About Mary and Ray Visco

We are a retired professional couple. We moved here from northern California. We love the lifestyle in this ranching community and the beauty of the surroundings. There is so much to do and see. We are still discovering so much. We ride our horses often. Ray loves to play pool and I play the fiddle. We have a blessed life here.

Mary and Ray Visco purchased this house in 2005

Why Mary and Ray Visco chose Elgin

We bought this property because it is actually in the Coronado National Forest. It has easy access to trails for hiking and riding.

What makes this house unique

It is in the National Forest so we won't have new neighbors. It will stay pristine foothills and grasslands if we manage it correctly. We have immediate access to miles of trails and it is centrally located in the Arizona wine country.

Quiet, peaceful, relaxing. Just what we were hoping for. The property was exceptional and Mary had thought of everything for the comfort of guests. Breakfast fixings and snacks were very much appreciated. One od the nicest VRBOs we have stayed in!

Welcoming, beautiful, exceptionally comfortable, with great recreational opportunities

  • 5 of 5

Mary and Ray are welcoming and generous hosts. They have an exceptional location, ranch and facilities for guests. The location offers great opportunities for enjoying the outdoors, whether hiking, viewing great geography and wildlife, riding, vineyards and more that will be unusual and inviting for most guests. The facilities are modern, very well provisioned, and impeccably cleaned and maintained. We genuinely appreciate our time at Sky High Ranch.

Mary and Ray were great! The weekend started with a brief tour of the rental, Mary provided us breakfast food and a snack basket for our stay, which came in very handy. The Sonoita/Elgin area is beautiful, we enjoyed the wineries, the people and the breathtaking views. It was a perfect trip and we will be back. Thank you so much Mary!!
