Conveniently located by the Moulleau District (7 min by bike), with its nightlife, restaurants, shops and spas, this beautiful villa is located in the heart of the Ermitage district.

The beach, sailing school and convenience stores are 3 minutes by bike, and the golf course is only 10 minutes by car.

This 2600sqft villa spans over three levels. The property is very private, hidden in the midst of preserved natural beauty, with shady groves and forested walkways providing real summer comfort. The elegant and refined layout has been crafted by the designer Jean-Jacques Baumé and highlights vast spaces with luminous windows.

- Four bedrooms, including two suites and a game room, high-end bedding, dressing rooms, shower or bathtub depending on the room,
- A large double living room with fireplace and Steinway,
- An architect-designed heated swimming pool of 11ft by 44ft,
- Many terraces, patios and galleries, 8 deck chairs and a Weber barbecue to fully enjoy your summer!

Before each rental, the house is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with the guidelines of the WHO, the General Directorate of Health, the protocol of O2 Care Services, the Cleaning Guidelines of the Vacation Rental Management Association and the Cristal International Standards. Particular care is taken to clean switches, handles, faucets, handrails and remote controls.

A deposit (of the value of a one week rental) is requested at check-in and will be returned to you at the end of your stay after inspecting the inventory and premises.

Très belle maison, bien équipée , grand confort, très propre avec un grand jardin, située dans un beau quartier résidentiel. 4 belles chambres avec une très bonne literie et toutes avec une salle de bain dont une chambre avec un wc. Rien à redire.

Nous avons passée un excellent séjour dans ce lieu où tout est de qualité et pensé jusqu'au moindres détails. Cela va des lits à l'électroménager haut de gamme, jusqu'au bougies, jeux de sociétés, collection de DVD ou superbe bibliothèque. La maison se trouve dans l'un des plus beau quartier de Pyla, à dix minutes des commerces et 15 min de la plage, ce qui est plutôt rare. L'accueil des propriétaires est très chaleureux. Ils veillent sur vos besoins tout au long de séjour. Vraiment c'est une maison d'une rare qualité. On revient !
