ? OUI Quels sont les restaurants, activités et attractions que vous avez appréciés ? Sur la cote il y a le choix, c'est une ville très propre et les habitants sont très accueillant. Le coût de la vie n'est pas du tout chère par rapport à la France. Nous avons passé un séjour agréable à Benalmadena, l’appartement était confortable avec les services complets (machine à laver le linge, la vaisselle et divers ustensiles de cuisine appréciables). Le service de l'agence immobilière était efficace et les réponses par mail étaient rapides avec un résultat. La disponibilité du propriétaire de bonne qualité. Rien à dire de désagréable pour cette location, à conseiller.

wow !!

Tout était conforme a l'annonce, un apartement super confortable à moins de 5 minutes de la plage. La terrasse est superbe avec la vue sur les montagnes. Tout est disponible à moins de 10 minutes de marche, supermarché, boutique, transport en commun. J'y retournerais sans hésitation !

Der Gastgeber war freundlich und gut zu erreichen. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, auch die Betten sind etwas durchgelegen. Die wirklich schöne Dachterrasse hat leider im Winter keine Sonne. Zur Ausrichtung gab es leider eine falsche Auskunft des Vermieters.

Vi har haft en uge i denne lejlighedLejlighed og tagterrassen var lidt sparsommeligt indrettet, især tagterrassen var svært at bruge om eftermiddagen og de tidligere aftentimer grundt varme og manglende mulighed for at lave skygge vi havde dog stor glæde af spaen på tagterrassen Beliggenheden i forhold til belamedena havn kan vel næsten ikke fåes bedre i forhold til havnen uden at bo på havnen

Wspaniały pobyt

Spędziliśmy wspaniały tydzień w apartamencie. Wszystko zgodnie z opisem co prawda sprzęty takie jak jakuzzi czy meble najlepsze lata mają za sobą ale nie miało to wpływu na jakość wypoczynku. Jedyny minus to brak markizy na tarasie na którym w godzinach popołudniowych hiszpańskie słońce daje ostro popalić.

Fijn appartement en dichtbij boulevard en restaurants

Fijne vakantie gehad in dit mooie appartement. Goed ingericht met als extra luxe de jacuzzi.
