The finely restored dwelling with the characteristic barrel vaults and exposed tuff, is located on the ground floor and consists of 2 bedrooms, kitchen, sitting room and bathroom with shower.
The apartment is located 50 meters from the main square, and a few hundred meters from the sea and the alleys of the historic center and its breathtaking terraces overlooking the sea.

Its location just outside the historic center allows it to be easily reached by car.

The ancient stone walls guarantee an ideal temperature in every season. The apartment is equipped with heating and air conditioning, Monitor TV, washing machine.
Wifi: free unlimited.

Such a great place to stay. If you are looking for an affordable place in Bari, near everything you will likely need then this is the place. The host was simply amazing - whatever we needed was given to us. We had a really lovely 6 days at this place. Very close to the station so you can go and visit other places across this region. Great restaurants and shops on your door step. We will be visiting again. Thank you for hosting us!

strategic location

This lovely house is a typical apulian house, with high walls in local stone. There was only one main door, but the light was sufficient. A little window was present also in the bathroom. No noise in the street, strategic location near to shop, centre, sea. Good supermarket just in front the apartment.

Onze gastvrouw was erg aardig en reageerde snel op vragen. Het matras van het onderbed van het stapelbed was erg hard. Maar verder hebben we een heerlijk verblijf gehad.

Bien situé , très propre, Katia la propriétaire est très sympathique elle nous a donné une liste d'endroit a ne pas rater 👍.merci ! La ville est a voir absolument ! Et ne ratez pas les grottes marines en bateau 😍 Le point négatif pour nous c'est qu'il n'y a aucune insonnorisation par rapport à la rue ( les gens crient tellement jusque dans la nuit et en plus nous avions des locataires au dessus complètement hysterique 😱 qui criaient et tapaient les portent en permanence (pas de chance pour nous du coup )

Soggiorno a polignano

Tutto perfetto, Katia è stata una padrona di casa impeccabile. Ringrazio anche il papà che ci ha portato frutta buonissima. La casa è in un’ottima posizione, vicina alla piazza principale ma non è rumorosa. Anche se piccola è stato sempre semplice trovare parcheggio non a pagamento. Casa pulita e sufficiente per quattro persone (due adulti e due bambini). Da consigliare assolutamente.

Posizione perfetta per raggiungere tutti i punti di maggior rilievo sia del centro che della zona circostante, e ce ne sono veramente tanti. Casetta pulitissima, proprietaria garbata e disponibile. L’unico neo è che si trova a piano terra e non è troppo luminosa. Comunque consigliata

Pulita,ordinata e vicino al mare

Io e la mia ragazza siamo stati una settimana presso questa casa, ci siamo trovati molto bene , la proprietaria è una signora disponibile e molto cordiale . Lo consiglio molto vivamente a tutti coloro che hanno intenzione di visitare Polignano a mare ,ritrovandosi in un paesino sul mare pieno di richiami al passato e panorami mozzafiato a pochi metri di distanza da dove soggiornerete .

compact verblijf op eersteklas locatie

De zeer centrale ligging van deze plek is echt een pluspunt. Ook de hoogte in het appartement is erg prettig want daardoor blijft het binnen lekker koel. Polignano a Mare is een levendig stadje met enkele kiezelstrandjes op loopafstand (watesrchoenen zijn wel aan te raden). De markt op donderdagochtend is een ware schoenenhemel en verder zijn Alberobello, Castellana Grotte en Matara per auto goed te bereiken.

Cozy love nest

we spent one week in this very lovely apulian construction! we appreciated the details of forniture, and the ancient typical apulian stone walls that assured a perfect temperature also in hot days (although there was aircondition but we do not love use it).The apartment is central so we parked the car at the arrive and then we used it only to move in other towns. The lovely little beach under the bridge was just at 5 minute walking. In 3 minute we were in the historic centre. Shops, market were just infront the apartment. The bathroom is little but you find everything you need (wc, bidet, shower). The owner is very kind.
