Goed maar de toestellen moeten vervangen worden. Deze doen het echt niet goed en de hygiëne laat toch de wensen over. Grondige poetsbeurt is noodzakelijk. Het wordt te oppervlakkig gedaan. Het is verouderd en is toe aan vernieuwing. Misschien parasols voorzien voor het strand.

Schöner Urlaub

Ein imposantes Anwesen. Der Garten und die Lage (2 Minuten Fußweg zum Meer) sollten eigentlich 6 von 5 Sternen bekommen. Ein gut nutzbarer Tennisplatz dabei, WOW. Das Innere des Hauses ist nicht auf dem neuesten Stand, Standard aber ok. Wir waren mit 17 Personen da, haben aber von vornherein 2 Personen in eine Pension ausgelagert, da zwar genügend Betten im Haus vorhanden sind, für unsere Konstellation aber zu wenig abgeschlossene Zimmer. Im Obergeschoss, wo die Schlafzimmer liegen, ist viel Raum für Durchgangszimmer bzw. Wohnzimmer verschenkt. Die große Terrasse und Wohnzimmer/Küche im Erdgeschoss bieten eigentlich schon reichlich Platz für große Gruppen. Man könnte mehr aus dem Haus machen, trotzdem eine beeindruckende Villa. Ein paar Punkte wären leicht zu verbessern, so dass man sich mehr willkommen fühlt: Schon für das erste Händehandtuch muss man zum Beispiel extra bezahlen, wenigstens ein (1) Spülmaschinen-Tab bereit zu legen kostet auch nicht die Welt. Das Couscous (mit Fleisch) des Hausverwalters war super, aber nicht gerade günstig, Preis vorher erfragen! Die eingangs erwähnten Punkte (Garten, Strandnähe, Tennisplatz, imposantes Gebäude) plus das tolle Sommerwetter haben unseren Aufenthalt insgesamt zu einem sehr schönen Urlaub gemacht!

20 Personen - perfektes Haus

Ganz tolles Haus, welches auch sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet ist (eher schon Richtung Villa) Wir waren mit 9 Erwachsenen und 11 Kindern da und trotz dieser hohen Personenanzahl hat es sich wegen der Größe des Hauses und des Gartens und der Nähe zum Strand super verteilt und man konnte trotzdem Ruhe haben. Für die Kinder (und auch die Erwachsenen) ein Paradies, zudem auch sehr nah tolle Wanderungen oder Mountainbiketouren starten. Der Betreuer Dris war sehr engagiert und hat leckeres (und sehr üppiges) Couscous an einem Abend serviert. Definitiv 5 Sterne, gerade wenn man mit großen Gruppen unterwegs ist

Maison à proximité de la plage

Bonne relation avec le propriétaire et DRISS. La maison est adaptée pour des groupes et la proximité de la plage rend le séjour plus appréciable. DRISS fait un couscous sublime et est très serviable. Quelques petits soucis avec la plomberie . Séjour très agréable, merci.

Holliday in Corsica

I had language problems with Abritel all the way since I do not speak French. Good communication in English with the house owner. Always quick respons . The arrival went well, but only French spoken. Outside grass was very long and it took 1 week before it was cut even after our comments at arrival. The property was spacious and good size bedrooms and very nice outside areas. Nearby restaurant played music til 1 am 2 days a week. When leaving, we got to understand that the caretaker expected tipps. Unfortunately we did not have any cash to give him. If this is normal procedure,I would have appreciated some information about this before arrival. I have rented many villas, but never come across this before. I also think that fees for towels could have been included in the rates. These critical remarks are meant as general comments and not as complaints. We had a wonderful 14 days vacation in a nice big house with tennis court and tabel tennis board and plenty of outside spaces. The beach only few yards away was used daily . We very much enjoyed our stay in Corsica !

Sehr zu empfehlen!

Wir waren 8 Erwachsene und 10 Kinder und haben das Anwesen für unsere Familienferien im Oktober sehr genossen. Wir waren sozusagen täglich alleine am Strand, haben trotz fortgeschrittener Jahreszeit gut in der Outdoor-Küche essen können (mit den richtigen Kleidern kein Problem) und konnten uns gut auf die vielen Zimmer verteilen. Auch der Tennisplatz, Tischtennis, sowie die Wiese hat den Kindern und Erwachsenen viele schöne Spielstunden ermöglicht. Auch das Cheminée hat uns in den Abendstunden schöne Atmosphäre gespendet. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und der Kontakt sehr unkompliziert. Wir können uns gut vorstellen, wiedermal zu kommen! Die Küche war ganz gut eingerichtet, ausser den Backofen konnten wir irgendwie nicht richtig zum laufen bringen, was uns in der Menuplanung etwas eingeschränkt hat... Aber die zwei Geschirrspülmaschinen waren Gold wert!

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus ist wunderbar gelegenen. Der Strand ist ein Steinwurf entfernt und perfekt mit kleinen Kindern. Die Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten wurden rege genutzt. Tennis, Tischtennis Petanque,… Die Ausstattung war für eine Grosse Gruppe sehr komfortabel. Die Aussenküche ist sehr praktisch. Das Haus ist insgesamt sehr grosszügig und bietet Rückzugsmöglichkeiten. Einzig ein paar Matratzen sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Falls mal nicht selber gekocht werden will, können wir das Couscous des Hauskeepers wärmstens empfehlen!

