50 m departures ski lessons, 100 m from the ski lifts and 50 m from the shops, the location of this apartment Cheverny II prevents you from taking the car all week: you go on skis.
Located on the 1st floor, the large living room (26 m2) opens onto a sunny balcony which allows to take his meals with family while enjoying a breathtaking view of the mountains and the ski area.
The living room has 2 sofa beds and a sofa 3 seater convertible.
The kitchen is independent, the corridor connecting the living room to serve a bathroom, separate toilet and has 2 bunk beds (alcove).
The room, located on the valley side, is equipped with a 160cm bed and adjoining powder room (mirror, sink and wardrobe).
A cot and high chair are available for babies.

Un très bon séjour

Nous avons pleinement apprécié notre séjour dans cet appartement. Bien placé, une vraie chambre avec une très bonne literie, un espace salon agréable et confortable avec un bon canapé, et une grande table. Salle de Bain très agréable et WC indépendant. Nous avons été séduits par toutes les conditions offertes par cette location et n’hésiterons pas à y retourner.

Bien sauf: 1) pas de lave linge… problème quand on reste 15jrs et perdre son temps à la laverie, même si on est en vacances !!! 2) pas de parking!!! 3) aspirateur pue!!! Le reste ça va

Appartement spacieux et confortable, idéalement situé, à 2 pas des pistes et des commerces. Parfait pour une famille avec 2 enfants! La terrasse plein sud est un vrai plus! Seul petit bémol, la cuisine un peu petite et sans lave vaisselle. Mais tous les autres avantages éclipsent largement ce petit défaut!

Arrivée le samedi 14 après midi pour une semaine de ski, la station de praloup a fermé le dimanche 15 à 10h du matin, arrêté préfectoral oblige.......donc l’appart très bien, mais départ obligatoire le 17 avant midi, séjour raté. Félicitations à Abritel et au propriétaire qui ont très bien géré mon problème et le remboursement de mon séjour.

Tres bon séjour

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans cet appartement a Praloup. Il est très bien placé, tout près des commerces et départs de très belle randonnées. La station est très sympa en été et les gens sont charmants en général dans les magasins et resto. L'appartement est bien équipé , il y a tout ce qu'il faut ( sauf le lave vaisselle mais ce n'est pas très grave). L'appartement est un peu ancien ( c'est pour cela que je n'ai mis que 4 étoiles) mais les sanitaires sont neufs et tout est bien entretenu. C'est parfait a 4 personne, il y a de la place. Le propriétaire est très arrangeant. La vue du balcon est magnifique. C'est très calme en été. A recommander.
