The apartment is brilliantly located in the centre of town. It is spacious, clean and has good facilities for cooking. We enjoyed buying breakfast from the fantastic boulangerie almost directly opposite. Gilbert could not have been kinder or more helpful in meeting us, organising car parking and recommending some superb shops, restaurants and beaches. We had a wonderful week here with our dog and would most certainly return.

Emplacement idéal, excellent séjour

Appartement situé dans une petite rue piétonne commerçante, tout proche des plages, conforme à la description. De Collioure, on peut aller à pied jusqu'à Argelès par le sentier littoral ou se promener dans le vignoble (panorama magnifique) ou prendre le bus à 1 euro pour visiter Perpignan entre autre.

Perfect location right in the middle of everything, so close to the beach.

This is the second time we have been to Collioure and we have to say it was much better. The town is almost surrounded by the sea, having 5 beaches to choose from and the apartment was just right. The owners had a well stocked apartment, the tiled floor helped to keep things cool.

Très bon appartement bien placé et fonctionnel

Situé en plein centre de collioure, il est idéalement placé pour profiter de la ville mais aussi des chemins de randonnées. Gilbert et Josy nous a très agréablement accueilli sur place et ont été très disponible. L’appartement est fonctionnel et dispose de tout les éléments de confort qui nous ont étés nécessaires. Une location que nous recommanderons et risquons de relouer. Encore merci!

Pratique, agréable et parfait pour un weekend

propriétaire (Mme et Mr) très agréable et disponible. Fournissent toutes les infos nécessaires pour bien profiter du séjour. L' appartement au deuxième étage est calme (on entend un peu le soir tard les passants/fêtards dans la rue) si on est dans le salon/sale à maner mais ça reste très calme et très pratique. tout est à coté, accès à la plage super facilement. Bonne boulangerie juste en face... week-end idéal en famille avec un bébé; à louer sans hésiter.

Excellent location, tenant toutes ses promesses: * appartement très agréable, idéalement situé en plein centre-village (piéton) * équipements nombreux, très bon entretien * accueil parfait et chaleureux, bons conseils et astuces Ne pas hésiter à prendre un abonnement au parking municipal: les places sont très chères en Août! Déplacements à pied ou en bus (Argelès, Banyuls, Perpignan) conseillés (voire inévitables). Nombreuses ballades à faire, visites de monuments... Prévoir des sandales plastiques pour la baignade. Caves vinicoles incontournables :) Fêtes de Saint-Vincent à partir du 15 Août: prévoir une tenue "tout-en-blanc" pour participer à la fête! Vécu et approuvé! hautement recommandé!

Séjour durant la week end de Paques

Nous étions 3 personnes à séjourner 4 jours dans l'appartement de Mr Atxer. L'appartement est très confortable, propre et très bien équipé, et sa position centrale permet de parcourir Collioure à pied très facilement. Le salon/cuisine donne sur une rue très fréquentée, mais la chambre en arrière reste calme. Le propriétaire a été extrêmement cordial et serviable. Bref, une location à recommander sans hésitation.

"We enjoyed our stay in the apartment and in Collioure very much. The apartment is situated on a lively street in the old part of Collioure with a restaurant on the ground floor and a boulangerie just across the street. Everything is in walking distance. We loved plage de Ouille and the 30 min walk along the beautiful coast to get there, but the beaches in town are also nice. The apartment was clean, nicely decorated and very well equipped - everything the ad promised. We were two persons and had plenty of room. The owners were friendly and very helpful. We really enjoyed our week, and can highly recommend both Collioure and the apartment."

le logement correspond parfaitement à la description , tout est impeccable (electro ménager neuf et en parfait état de marche). la situation est idéale , au coeur du quartier historique : pour le bruit , pas de crainte , les fenetres sont équipées de double-vitrages(utiles pendant les fetes de la St Vincent , mais peut-etre pas le reste du temps...).L'accueil est très sympathique , il est clair que le propriétaire est soucieux du confort de ses locataires. La semaine de parking offerte est très appréciable. BREF : QUE DU BONHEUR !!

"Appartement très bien situé (centre de Collioure, dans une ruelle piétonne peu bruyante la journée et absolument tranquille la nuit, jusqu''à 10h du matin environ), très joliment meublé (beaucoup de goût et tout est neuf). Propreté impeccable, tout le confort est là (machines à laver vaisselle et linge, sèche-cheveux, etc). Facilité de parking vraiment appréciable. Location très bien equipé...

Location très bien equipée, très propre, très bien située dans ce magnifique village. Climatisation et double vitrage qui isole des bruits de la rue ont été très appréciés. Un grand merci pour le très bon acceuil et la sympathie des propriétaires. Nous reviendrons (dans cet appart ou dans un des deux autres du même propriétaire que nous avons visités). Nous recommandons vivement ces locations.
