Perfect location.

We had a very enjoyable week in this apartment. Its location was perfect for us, very close to the beach and marina, but quiet and very comfortable, with all the conveniences you could need. It is a 25 minute walk into La Rochelle town or there is a very good bus service, which we also used, and a water taxi. Plenty of places to eat locally, or head into town for shops, restaurants, market, boat trips, museums etc. Only used the car for the supermarket, and a day trip Ile De Re.

Best of both worlds

So glad we found this gem of a property, from start to finish it was the perfect holiday, from booking to leaving. Christian met us at the property & showed us round, recommended places to visit & was on hand throughout the week to answer questions & to book our taxi back to the airport. The apartment was lovely, everything we needed & in a great location. The sea bus ran every 30 minutes on time from local pick up point & cost €3 each or you get a group discount for 4 or more. Great restaurants & quiet beach, highly recommend this apartment & will be back

Perfect accommodation for a week in La Rochelle

The property was very well equipped and contained everything you could possibly need. There were a few bits like wash powder/dishwasher tablets and sugar/coffee filters which were super useful. All equipment and bedding were to a high quality standard. We really wnjoy d waring meals on the balcony over looking the ocean. The location was great. Right by the beach, a few basic restaurants, the bakery, a small supermarket and a pharmacies around the corner. The bus stop around the corner had very frequent bussed for an 8 minute drive to La Rochelle (cheap and pay by bank card) , the seabus is also on the doorstep for a lovely experience but it is a bit slower. Though this is solar powered so no fumes. The walk to La Rochelle past the marina must have been around 25 mins. We had fabulous visits to the islands and to the Aquarium, all well worth a visit. Much time enjoyed mooching around the town, visiting the towers and eating lovely food! The market hall was great for fresh produce.

Wir hatten eine tolle Urlaubszeit in einer schönen Unterkunft in La Rochelle.Es fing schon damit an, dass wir sehr freundlich und mit vielen Informationen von Christian empfangen wurden. Die Lage der Wohnung mit dem herrlichen Blick auf das Meer hat uns sehr gefallen, daher haben wir die Terrasse ausgiebig genutzt. Alles, was wir während des Aufenthalts benötigten, war in der hübsch eingerichteten Wohnung vorhanden. La Rochelle ist eine wunderschöne Stadt, die einiges zu bieten hat. Wir waren insbesondere auch von der Markthalle begeistert, die wir regelmäßig für einen Einkauf oder ein Snack vor Ort besuchten. Man sollte jedoch bedenken, dass die Markthalle täglich um 13:30 Uhr schließt. Wer gerne Ausflüge mit dem Boot macht, hat in La Rochelle viele Möglichkeiten. Allein schon die kurze Fahrt mit dem Bus de Mer zum Zentrum war immer ein kleines Erlebnis. Wir können die Wohnung und die Stadt sehr empfehlen.

Unser Urlaub war hervorragend. Die Lage war direkt am Strand, trotzdem ruhig. Das Appartement hat eine tolle Raumaufteilung, ist super ausgestattet, insbesondere die Küche verfügt über alle Utensilien, die man sich wünscht. Moderne Geräte, alles funktionierte tadellos. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr freundlich und unproblematisch. Wir hatten einen PKW-Stellplatz, aber auch die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel war sehr gut zu erreichen. Wir können das Quartier uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Herzlichen Dank !!!

Séjour merveilleux à la Rochelle

Appartement idéalement placé, à 30 secondes à pieds de la plage des minimes mais avec une ligne de Bus reliant le centre de La Rochelle en 15 min. Place de parking réservée, pas de stress pour se garer. Terrasse très agréable avec vue sur l’océan. L’appartement est ULTRA confortable, on se sent quasiment chez soi, c’est un duplex très joliment meublé, tout est confortable, literie, canapé. La cuisine est hyper fonctionnelle, très bien équipée, lave vaisselle et lave linge (!!!) Nous avons été accueillis par Christian, adorable, qui nous donné plein de bons tuyaux pour passer un super séjour à La Rochelle. La communication avant et pendant le séjour était fluide. Bref, allez y les yeux fermés!

Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux. L’emplacement est parfait offrant une vue incroyable avec un accès direct à la plage et des commerces à 5 mn à pieds. L'intérieur était élégant, confortable et impeccablement propre. Merci à Christian pour l’accueil extrêmement serviable et attentionnée. Je recommande vivement cet endroit à tous ceux qui recherchent un séjour exceptionnel.

Superbe appartement très lumineux et très propre, très bien équipé, très bien situé (proche de toutes commodités). Nous avons passé une excellente semaine en famille (2 adultes + 3 enfants). Fantastische Maisonette-Wohnung mit grandiosem Blick

Die Wohnung ist extrem ruhig am Ende der Landzunge gelegen. Nachts hört man die Wellen rauschen, tags kann man sich auf der grosszügigen Terrasse sonnen. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist ausgezeichnet. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind sehr nah gelegen. Die Altstadt ist sehr gut mit dem Shuttleboot zu erreichen.

Superbe appartement

Appartement très agréable, spacieux avec tout le confort nécessaire et vue sur mer. Le plus c'est son emplacement: tout proche d'une plage puisqu'il suffit de descendre de l'immeuble et de marcher à peine 2 minutes. Proche du port pour aller au centre de La Rochelle en bateau bus. Nous avons eu un très bon contact avec Xavier qui nous a accueilli et donné pas mal d'informations. Si nous revenons à La Rochelle, sans hésiter nous passerons par vous.

Fantastic apartment

This is a fantastic apartment, light and airy and well designed with great views out to sea. We were met by Christian who had fantastic English and was very informative. You are only a few steps from a blue flag beach and there are lots of options for getting into the centre of La Rochelle - we used the Yelo hire bikes which were 50c each way and there was a cycle path all the way into town (10 mins) There is lots to do in La Rochelle and the surrounding area; we particularly enjoyed Ile de Re and Maria’s Poitevin (green Venice). I would certainly recommend

Imposante Lage und gute Ausstattung, nur das Bett im Schlafzimmer könnte ersetzt werden

Semaine tout confort à La Rochelle

Nous étions trois et avons pu apprécier le confort de cet appartement bien équipé. Il faisait très chaud mais nous en avons pas trop souffert car il y a suffisamment d'ouverture pour rafraîchir l'appartement et la plage n'est pas loin pour un bain rafraîchissant.
