Clean, plenty of hot water, good cooking facilities. Very pleasant owners. Need to self cater nearest supermarket Chateauvillain about 12k away. Would like to use again.

So nice to be there....

We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation in the cozy cottage.The cottage was exceptionally clean and fully equipped.Dominique and André's hospitality was heartwarming.Besides a welcome drink (homemade apple juice) and a jar ofhoney (also homemade), we were regularly surprised with fresh produce from theirown garden.Our 'private' shady spot under the fruit trees was anunforgettable experience.Dominique and André, thank you for everything!

Un séjour parfait – tout simplement comblés

Gîte Propolis et Pollen – bien plus qu’un simple lieu de vacances.Ce petit nid cosy a tout ce qu’il faut pour deux personnes : de l’espace dedans et dehors, super propre, décoré avec soin et beaucoup de cœur.Nos deux chiens ont pu se défouler dans un coin clôturé pendant qu’on profitait tranquillement de l’ombre des poiriers et des mirabelliers.Mais le vrai plus du gîte? Dominique et André.Dancevoir, c’est un peu comme un vœu exaucé – on n’aurait pas pu rêver mieux.Merci pour ce moment de bonheur partagé chez vous, ça nous a vraiment fait du bien.Il y a tellement à découvrir dans la région : une nature magnifique, des villes pleines de charme, de bonnes choses à boire et à manger, et surtout… de l’art vraimont incroyable. Et une chose est sûre: on reviendra !

Perfekter Urlaub auf dem Land

Wunderbares Ferienhäuschen für 2 Personen mit kompletter Ausstattung bis hin zu Liegen, die man auf der Wiese unter Obstbäumen nutzen kann. Sehr sympathische Eigentümer.

Cute little gite in beautiful countryside

We have had a thoroughly lovely and restful stay . Our hosts Dominique and Andre were extremely welcoming and helpful. Lovely honey and apple juice from their farm was complimentary and they also gave us surplus courgettes! The area was beautiful and worth a good explore . Only downside the bar in the village was a little unfriendly and unreliable for opening times . The restaurants were a drive so go prepared with own food and self cater ! Good well stocked supermarket in nearby village ! Great restful break

Parfait!

Très bon séjour à Dancevoir. Le village, très pittoresque, est bien situé pour visiter la région qui offre des sites culturels variés et de belles balades en forêt. Dominique et André sont des hôtes attentifs et serviables. Nous avons été accueillis avec une bouteille de leur jus de pomme et un pot de confiture. La visite de la miellerie a été très instructive et le miel est délicieux! En résumé, le gîte, douillet et parfaitement équipé, est parfait pour des vacances reposantes à la campagne.

Het was zeer aangenaam in Dancevoir

Zeer aangenaam, alles was zo goed verzorgd! Lief huis met 2 bedden, keuken goed ingericht en schoon en ruime badkamer en kasten.De eigenaars waren zeer vriendelijk en gastvrij, ze respecteerden onze privacy.

Lovely gite

Lovely property. Very cosy and comfortable and we were made very welcome by Andre. Dancevoir is a pretty village with beautiful walks. There is small shop in the village and a good supermarket and petrol station about ten minutes drive away. We also got to sample some of the apple juice and honey produced on Andre's farm and met the sheep! I would highly recommend the gite!

Piccolo paradiso nella campagna francese

Io e il mio compagno abbiamo passato 8 giorni di assoluto relax in questo piccolo rustico a cui non manca nessun confort, la cucina è dotata di tutti gli utensili ed elettrodomestici (frullatore compreso), bagno ampio e con un grande box doccia, camera da letto spaziosa e con letto comodo per delle grandi dormite. La chicca è la stufa a legna, è bellissimo poter stare la sera davanti al fuoco sorseggiando un buon bicchiere di vino. Dominique e Andrè, i proprietari, sono stati splendidi: ci hanno accolto con i loro prodotti, infatti sono apicoltori e producono un miele squisito, ma ci hanno fatto dono anche di succo di mela, marmellata di ribes e i pomodori del loro orto... che bontà!! A disposizione degli ospiti, biciclette per esplorare i dintorni e tavolo da ping pong. Dancevoir è un piccolo villaggio circondato da boschi e campi, due paesi più in là si trovano una panetteria e un piccolo supermercato. Dominique e André sapranno illustrarvi i paesi vicini più belli da visitare. Speriamo di poter tornare presto! Grazie di cuore! Monica∧rea

