This three bedroom condo is the perfect spot to begin your vacation from the moment you walk in the door. No stairs or elevator, just roll your luggage in the front door and walk out the back door to the beach.

The Spanish Main complex is very quiet with only four stories and approximately 60 units. Condo amenities include a heated pool complete with lounge chairs and umbrellas, basic cable, wireless internet and outdoor grill barbeques.

The unit sleeps six in its three spacious bedrooms with a king mattress, queen mattress and two twin mattresses. The 50 inch smart TV in the living room is perfect for watching blu-ray movies or your favorite show. There are also two 32 inch flat-panel TV's in two of the bedrooms. The unit is complete with boogie boards, beach toys for the kids, beach towels, beach chairs and an umbrella.

The kitchen appliances have been recently upgraded (2014) to stainless steel and the kitchen is well equipped for meal preparation with dinnerware and cutlery for 12. New cabinets and countertops were installed in 2016, making the kitchen very nice and new! A washer and dryer is contained within the unit just off the kitchen to make laundry a breeze.

Whether you are vacationing with the family and want to enjoy the beach and pool, or are looking for a romantic getaway with spectacular sunrises looking out on the Atlantic ocean and long walks on the beach, this unit at Spanish Main is the perfect vacation property.

Why Laura and James chose Seacrest Beach

We travelled to Cocoa Beach a couple of years ago with our family of five and stayed at the Spanish Main where we quickly fell in love with the complex and the area. The beach is perfect for young kids, easy to walk on, and relatively quiet compared to the more public areas.

We also liked the variety of things to do within a relatively short distance such as miniature golf, the Brevard zoo and natural wildlife reserves. The condo is close to Orlando making day trips to Disney World, Sea World and Universal Studios very easy with just over an hour drive away.

What makes this condo unique

We previously stayed in a unit at Spanish Main on the fourth floor which does have spectacular views, but we fell in love with our ground floor unit with the ease of bringing items (i.e. groceries and luggage) right in from the car and being able to walk right out the back door to the pool or beach and not have to deal with waiting for elevators or taking the stairs. The views are even more spectacular when you can walk right outside to see them.

Nice Experience!

We arrived a couple of days after "Mathew" blew in! Owners and property manager efforts to make sure all was a-ok was communicated timely, and efficiently. The condo was clean, and as advertised. We enjoyed our comfortable stay, and will likely come back.
