Unser Aufenthalt in Soulac war perfekt. Das Haus ist total schön renoviert und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Abende auf der Terrasse waren sehr entspannend. In 2 Minuten war man zu Fuß in der Innenstadt zum Bummeln und in 5 Minuten zu Fuß am Strand. Auch mit unserem Hund konnte man alles gut machen. Für unser Auto haben wir ebenfalls einen guten Parkplatz gefunden. Es war bestimmt nicht unser letzter Besuch in Sourlac. Danke auch für die nette und unkomplizierte Kommunikation.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour: cette maison est magnifique et extrêmement bien équipée. La météo n'a pas été très clémente pendant ce grand week-end ce qui nous a permis d'apprécier encore plus le confort de la maison. Tout y est, la terrasse devant la maison est très belle et très agréable.L'emplacement est parfait pour profiter de Soulac à pieds!Nous n'avons eu aucun mal à nous garer dans la rue juste devant la maison.On aimerait juste pouvoir y revenir bientôt!

Wir haben in diesem tollen Haus zu fünft für zwei Wochen unseren Urlaub genossen. Die Kommunikation mit Susanne war sehr unkompliziert. Vom Check-in bis zu unserem Auszug hat alles prima geklappt. Das Haus ist sehr gut gepflegt und äußerst gut ausgestattet. Alle möglichen kleinen und großen Küchen- und Kochutensilien sind vorhanden. Auch viele Reinigungsmittel für einen Putz zwischendurch waren vorhanden. Wir mussten wirklich nur noch den Kühlschrank füllen - vielen Dank dafür! Das ist nicht selbstverständlich. Die Internetverbindung war sehr stabil und ausreichend. Die Nähe zur Innenstadt ist unschlagbar, morgens steigt schon der Duft der umliegenden Bäckereien in die Nase, wenn man auf der hinteren Terrasse sitzt. Auch unsere Kinder haben ihre Ferien genossen!Viele Grüße aus Deutschland nach Soulac

Tolles Haus, super Lage, traumhafter Urlaub

Die Villa Butterfly ist ein ideal gelegenes Ferienhaus (5 Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand und in die Fußgängerzone), sehr gut ausgestattet und sauber, guter Kontakt mit sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Vermieterin. Wir hatten mit 2 Familien (8 Personen) einen richtig schönen Urlaub.

Un excellent séjour d'une semaine fin avril 2024

La location est spacieuse et fonctionnelle. Nous avons pu très vite nous sentir en confiance. On sent que c'est un endroit "en fonction". Tout marche, rien ne manque. La situation dans la localité est parfaite : proche de la plage et du marché.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus in optimaler Lage

Das in klassischer Bäderarchitektur erstellte Ferienhaus liegt optimal zum großen Sandstrand von Soulac-sur-mer und zu den Geschäften des täglichen Bedarfs. Es bietet reichlich Platz und viel Komfort. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern ist unkompliziert und freundlich. Alles in allem ein wunderschönes Ferienhaus für entspannte Ferien an der französischen Antlantikküste.

Maison très bien située, très bien équipée avec propriétaire à l'écoute.

Excellentes vacanced dans cette maison de plein pied avec beaucoup de cachet et très confortable. A proximité immédiate de la plage et des commerces. Très bien équipée, la situation de la maison permet de se passer de la voiture tout le séjour. La disponibilité de la propriétaire pour préparer le séjour est très agréable.

Das größte Kompliment, das wir diesem Ferienort und Ferienhaus machen können ist die Tatsache, dass wir nun das zweite Mal unseren Urlaub dort verbracht haben... das haben wir davor nämlich noch nie gemacht. Hoffentlich bleibt der unverwechselbare Charme des Hauses auch nach der geplanten umfangreichen Renovierung erhalten... Klare und uneingeschränkte Empfehlung!

