OCEANFRONT SINGLE LEVEL HOME -View Fireworks At The Beach-Sorry No Pets Allowed

We are pleased to share our beachfront Retro Style home where you can come, and join the fun of beachfront living.

Our home is a single level, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and will accommodate up to 14 guests. Our home is fully stocked with everything one might need for a relaxing vacation, so come and join us, and make some new, and amazing memories with your family at our Retro Style Home in Beautiful Oceano/Pismo Beach California.
*Please Note: Due to new safety rules and regulations we are not allowed to provide any types of kitchen condiments (salt, pepper, seasonings, cooking oils).

Household Items Provided: A fully stocked home and kitchen with all the amenities we think are essential to our guests. Fresh linens, bedding, towels, paper towels, toilet tissue, soaps, cookware, kitchen essentials, coffee filters, drip coffee maker, a Keurig, a PAN IN THE ABOVE THE FRIDGE with items to be used when barbecuing.
Additional items included for your use are two folding table's with chairs (located in the guest bathroom/laundry room next to the dryer.)

Outdoor Items Provided: A briquette barbecue, a Fire Ring, a large bucket of sand toys, a large picnic table, and large green patio chairs.. These items are provided for your outdoor enjoyment.

PERSONAL ITEMS YOU SHOULD BRING: TWO SETS OF QUEEN SHEETS FOR FUTON USE, SUNSCREEN, A JACKET/SWEATSHIRT, BLANKETS, SHAMPOO, BEACH TOWELS, FOLDING BEACH CHAIRS FOR THE SAND, BRIQUETTES & FIREWOOD.

PARKING: THREE CARS are allowed at the property for garage and driveway parking. YOUR CAR'S CANNOT STICK OUT OF THE DRIVEWAY. EXTRA VEHICLES MUST FIND SIDE STREET PARKING. PLEASE DO NOT PARK IN NEIGHBORING DRIVEWAYS OR VEHICLE WILL BE TOWED. NO RV'S, CAMPERS OR TRAILERS ARE TO BE AT OUR PROPERTY.

Our home is intentionally designed in a 50/60 style but very functional and well maintained, it's dated in style intentionally, however; if this is not your style please look at one of our other homes that we have to offer.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Guests are required to fully complete page 3 of the signed contract. Please Launder towels, hand towels and washcloths. Make sure all dishes are washed and clean before you put them away.
Return the barbecue, fire ring and bucket of sand toys to the garage. Stack patio chairs. Take out ALL TRASH.
Make sure all windows are closed, appliances are off and all doors are locked. Leave our home clean, same way you received it.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
CONTRACT MUST BE SIGNED & RETURNED TO ME. ABSOLUTELY NO CHARGING OF ANY ELECTRIC VEHICLES.
ABSOLUTELY NO PETS OF ANY KIND, NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND, NO DRINKING PARTIES AND NO LOUD OR VULGAR MUSIC.
GUESTS MUST FULLY COMPLETE PAGE 3 OF THE CONTRACT AND LEAVE OUR HOME CLEAN.

Great Location

Amazing views!

This was our second time staying at one of Tammy’s properties, and once again, she was fantastic – always easy to reach and quick to communicate.The house itself is in a quiet neighborhood with direct access to the beach – what more could you ask for? It was clean, well-stocked, and had everything needed for a large family even though our family was small. The bedroom with bunk beds felt spacious, and there were plenty of pillows, extra bedding, and cozy throws to keep everyone comfortable. My kid loved all the sand toys, and the fire ring was a wonderful addition for evenings. There were also more than enough beach chairs for a much larger group. We truly had a great stay.

I recently stayed at this home and had a wonderful experience! The house were immaculately clean and well-maintained, and the proximity to the ocean was a huge bonus. But what really made our trip special was the opportunity to bond with my family over a campfire. We spent hours sharing stories, making s'mores, and enjoying each other's company in a beautiful outdoor setting. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to spend quality time with their loved ones in a peaceful and picturesque environment." 5/5 stars!

Great Family Vacay!

