Situated in campaign to PUYRICARD on the hillsides of Aix en Provence, popular and residential district of the North of the city.

New independent annex and enclosed, of a property of 4300m2 all in all ( common automatic gate

House on a level of 110m2 including a WARMED INTERNAL SWIMMING POOL 5.95 X 3.75m in teak, with swimming against the current, treated in the active oxygen; useful in all weathers and all year round (summer and winter alike), and in totally private usage



The swimming pool in teak warmed (water in 29°C) is in a beautiful room(part,play) of 40m2, with stone veneer in walls, totally covered by a roof with a velux in the ceiling. The rest 70m2 establishes(constitutes) the part(party) house.

We reach the swimming pool directly by the stay (plate glass window) and by the terrace (plate glass window).

Construction on new 2011, wooden facade and big plate glass windows looking onto a beautiful terrace of 50m2 and a garden raised by pines, closed and private of 800m2 (without face to face) with parking .

Ideal stay with any comfort, to visit Provence, in 10min of the city center of Aix en Provence

c est notre 2è séjour à "la petite maison sous les pins" le gite est propre est bien équipé ,très fonctionnel ,c est un bon point de départ pour de nombreuses visites ou simplement se ressourcer en toute tranquillité. La piscine chauffée est un vrai bonheur. Très bon accueil ,nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir . Adresse à conseiller sans modération !

Pour la cinquième fois nous revenons avec grand plaisir, la location est très agréable, fonctionnelle, l'environnement tout autant et le plus c'est bien sûr la piscine chauffée. TRES TRES BIEN

C'est notre 5ème année à "la petite maison sous les pins" c'est vous dire si nous nous y sentons bien. La maison est très bien équipée, l'extérieur à l'écart des regards, la piscine au top, tout est pensé pour y passer d'agréables vacances dans un havre de tranquillité. Merci aux propriétaires qui sont très discrets et toujours à l'écoute.

Tout est super. 4 vélos en état à disposition, le jardin sans vis à vis clos, impeccable pour notre chien, sans parler de la piscine qui vaut le détour et donne des idées pour un aménagement ou agrandissement de maison. La plancha à gaz à l'extérieur très pratique. Les propriétaires à proximité très discrets. Nous les avons vus 2 fois (à l'arrivée et au départ). Toute la maison est climatisée, baies et volets roulants électriques. Nous reviendrons. 45 mn de Marseille et des calanques, proche du Colorado Provençal.

Très belle semaine dans un environnement calme et reposant.

Gîte très agréable et bien équipée. Nous avons profité tous les jours de la piscine intérieure (température de l'eau très agréable). Des membres de notre famille nous avaient recommandé ce gîte dans lequel ils ont passé des vacances à plusieurs reprises et nous n'avons pas été déçus !

Nous avons loués la maison pour le réveillon du jour de l'an pour 2 nuits! Vraiment rien à dire la maison propre grande bien situé.la piscine rien a dire chauffée à 30 pièce chaude bonne température.le jardin est propre bien entretenu un calme qui est reposants quand ont habite en ville!!!! J'ai hâte dit retournée meme entre copine un week-end ou en amoureux Avec 1 autres couples c'est parfait

Des vacances paisibles !!!!

Si vous aimez la tranquillité , alors la petite maison sous les pins est faite pour vous . C est un endroit au calme au milieu des champs et de la forêt sous le chant des cigales . Nous venons d y aller pour la première fois et le seul regret c de n y avoir été qu une semaine.

Ce fut notre 3e séjour dans ce gite très agréable. Le concept de piscine intérieure chaude toute l'année est parfait. La région offre une multitude d'activités culturelles et de sorties nature. Les propriétaires sont très discrets mais disponibles si besoin.
