Amazing Property in Provence!

My wife, myself and our two children (2 and 4) had the pleasure of staying at this property and honestly we could not have asked for a more perfect place to stay for our visit to Provence. The host Marcel was so kind and helpful; we arrived a bit late after taking the train from Marseille and he not only called to make sure we were arriving OK but had already stocked the fridge with delicious food including local specialties and a bottle of wine to greet us. The property itself is amazing and the pictures really don't do it justice. The house is huge, with 4 large bedroom, all air conditioned, and even one with an original mural from when his grandfather owned the house! The kitchen has great modern appliances while maintain a French country kitchen esthetic, with an ajoining full pantry and laundry. The living room extension is huge, a really nice space to hand out it and a great sound system. But I think what really makes the property is the outdoor areas. The deck has really breathtaking views of the entire valley below, the pool is heated so it was very comfortable even in late September and very secluded and there is a huge backyard area our kids loved playing in. Marcel even grows grapes and fruit trees which he encouraged us to take advantage of. Éguilles is a beautiful town with all the necessities you might need but also 15 min for Aix and close enough you can drive to all the major sites in Provence. Truly a lovely property, would 100% recommend.

Een ideale ervaring in alle opzichten. Alles was veel mooier dan op de foto. Een heel gezellig en ruim huis met alles wat je nodig hebt, maar dan nog veel meer.Aan de voorkant sta je zo midden in het gezellige dorpje met bakkertje en supermarkt om de hoek. Aan de achterkant van het huis 25 km uitzicht tot aan Marseillle en de kust! Super aardige gastheer. Buiten een heerlijk zwembad, petangue baan, tafelvoetbal, gas-bbq, tafeltennis, etc Onze kinderen kunnen kritisch zijn maar willen unaniem volgend jaar terugkomen!

Ja, es stimmt wirklich. Das Haus, der Garten, der Pool und der Ausblick sind genauso schön wie auf den Fotos abgebildet. Großartig! Wir haben hier mit unserer Familie (4 Erwachsene) eine fantastische Urlaubswoche verbracht. Das Haus liegt im Prinzip mitten im Ort und trotzdem ist es ruhig. Da das Grundstück an einem leichten Hang liegt, ist der Garten terrassenförmig angelegt und der Blick frei bis zum gegenüberliegenden Berg. Und es sind nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß bis zu einer leckeren Bäckerei. In den vier Schlafzimmern ist eine Klimaanlage vorhanden. Das Grundstück ist eingezäunt, sodass sich unser Hund frei bewegen konnte. Und die vielen besonderen Bäume und Pflanzen haben uns begeistert. Die Kommunikation läuft über den Besitzer Marcel. Das Haus wird dann aber über Mitarbeitende einer Agentur übergeben. Es hat alles gut geklappt.Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Maison magnifique avec un vrai charme et une histoire. Le village est typique de cette Provence qu'on aime tant! Les commoditées de bases sont à 5 min de la maison à pied. La piscine pour vous rafraichir et on s'imagine Paul Cézanne descendre l'allée pour prendre l'apero en votre compagnie. Nous recommandons l'endroit les yeux fermés car en fermant les yeux nous entendons encore cet accent provencal qui sent bon le soleil.

Les vacances rêvées

Nous avons séjourné à 8 adultes sans jamais avoir eu l'impression de nous "marcher les uns sur les autres". Interieur et extérieur spacieux, piscine très grande et sans vis à vis, vue magnifiques, chambres avec terrasses, décoration de goût et personnalisée, cuisine super bien équipée ( niveau professionnel). Bref, les vacances rêvées! Un grand merci à Léa et don papa qui se sont occupés de l'intendance et au propriétaire pour sa gentillesse.

Prachtig huis, heerlijk zwembad, voelt rustig en afgelegen maar toch in dorp met prima winkels. Prachtige plek om terug te komen. Bed en matras valt wat uit de toon en kan beter. Verder alleen maar complimenten aan Marcel !

La maison de vacances idéale !