We had a great time at this property! We had two families that included 5 kids, ranging in age from 6-11yo. The kids LOVED playing in the dunes that were directly in front of the house. It's a bit of a walk to the water and there are a LOT of cars on the sand, so there was concern for the kids walking to the water. The bunk room was great for all the cousins. The beds were comfortable. The house was clean. The kitchen did lack some basics, olive oil, salt, pepper, etc. So, if you're planning on cooking, be sure to bring the basics. Overall, we had a great time.

Be aware!

The host charges for cleanings fees but expects you to clean the house such as wash towels, never heard of any rentals that do that to wash towels. Make sure to bring your own towels. Host also accused us of breaking patio ropes which was already like that when we arrived and have the picture to to show when we first arrived and took a photo of the beach with the ropes already broken. Be aware with this host!

Perfect location

The location of the house is perfect because it’s near the end of the strand. The house is an older home so do expect some plumbing issues. We had to plunge the toilet once. There’s no salt or peppers or any other spices in the kitchen, don’t forget to bring your own. Dryer doesn’t dry that well so don’t wait until the last two hours before checkout like us to wash and dry the towels (owner wants all their towels you used to be washed and dried before checking out). Also bring your own lighter if you plan to do bonfire outside. Overall we enjoyed our stay because of the location and the easiness of communication with the owner.

Great house

The house was clean upon arrival, easy instructions to access the house. The kitchen was very well stocked. The house has everything you need including sand toys! Plenty of towels and comfortable beds.

Great rental needs updated photo

Overall it’s a great little rental property. It was incredibly windy the entire time we were here so much so that it was hard for the kids to play outside until about 7 o’clock every night and then it was perfect with no massive wind m/sand storm. This property sits right on the beach. Great beach bonfire every single night. But the wind this season has been so bad it has pushed the sand into massive dunes that block your view from seeing the ocean. Would not recommend for elders as getting up the dune to get onto the beach is a bit steep. Then the next dune to get over to get to the beach is significantly steep…photo should be updated right now until they level the sand as there is absolutely no view of the ocean from the home now. But with that being said it’s old but cute and convenient. had all the amenities, plenty of sleeping for all, stocked kitchen, towels, TP, washer and dryer. Neighbors are right next-door but very pleasant and or welcoming to this rental property as long as you keep the music down and be respectful to the property. Fireplace did not work. But it came with a great fire ring for outside, plenty of outside seating, picnic table, and bbq. unfortunately our weekend the weather did not cooperate so we could not eat outside as it was abundantly windy abnormally more than usual. Parking was fine for three vehicles. Two bathrooms and showers, three bedrooms and addition sleeping in living room. Again great for a large party with no worry of ruining anything. It’s all tile through out house that gets very sandy . But easily sweepable. Wish it had a vacuum on clean up day. Might consider renting again . But if weather says it’s gonna be a “windy” day more then normal beach wind I’d pass as the sand whips right into the home with these new sand dunes blocking entrance-exit to beach . The homeowners often get together and have the sand dunes pushed down and leveled but this year club is not letting them do that right now so they have built up to a significant size again blocking of use and back entrance to beach

Relaxing Vacation

The online booking was easy and the property manager was very efficient. The property was perfect for my family and grandkids. They loved the sand and easy access to the beach. We did get frustrated with the internet service. It kept booking us off and a better broom and hose would help with keeping the sand out of the house. Overall it was a great experience and we will definitely book with you again next summer.

We'd do it all over again

It was exactly what we were looking for and needed for the weekend. Some time on the beach, some team bonding time, and a good location in relation to our tournament. The team had a blast and we want to make it an annual tradition.

Stay was comfortable. Sandy beach front home was easy access for my children to play in the sand all day. Teens loved how easy access was to the ocean. Home is very outdated but very clean. Other than sweeping constantly to prevent sand from entering home, definitely enjoyed our stay. I would just make one suggestion have a water hose available access to rinse off to prevent so much sand from entering the home. We were really bummed that the fireplace did not work in the home. I would go back just for the amazing view and spending family quality time

Family Time

Enjoyed a clean, safe, comfortable and accommodating home for a delayed family gathering to celebrate sons Cal Poly graduation, turned into a sons bday celebration with a small family gathering. Covid had disrupted soon much this past 2020 year, appreciated the home owners Tammy’s flexibility to re -schedule dates., as home had a no refund policy. Appreciate time together on the beach in a comfortable, spacious and homey environment! Priceless memory.