Le propriétaire a été super sympa. La maison est très grande spacieuse et tres propre. A 30 min seulement de Bastia. A 150 m de la plage seulement. Avec son jardin immense et son court de tennis. Cela convient tres bien a une grande famille voir tres grande famille ou groupe d'amis. Nous y reviendront très certainement.

Tolles Ferienhaus für mehrere Familien mit Strandzugang und vielen Freizeitmöglichkeiten

Das Ferienhaus ist geschmackvoll ausgestattet und gut gepflegt. Direkte Nähe (ca. 200m, Privatweg) zu einem schönen, wenig frequentierten Sandstrand. Die Zimmer sind stilvoll eingerichtet und die Bäder sauber. Es gibt zwei Küchen, innen und außen, zwei große Kühlschränke mit großen Tiefkühlfächern. Küchenausstattung ist ausreichend. Es standen neue Grillroste für den Grill zur Verfügung. Auf der Terasse steht eine große Tafel, an der alle Platz finden, Liegestühle und einige Sonnenschirme für den Strand. Der Tennisplatz vor dem Haus und die Tischtennisplatte sind zwar schon alt, haben uns aber sehr viel Freude bereitet. Der Garten ist weitläufig und gepflegt und gibt den Kindern viel Raum für Fußball, Fangen,... Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Bäcker, Leclerc, SPAR,...) sind in 5 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Das Hausmeisterehepaar hat uns angeboten, einen Abend marrokanisch für uns zu kochen (gegen Bezahlung). Es gab Couscous mit Fleisch, Gemüse, Kischererbsen,... was sehr gut war. Am Strand ist in 300m Entfernug eine Strandbar, bei der es Pizza und gutes "richtiges" Essen (auch abends) gibt. Insgesamt hatten wir eine sehr schöne Zeit und können das Ferienhaus guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen.

Großzügiges Haus mit Strandnähe für Tennisfans und große Gruppen

Wir haben das angebotene Haus im April 2019 für eine Woche mit 16 Erwachsenen und Jugendlichen genutzt und waren begeistert von der Ausstattung des Hauses, den großzügigen Räumen und der traumhaften Lage am Meer. Es gibt ausreichend Schlafzimmer und die Vielzahl der Bäder entsprach unserem Bedarf. Wir hatten sowohl sonnige Tage, an denen wir den Orangenbaumbestandenen Garten und die Liegestühle und die Strandnähe nutzen konnten als auch kühleres Regenwetter, für welches uns das Haus mit viel Platz, einem großzügigen Wohnraum mit Kamin und Elektrischen Heizkörpern in den Zimmern ebenso Komfort bot. Es gibt allerdings nur im Außenbereich einen ausreichend großen Esstisch für alle 16 Personen. Die Ausstattung der Küche mit jeweils zwei Kühlschränken, Propangasherden und Spülmaschinen und ausreichend Geschirr, Besteck und Gläsern entsprach unseren Wünschen, da wir gern selbst kochen. Die zwei kleinen Holzkohlegrills waren für die Gruppe nicht geeignet. Problematisch war auch die Erstausstattung mit Toilettenpapier und anderen Bedarfsmaterial (Kaffeefiltertüten, Kaminholz), welches man normalerweise nicht mit auf der Anreise dabei hat. Die Erstausstattung musste mit einem ersten Einkauf ergänzt werden Es ist trotzdem schwierig, nach langer Reise nicht ausreichend Toilettenpapier vorzufinden, das wenigstens bis zum darauf folgenden Tag reicht. Gestört haben uns die Baustellen rundherum. An den Osterfeiertagen blieb alles trügerisch ruhig, allerdings waren ab Dienstag ununterbrochene Abrissarbeiten auf dem rechts liegenden Grundstück und Presslufthämmer für Reparaturen auf dem strandseitigen Grundstück zugange. Am letzten Tag kamen noch laute Arbeiten auf dem linken Grundstück hinzu, sodass der Baulärm damit von drei Seiten zu hören war. Ob die Aktivitäten nur in dieser Vorsaisonzeit zu befürchten sind, können wir nicht einschätzen. Der zugehörige Tennisplatz und die Tischtennisplatte wurde mit Vergnügen genutzt. Außerdem ist das Haus und dessen Lage sehr Hundefreundlich. Ohne Auto übrigens ist das Haus nicht zu erreichen oder zu empfehlen. Für alle Ausflüge auf der Insel war das Auto nötig. Für die Einkäufe selbstverständlich auch.

Wunderbar! - 10 Tage - 10 Personen - im März 2019

Wunderschöne, gepflegte Villa mit viel Platz für viele Leute, große Gartenanlage, in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet und fast direkt am Meer gelegen. Sehr angenehme Gastgeber, die nebenan wohnen und bei Bedarf sofort zur Stelle sind. "Merci!" á Madeleine et Patrick! Begeistert hat uns die Outdoor-Küche mit dem großen Essbereich auf der Terrasse. Sehr schön die individuell eingerichteten Schlafzimmer und großen Badezimmer. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!