Zeer hartelijke ontvangst in fijn vakantiehuisje

Het huisje is klein maar fijn en zeer schoon. De slaap- en woonkamer zijn in een ruimte. Het bed en de douche zijn goed. We werden zeer hartelijk ontvangen door André en Dominique, de gastheer en - vrouw, en gedurende de week hebben we een fijn contact met hen gehad. Ze zijn heel gastvrij en open. Ook voor onze hond was het perfect, ze kon vrij over het erf lopen en was al snel dikke vrienden met André en Dominique. Nadat de hiërarchie duidelijk was en de grenzen waren bepaald ging het ook met hun hond samen prima. Het huisje staat op het erf en heeft geen eigen tuin dus voor wie heel erg op z'n privé is gesteld is dit misschien wat minder geschikt maar wij hebben het absoluut niet als vervelend ervaren. De streek is prachtig met glooiende graanvelden en zonnebloemvelden. Dancevoir is een kleine plaats met weinig tot geen voorzieningen. De afstanden tot andere plaatsen zijn vrij groot dus we hebben wel veel kilometers gemaakt met de auto. Hoewel we op fietsen die we van André en Dominique mochten lenen ook een mooie fietstocht hebben gemaakt. De supermarkt is in een dorp zo'n 12 km verderop en biedt een compleet assortiment. Al met al hebben we een heerlijke, ontspannen vakantie gehad waar we met een goed gevoel aan terug denken.

Perfectly small in a quiet area

This nice and cozy house is the perfect place to get some rest and withdraw from the big city. We’ve been greeted with a big smile from Dominique and André, followed by a tour of the property. We even got to meet with their chickens, sheep and their sheepdog. Once inside, the fireplace was burning already and they even made sure we got to taste some of the applejuce, jelly and honey they made at their farm. The little house is filled with everything required for an easy stay. It has enough room for just two people and there’s a grassland nearby where you can picknick, sunbath or just chill when it’s nice and sunny. Because Dancevoir is quite small, you need to visit the next village for some groceries. This won’t be a problem at all by car, but there’s even the possibility to lend a bicycle from the owners. We were even personally invited to attend their family-gathering where they served specific French delights and wine from the area, to finish with a bicycle-tour through a special part of the forest nearby. Just before we left, Dominique showed us the places and gears they use to make all the fresh products and even the attic where André works with all types of woods. Small recap of our stay: We had a great time with all the facilities they offered us. It was all beautiful and neat when we arrived and they made sure we’re not short on anything. Excellent séjour

Très bonne semaine passée dans ce gîte aux vacances de la Toussaint. Confort optimum pour nous 3 : poêle à bois offert (ou électrique),wifi ,3 vélos neufs prêtés, table de ping pong… Sans oublier l'excellent miel et jus de pomme en dégustation et la visite de la miellerie ! Nous y retournerons certainement cet été.

Une semaine magique

Nous avons passer une semaine très agréable. Nous avons pu profiter du charme de la campagne, pour recharger nos batteries Le gite à tout ce dont nous avons eut besoin même plus. Le lit mérite une note de 20/20. Nous avions à notre dispositions des vélos qui nous ont permis de visiter les lieux conseiller par nos hôtes, de découvrir les alentours. Sans oublier les festivités du 14 juillet, les rencontres avec les habitants de Dancevoir. La finale de la coupe du monde.. UN GRAND MERCI, Dominique & André, pour votre accueil, votre gentillesse, votre disponibilité, vos conseils pour profiter au maximum de notre séjour, pour la découverte de vos produits, pour ce séjour inoubliable. Een hele fijne lokatie

Wij hebben hier een hele fijne tijd gehad. Lekker rustig en een mooie wandel- en fietsomgeving. Het huis is compleet ingericht, alles aanwezig. Heerlijk geslapen in een goed bed. De eigenaren, André en Dominique zijn erg aardig. Nog bedankt voor de lekkere aardebeien, de appelsap en de honing.

Très agréable semaine passée à Dancevoir.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au gite de Dancevoir.Les propriétaires ont été très accueillants et disponibles. Nous recevoir,nous informer,nous proposer et nous faire découvrir,tout était réuni afin que nous puissions nous sentir à l'aise et profiter ainsi au mieux de nos vacances.Cela a été le cas.Merci encore à eux.Brigitte et Marc de La Ciotat.

Séjour en Haute-Marne

Petit gîte dans une ferme bien chauffé, bien équipé, très facile à vivre. Une belle région campagnarde, avec beaucoup de choses à voir à proximité : Auberive, Clairvaux, Langres, Essoyes,... Des promenades dans la nature et le long des cours d'eau. Des hôtes sympas qui nous ont fait découvrir leur ferme et leur travail d'apiculteurs. Des vacances vertes !

The description and the photos of the cottage were correct. The cottage is clean, comfortable and new. The owners are very kind, they gave us good suggestion about the sorroundings including things to see and where to eat. The " nid des cicognes" is a great Alsazian restaurant close to their cottage. They offered us vegetables from their field, honey from their production and home made jelly. They also invited us for a delicius aperitif and took us to see a nice "castle" which is not on the touristic guides. Yes I would suggest to a friend to chose this cottage and actually I already did. There are nice bike routes in the area and walking paths too.

Highly recommended!

Beautiful countryside there in Dancevoir, lovely roads to bike. Splendid forests en little villages with hidden castles. Silent nights with stars all over. Nice little place to stay, in this very comfortable house, very clean. Thanks to Andre and Dominique we had a chance to discover the really nice places in the surroundings.