Maison familiale, hyper centre, répondant à toutes nos attentes (marché, commerces, plages, tt à pieds). Appréciable à toutes âges. Le poêle est un véritable atout en demi saison. Propriétaire discrète mais tjs disponible. Merci à vous pour ce beau séjour.

Eigentlich ist das ein 5 Sterne-Ferienhaus

Vorab: das Haus Butterfly (warum eigentlich nicht Papillon???) ist wirklich toll und es gibt auch überhaupt nichts zu bemängeln. Warum wir dennoch einen Stern abziehen, erläutern wir weiter unten... Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist perfekt, wir haben noch nie eine so gut sortierte Ferienunterkunft vorgefunden... es ist wirklich alles vorhanden (bis zum Induktionsherd!). Das Einchecken klappte auch ohne persönliche Anwesenheit der Vermieterin reibungslos, bei Rückfragen war Susanne immer erreichbar und konnte direkt weiterhelfen (vielen Dank für die gute Unterstützung). Das Haus ist sauber und gepflegt, es hat eine warme Atmosphäre und wir haben uns vom ersten Augenblick an wohlgefühlt. Unser Auto haben wir 2 Wochen unberührt stehen lassen können, da alles fußläufig in kurzer Zeit erreichbar ist und für kleinere Tagesausflüge 2 Fahrräder bereitstehen. Uns hat das völlig ausgereicht. Insgesamt also ein großes Lob!! Einen Stern müssen wir aber abziehen: die zentrale Lage heißt hier leider auch an einer am Morgen und Abend und am Wochenende ganztägig recht stark befahrene Einbahnstraße... und wir waren in der Vorsaison hier. Es ist keine mehrspurige Hauptverkehrsstraße, aber dennoch scheint die Straße eine zentrale Verbindung zu sein... Das Schlafzimmer liegt zu der Straße hin und es ist daher fast unmöglich, das Fenster zum Schlafen geöffnet zu lassen. Wir hatten das Glück, dass Corona bedingt ab 23:00 Uhr eine Ausgangssperre galt und daher keine Autos mehr fahren durften... Da es zu dem Haus keinen privaten Parkplatz gibt, sollte man insbesondere am Wochenende den in der Vorsaison unter der Woche problemlos besetzten öffentlichen Stellplatz vor dem Haus NICHT freigeben... sonst wird man vergeblich nach einem freien Platz suchen müssen, da dann komplett alles zugeparkt wird. Wie die Parkplatz- und Verkehrssituation in der Hauptsaison ist, können wir nicht beurteilen... es ist aber zu vermuten, dass sie noch deutlich angespannter ist. Außer diesen nachteiligen Punkten gibt es aber keinerlei Beanstandungen... das Haus ist super und wir würden es jederzeit empfehlen!!

Lieber Andreas, vielen Dank für Ihre ausführliche Beurteilung. Auch wenn es bis jetzt nur einen anderen Gast gestört hat, freuen wir uns, sie zu informieren dass das Haus nächsten Winter renoviert wird (der Speicher wird zu einem Schlafzimmer ausgebaut, das Wohnzimmer vergrößert und die Küche neugemacht). Bei dieser Gelegenheit werden vorne neue, völlig isolierte Fenster eingebaut, um auch den empfindlicheren Gästen zu erlauben, lange zu schlafen. Was ihre Vermutung anbetrifft, so ist Juli und August nicht mehr Verkehr, denn Handwerker und Baustellen sind in dieser Zeit im Zentrum verboten, und sie sind es oft die morgens früh unterwegs sind. Wir freuen uns, dass sie einen schönen Aufenthalt hatten.

Magnifique villa soulacaise

Excellent séjour

Séjour très agréable dans une vraie villa soulacaise, tout près de la mer et du marché. Butterfly offre toutes les commodités à l' intérieur de la maison, sans oublier vélos et matériel de plage . Pour moi qui suis venue en train, c' était l' idéal. Mes enfants et moi sommes enchantés de ce séjour.
