Modern 1 bedroom, 1 bath unit with all the amenities of home. Close to beach, WiFi, Air-conditioning, dishwasher, purified water system, stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, full-sized refrigerator, washer and dryer, granite countertops and lots of closet space. Located in the heart of Puerto Vallarta, this wonderful apartment is the perfect location. It boasts an ocean view from its own private patio, perfect to have a quiet breakfast or something cold to drink. There is an infinity pool on the roof, tables and chairs, chaise lounges and comfy seating with a magnificent view of the ocean. There are several stairs to reach this delightful unit, and worth every step as the views are second-to-none. The building contains just four units.

About Elaine Edington

We first came to live in Puerto Vallarta in 2004 and bought a townhouse in the Marina area where we lived for six months of the year. Shortly thereafter, we realized that we wanted to be downtown in the heart of everything, so we sold the townhouse and bought a house. We are so happy with our decision. In 2014, we decided to buy another house and remodel the existing lower part and build up higher with new units. Its beautiful and we can't wait to share it with our guests.

What makes this apartment unique

We, the owners, will be here to check you in and out. If there is something you need, we can help you obtain it. If there are any problems with the unit, they will be taken care of immediately. In-house fishing and sight-seeing charters are available on our private boat. Use of the upper levels of the building is included.

Paradise On A Hilltop!

Quiet, clean, comfortable with all the amenities! Lovely perks included bottles of red & white wine, purified water out of the tap - yes, no plastic bottles and a lovely view. The owner went out of her way to meet us. She Really looks after her properties. We will book this property again.

The property is attractively furnished, very clean, and has a very comfortable bed. It includes all the amenities you need. The views from the balcony and rooftop patio are outstanding. Elaine and Rick are very quick to answer your every need. We have enjoyed staying with them and will be back again next year.

Perfect romantic getaway

Steve and I are in our fifties and wanted a romantic getaway.

Everything was perfect from the beautiful sunsets from our private deck to the beautifully furnished rooms and modern appliances.

Clean, quiet and easy walking distance to everything. Restaurants, bars, grocery stores.

This is one of those rare occasions where the accommodation is exactly as described.

Elaine was extremely easy to deal with and thought of everything and I know we'll be back.

Perfectly Perched in Paradise is Right

This was a great place to stay and did not disappoint. We knew we made the right choice the second we met Elaine and Rick, who live right across the street and provide attentive customer service. The location was fantastic as you are immersed into the neighbourhood with all the sights from either your room balcony or the roof top pool, sounds of the church bells and the smell of cooking food coming from nearby homes or the restaurants a few blocks away. All the amenities were provided including some cerveza chilling in the fridge and bottles of white and red wine. A bonus was that the water was triple filtered so there was no need to purchase drinking water.

The property was well maintained and very very clean. The pool and plants were attended to every day and the maid service was summoned by hanging a coloured necklace outside your main door. Top notch appliances including a gas stove top were included and a BBQ as well on the pool deck. The bed was comfortable and all linens top quality, with loads of storage space. The unit was thoughtfully decorated and very pleasing.

The view from the roof top infinity pool was panoramic as you looked over top of the buildings below and the bay opened before you allowing you to see all the boat traffic, and the amazing sunsets.

The nearest grocery store (Ley's) is a short four block walk and has everything you need to get you by for the duration of your stay. Check out the bakery, Candy, at Peru 1099 for great chocolate cake!! If you want to walk the Melecon it is three blocks away, but do not forget all the art galleries one or two streets away to waste away an afternoon. There is a pizza and panini place two blocks down the hill from the unit as well as top restaurants such as CafeDesartists, Gaby's, and Pipi's. Plan ahead as they book up fast. Want fresh sandwiches for lunch...look up Los Mercados with a deli, meat department, bakery and wine shop on the main floor. It is a 1.4 km walk on the other side of the river dividing the Melecon but so worth it.

Looking for a stair challenge, walk up to the top of the hill and take the stairs located on the left all the way up the hill.

We really loved the property and appreciated what Elaine and Rick have done. We will be back!! But for longer next time.

Great location, views, property, and owners

Property is updated and homelike from living areas to bedroom. All appliances and kitchen needs are modern and provide for a convenient stay. Owner Elaine maintains apartment as if she lives in it much to our liking. Views from the balcony encompass the city to marina area. Sunset views are unbelievable! Pool area with grill gives another option for fun. An added benefit is Husband Rick who offers fishing charters. Caught an 80# tuna with Rick. Location allows you to walk to Malecon Boardwalk or catch a bus to any spot in the city. Taxis are readily available if you like less adventure than a local bus ride. We are headed back next year and increasing our length of stay. We found our winter home.

Within three blocks of the ocean and boardwalk. Perfect walking distance to everything you could want to do. Magnificent ocean views. Brand new in December 2014.
