About the owner: We are a retired professional couple. We moved here from northern California. We love the lifestyle in this ranching community and the beauty of the surroundings. There is so much to do and see. We are still discovering so much. We ride our horses often. Ray loves to play pool and I play the fiddle. We have a blessed life here.
Why the Owner Chose Sonoita:
We bought this property because it is actually in the Coronado National Forest. It has easy access to trails for hiking and riding.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
It is in the National Forest so we won't have new neighbors. It will stay pristine foothills and grasslands if we manage it correctly. We have immediate access to miles of trails and it is centrally located in the Arizona wine country.
