This cosy, quiet and light-filled garden-level apartment is ideally located at the corner Frishman/Kikar Dizengoff, one block from the lively neighborhoods of both Ben Yehuda and Bograshov (restaurants, bars and shops). Just 6 min walk to the beach, you will be able to enjoy all of Tel Aviv city's facets!

The apartment has been fully renovated. The bright and welcoming atmosphere results from an intimate decoration with vintage furniture carefully hunted. This perfect combination of cosiness and romanticism creates the sense of a little piece of heaven in the heart of Tel Aviv.

On garden level, the apartment (70 sqm) sleeps up to 4 people over 2 bedrooms, 1 with queen-size bed, the other one with 2 individual beds. The open plan living space connects the TV living room, the dining area and opens onto the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with electric stoves, micro-wave, oven, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, Nespresso machine, etc. Bedding and towels are provided.

Exceptionally well connected to the city’s public transportation services (Ben yehuda/Dizengoff/Pinsker): 10’ to Jaffa with bus 10; 10’ to Shuk Hacarmel with bus/shirout 4; 15 to Central Bus & Train station with shirout 5. Self-service bicycle rentals station at 100 m.

Wir fühlten uns hier schnell zu Hause! Unsere Gastgeber empfingen uns herzlich direkt bei der Ankunft. Wir erhielten unzählige Tips für unseren Aufenthalt in Tel Aviv und Umgebung. Auch in den folgenden Tagen blieben wir jederzeit in Kontakt zu unseren Gastgebern. WIr hatten eine rundum perfekte Zeit in Tel Aviv und werden gerne wiederkommen. Vielen Dank!

Great place!

They were very informative and friendly. They had some food for us the night we arrived. Eli went above and beyond the call of duty by changing his internet subscription service and installing cable so that I could have my two weeks of meetings in peace. There was plenty of space. The shower was great. They will be doing some modifications after we left to improve the place. The outside space would be great for the hot months. VERY conveniently located, walk to the beach and many places.

Central location, plenty of space, called it home

Met with the owner on arrival, nice touch and not only confirmed we knew how to work everything but got a short review with a map of transportation and locations we should visit. The location is very central and we walked almost everywhere. Looking forward to another visit. Would work with the owner again.

Had a wonderful two week stay here!

I stayed here with my fiancé & one other friend. We had a great stay! The location was absolutely perfect(close to restaurants, the beach, the market & pharmacy). Everything worked well in the apartment (air, tv, laundry machine, good shower). The hosts were also sooo welcoming & super easy to connect with if we ever needed anything!

Perfect place in a perfect location !

We really enjoyed our stay here. Fabulous welcome by the owner Carole, with detailed info about the apartment and surrounding area. The welcome provisions were also really appreciated. The apartment is ideally situated in the heart of Tel Aviv and we could easily get around by foot. Perfect place for a family.

Perfect location

Just spent a week with wife and daughter in this wonderful appartment. Many of the attractions of Tel Aviv could be reached on foot - the beach is only a few minutes away, the Carmel Market and the amazing Art Musuem etc., are all easy to get to. The appartment itself was immaculate with a very comfortable bed, a well equipped kitchen, a shady garden terrace, air-conditioning and a great shower. We were very well looked-after by Elie, who greeted us with loads of tips about what to see, where to eat, etc. He was always ready to help or answer questions - which he did very promptly. What could be better than watching the sunset from the beach while drinking a cocktail, then wandering back to our home-from-home. Strongly recommend.

Nous avons passé 6 jours dans ce Petit coin de paradis qui porte bien son nom. L'accueil a été très chaleureux comme si nous retrouvions des amis, de petites attentions comme un set pour le petit dejeuner , des boissons fraiches... Tout cela prouve ce désir de bien accueillir. Des conseils personnalisés et forts utiles pour découvrir Tel Aviv , des prises de nouvelles régulières durant le séjour , propreté du lieu, déco au top et surtout l'emplacement de cet appartement Vous êtes au coeur de Tel Aviv ! Bref vous l'avez compris, tout cela mérite un bon 5 étoiles ! Il est clair que nous retournerons dans cette location lors d'un prochain séjour et ce sera avec un grand plaisir de retrouver les propriétaires. Toda raba pour avoir rendu cette découverte de TLV si agréable et si addictive ! Christophe et Carole ( Paris & Toulouse )

Super séjour au petit soin

Nous avons passé un super séjour grâce à une équipe au petit soin, adorable et toujours prête à aider ou donner un bon conseil. Tout était au rdv pour passer de bonnes vacances et l'appartement très fonctionnel avec le nécessaire (shampoing, cuisine bien remplie) et même le nécessaire pour passer les 1e jour (café, beurre, gateaux). Merci bcp !!! (on reviendra)

Appartement hypercentre avec parking

Tout commence par la réservation prise en main par Carole et marquée par un accueil des plus chaleureux. Arrivée à Tel aviv l'excellent accueil est confirmé ! L'appartement est parfaitement placé à 2 min de la place dizingoff entre Frishman et Bograshov, idéal pour les sorties nocturnes, le shopping. A 10 min de la plage également ! La place de parking est un réel plus dans ce quartier très animé de Tel aviv. L'appartement est bien équipé et permet l'accueil de toute la famille. Nous avons cependant trouvé l'appartement un peu sombre et humide mais peut être était ce du à la saison. La terrasse est très agréable et nos hôtes Claude et Carole près à tout pour nous aider à profiter de cette belle et grande ville.

Our first family holiday

Beautiful apartment in a very nice neighbourhood

This apt. is lovely, beautifully decorated, very well maintained and clean. I felt very welcome when I arrived, there were already some essential groceries - bread, juice and some sweets. The apt. is located in a cozy neighbourhood, very quiet but also very central near Kikar Dizengoff. There is a nice 'kiosk' café just steps away where you can have coffee, breakfast or lunch. During my stay I really felt at home. I would recommend this property to friends or relatives and I am certainly planning to come back soon.

L'appartement correspond à sa description, il est très bien équipé. C'est un appartement très agréable et bien situé, loin du bruit mais proche de toutes les commodités nécessaires à des vacanciers. L'accueil de l'hôtesse, Carole, est exceptionnellement chaleureux, convivial et professionnel. Nous avons adoré la terrasse et sa pergola, dans laquelle nous avons trouvé un grand plaisir à y prendre tous nos repas. Nous espérons y revenir l'été prochain...

"We often rent apartments in Tel Aviv, ad this one is definitely our favorite! This apartment is beautfil, very well located and close to everything: beach, restaurants, dizengoff... The private garden makes eating outside a real plus, especially with children. Sonia, the flat attendant, is a very caring and reliable person. She was very helphing during all our stay. "Appartement situé en plein centre à 8 ou 10 min de la plage,dans une rue "normalement" calme, malheureusement l'immeuble contigüe était en totale réfection ce qui a occasionné des nuisances considérables. La position en deçà du niveau de la rue, limite un peu la luminosité l'après midi. Très bon rapport avec le propriétaire et excellent accueil de SONIA qui s'est montrée attentive et constamment disponible pour régler le moindre de nos soucis."