Maison bien située sur les hauteurs du village, spacieuse (4 chambres confortables) équipée de clim performantes, bonne literie, beaucoup d’équipements (four, gaz, vaisselle, ustensiles de cuisine, Ping Pong, BBQ, trampoline, terrain de pétanque, parasols, tables, livres) sans oublier la piscine ! Le propriétaire s’assure que tout soit à notre disposition pendant le séjour. Mention spéciale pour la sympathie et la disponibilité d’Hélène et Jean-Jacques qui gèrent le check-in et check-out !

Séjour parfait dans une superbe villa !

Très belle propriété aux prestations irréprochables décorée avec goût. Environnement magnifique : le terrain, la piscine, le village d'Eguilles et la proximité avec Aix et Marseille. La vue depuis les terrasses est tout aussi magnifique. La climatisation est un plus indéniable. L’accueil est parfait, sympathique et convivial. Les hôtes sont à l'écoute et réactifs aux demandes. Hier tickt das Herz der Provence

Ein sehr geräumiges, liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus mitten in einem "Alltagsdorf" im Einzugsbereich von Aix-en-Provence. Man genießt nicht nur den wundervollen Ausblick von der Terrasse, den Pool und den Garten, sondern ebenso den kurzen Weg morgens zum Bäcker, zur Crèmerie, zum Supermarkt, nachmittags zum Weinladen oder zur Bar um die Ecke. Zahlreiche Ausflugsziele sind gut erreichbar: Marseille, Salon de Provence, Les Baux, Rustrel,... Das Haus ist bestens ausgestattet. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter nett und bei Fragen ist er (per Mail) sofort erreichbar. Vielen Dank für zwei erholsame, ruhige Wochen!

Maison superbe, très agréable à vivre, extrêmement bien située au cœur du village tout en restant préservée du bruit; un cadre unique, reposant dont on ne se lasse pas et une région d’une richesse infinie. Perfect house and perfect service

We had a lovely holiday. The house was perfect, even far more beautifull than the pictures suggest. The view from the garden was stunning !!! The service was outstanding. The Nespresso coffee machine stopt functioning and within a hour there was a replacement, and 2 days later there was a brand new Nespresso coffee machine, although there was also another coffee machine. The tennistable and de pool were great fun. It’s also fantastic that you find all the basic essentials in the house, such as salt, peper, washing machine tabs, etcetera, which you fill during youre stay for the next tenants or the owner. In the kitchen you find all the equipment you need. Marcel, thank you for letting us rent your beautifull house and for the good services of Isabelle, Danielle and Rob. Greetings Annemiek and Bert

Charming and cozy house in fantastic location

We spent our honeymoon in this wonderful house. We loved every moment of our stay. The house is furnished and decorated in a cozy provençal style - truly makes you feel like at home. At the same time, there is so much history, art and culture there that you can spend hours discovering different corners of the house. So genuine, elegant and homey. The kitchen is perfectly equipped - coffee machine, mixer, baking forms, toaster, even a food processor! We didn't miss a thing and enjoyed cooking on our own when we felt like it. The property is very well taken care of. Although might not look like it in the pictures, there is a lot of land belonging to the property - three garden "levels" with the last one full of fig and apricot trees. The property has a perfect location in the town centre, but it's also very peaceful and quiet. There is a bakery, a butcher, a small supermarket - all within 5 minutes walking distance. Aix-en-Provence is around 10 minutes drive. We highly recommend and will come back.

Nous avons passé de merve...

Nous avons passé de merveilleuses vacances dans cette location. La maison est très propre, très confortable et plus jolie que sur les photos notamment la cuisine. Cela se sent que ce n'est pas qu'une maison pour la location mais également une maison utilisée par le propriétaire lui-même lors de réunion de famille. La piscine chauffée est super et la vue de la terrasse pendant les repas et en soirée est très agréable. La proximité du centre ville et des petits commerces est très pratique. Le propriétaire est sympathique et à l'écoute pour satisfaire les locataires. Nous avons même eu une bouteille de vin rosé en cadeau au frigidaire à notre arrivée. La seule imperfection de la maison est la descente un peu difficile pour garer la voiture lorsque l'on n'est pas habitué mais cela n'est pas très grave, la maison, la piscine et la vue sont vraiment formidables.
