This is fully furnished unit with a Master bedroom and en suite bath (King size bed). The other two bedrooms each have 2 single beds. Great for a family of 4-6. The patio has furniture to seat 8 (4 bar height chairs and a table) and standard height table with 4 chairs. The unit has a blender, coffee pot, toaster over, stovetop and oven. Each bathroom has a tub/shower set up. The unit has a television, dvd player, wi-fi on secure router, a dining table with 4 chairs, a couch and loveseat. The patio has retractable awnings to allow for more shade. The unit is also very secure with roll down steel doors in the back and a steel storm door for the front entrance.

The unit is just what we wanted. It is right on the beach and the weather in Puerto Rico is 'postcard' beautiful. We chose Puerto Rico because of the ease of travel from the US (no passports) and the protections the US Constitution gives to us in Puerto Rico. The people are friendly, we can work on our Spanish, and the weather is beautiful. This location is far enough away from the major roads and cities that you feel as if you are truly on a beach getaway, but if you need something, the major stores are not too far away.

Great space and great location
I rented this beautiful condo for a family vacation near family that lives in Puerto Rico. This condo was spacious, clean and had everything we needed to make this an unforgettable experience. Ed was always available when we had questions, and boy did we have questions. I must admit, knowing that the island is still in disarray from hurricane Maria, I was a little worried about renting with HomeAway, but after getting to the condo all worries went away. That area has recovered nicely, beaches are open, restaurants have rebuilt and the people couldn’t be nicer and more accommodating. Knowing that there was a security guard at the entrance gate 24 hours a Day also helped, my family and i always felt safe. This is definitely a place I will rent again!
Perfect Weekend Getaway!
The condo was great, comfortable and cozy; and very clean. Excellent location a few minutes to the beaches Jobos and Montones. Very quiet complex and secure. Accesible for restaurants. Mr. Casias was helpful with any questions and needs we had. We agreed that the apartment needs a little face lift all around, specially the BBQ area. We recommended and definitely be back again. Thanks Mr. Casias for sharing your home with us.

the condo was great. My second stay here. The first time was great and the second time was just as great. I love that the pool is right outside the condo and the view of the beach is spectacular. Great place to stay.

Perfect Weekend Getaway!
Thanks to Mr. Edward Casias for his prompt support during our weekend stay in his condo. Excellent location, the pool just steps from the condo and the beach is walking distance. The condo has everything you need for a home away stay. The kitchen fully equipped; rooms were comfortable and clean, same for bathrooms. Definitely I will stay again for longer time.
Beautiful area....Isabela, PR and its surroundings!
Mr. Casias Condo is very accommodating as well as very spacious...Its a very quiet gated complex and very secure..No matter what time of day or night you walk outside you always meet up with the security guards doing their rounds The condo it self has every thing you need for when you are on vacation and all you have with you is your personal items.When it comes to staples there's everything you can think of from A to Z..My sister, 2 nieces and I were very please with out stay...We all agreed that the condo needs a little face lift all around but Mr. Casia had mention that to us when we were renting from him. You can see already some of the improvement like new fans etc.
Would we ever go back to Isabela, sure thing...Would we rent this Condo again? We sure would!!!
The condo is on the ground level of the Isabela Beach Court complex. The complex is a gated complex with 24 hour security personnel. The complex has a swimming pool, a children's wading pool, fitness center, basketball court, tennis court, playground, and small soccer field. The grounds are kept immaculate. Just outside our patio gate are the swimming pools. The condo has a barbeque grill, 4 snorkeling sets, 4 tennis racquets, 4 boogie boards, a basketball, soccer ball, 2 lacrosse sticks and lacrosse balls, and 2 fishing poles. A paved running/bike path is just outside the entrance. The bike path will take you all the way to Jobos beach. To the right of the complex is a small plaza with kiosks, restaurants, a fish market, and a nightclub (open on weekends). Our condo is far enough away from the nightclub that the noise will not keep you awake at night. The louder noise is the noise of the high tide breaking right outside the master bedroom window. By car, the small town of Jobos is minutes away. There are some good breakfast restaurants in Jobos and Shacks beach (2 miles farther along past Jobos). The family really likes breakfast at TBC on Route 10 toward the Aguadilla airport. Just past Jobos beach on the way to Route 10 is a empanada shop that provides very tasty and very inexpensive empanadas. The shop is on the road between Jobos and Shacks beach. You can pick from the usual (beef and chicken) to the exotic (octopus), but they are all very good and very inexpensive. The fish market in Isabela is another favorite. You can purchase sea bass to grill back at the condo. The sea bass sell for $5/pound. The small town of Isabela, just up from the complex has banks, sandwich shops, ice cream shops, and a beautiful Catholic church. If you're interested, you can watch the local men play dominoes on the plaza just about every night. Wal Mart is further up from the town of Isabela toward Highway 2 which is the major thoroughfare to the western towns of Puerto Rico. If you need to go to Wal Mart, go early in the morning (except Sundays because they open late) or expect to wait in very long lines. The town of Isabela has two supermarkets. Econo is closer to the Complex, but more difficult to locate. Mr. Special is on one of the main roads into town.
Guajataca lake is a very beautiful mountain lake that is about 45 minutes from the condo. It is a beautiful drive through the dairy county of Puerto Rico. The town of Ponce is about 2.5 hours away, but is a beautiful drive through the coffee growing region of Puerto Rico. Ponce's plaza is a sight to see with the 'Leones de Ponce' (Lions of Ponce) decorated and the firefighter museum. El Yunque is the only tropical rain forest in the US Forest System. It is a sight to see, but is a full day trip from Isabela. There are some beautiful but easy hikes in El Yunque.

A pet in the unit will result in automatic termination of the period of the tenancy, forfeiture of any unused nights of occupancy, and forfeiture of the damage deposit to cover the intensive cleaning fee. Other expenses may be incurred and billed to the tenant.
