Vielen Dank Cornelia, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und haben dein Haus sehr genossen. Es ist alles sehr sauber und die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet! Der Pool und der Garten sind wunderbar und sehr gut gepflegt. Wir waren zu 5. vor Ort und hatten sehr viel Platz. Zwei Matratzen waren zu hart für uns, aber das hatten wir dir mitgeteilt. Superbe séjour dans cette villa située dans un écrin de verdure en pleine nature, résidences calmes autour. La maison est très bien équipée, spacieuse. Le jardin et la piscine sont très bien entretenus et très agréables. Le plus : une salle de jeux avec billard. Il y a tout ce qu’il faut. Je tiens à remercier Cornelia pour sa gentillesse, son sens de l’accueil et de l’hospitalité, toujours disponible et très sympa. Je recommande vivement.

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt – absolut empfehlenswert! Wir hatten eine großartige Zeit in diesem Ferienhaus! Das Haus war sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und liebevoll eingerichtet – man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Besonders der Pool war ein Highlight: groß, gepflegt und ideal zum Abkühlen und Entspannen.Die Lage ist ruhig, perfekt zum Abschalten, aber dennoch gut angebunden, um Ausflüge in die Umgebung zu machen. Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber verlief reibungslos – sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit!Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können dieses Ferienhaus wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

Erholsamer Urlaub im schönen Haus mit super Garten

Das Haus mit Pool hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Der Pool war sehr schön groß (ca 5x10 m), so dass wir auch mit 6 Personen noch genug Platz hatten. Der Garten war sehr groß und sehr gut angelegt, es gab genug Liegen und reichlich Platz für 6 Personen. Die Küche ist optimal ausgestattet und es gab auch ein gutes Restaurant Laterrazze, welches man problemlos zu Fuß erreichen kann. Die Vermieterin ware sehr freundliuch und alles hervorragend erklärt. Auch die schriftlichen Erläuterungen zur Mülltrennung waren sehr hilfreich da die Mülltrennung doch deutlich aufwendiger ist wie in Hamburg. Die Buchung über Vrbo lief allerdings nicht zufriedenstellen. Vrbo forderte eine höhere wie im Mietvertrag genannt.

Traumhafter Aufenthalt

Wenn die Villa in eure engere Auswahl fällt, bucht sie. Unsere Erwartungen wurden in jeder Hinsicht voll erfüllt. Über die Ausstattung, die Sauberkeit im Haus und rund herum! Der Pool war mit seinen rund 5x10 Metern ein Traum, inmitten des herrlichen Gartens. Die Gastgeberin war super und stand jederzeit bei Fragen für uns zur Verfügung. Der nächste tolle Strand war in 20 Autominuten erreichbar und weitere ab 40 Autominuten. Im Ort selbst gibt es eine tolle Bar, die auch super Essen anbietet und gleich nebenan ein Restaurant mit ebenfalls einer tollen Küche! Zu Fuß über einen tollen Park in 10 Minuten erreichbar. Vielen Dank Frau Wildisen für unseren tollen Urlaub!

Gelungener Urlaub

Kann mich nur den anderen guten Beiträgen anschließen. Einziger Verbesserungspunkt wäre, dass an der ein oder anderen Stelle ein wenig zeitgemäß investiert werden müsste. (Gartenlounge, keine Plastikliegen) Sehr ruhige Lage, grandioser Garten, viel Platz, bestens für Kinder geeignet. Auto ist Pflicht.

Belle location

Belle villa entourée d’un magnifique jardin et belle piscine sans vis à vis. Cornelia, la propriétaire est très sympathique et vous explique en détail ce qui doit être fait. Très vaste on se bouscule pas, elle est très sécurisée par du vitrage de très belle qualité, portail fermant à clefs. Par contre il n’y a pas 3 salles de bain mais 2, la troisième pièce est une laverie avec toilettes. Bien achalandée en vaisselle et ustensile de cuisine. Par contre le congélateur ne fonctionne pas bien, dès que vous l’ouvrez il se met en alarme…. (La propriétaire devait le changer après notre séjour) L’entretien de la piscine est à la charge des occupants, c’est à savoir pour les non bricoleurs car il faut brancher le robot etc… la literie manque un peu de confort (matelas sur une planche de bois) quand on souffre du dos….concernant l’équipement extérieur, nous avons trouvé que la table et chaises n’était pas raccord et de pas très bonne qualité pour les assises (table en bois avec chaise en plastique blanc) et il manque un salon de jardin (fauteuil) pour l’apéro et l’après dîner Nous avons été très embêtés par les aboiements des chiens (surtout la nuit), J’en ai parlé à Cornelia, mais un peu tard (à la fin du séjour), qui est allé voir les propriétaires pour leur signaler la gêne. Nous avons trouvé aussi que les frais de ménage sont un peu onéreux (200€) Dans l’ensemble nous avons passées de très bonnes vacances dans cette location.

Traumhafte Villa mit Pool

Wir (2 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder) machten im Juli´22 zwei Wochen Urlaub in dieser wunderschönen Villa. Wir wurden zu Beginn sehr herzlich empfangen und von der Vermieterin in allem eingewiesen. Dazu bekamen wir auch ein paar schöne Tipps für Ausflüge und ein Restaurant in der Nähe. Es ist gleich um die Ecke (7 min. zu Fuß erreichbar) und sehr zu empfehlen. Die Villa liegt sehr ruhig in eine schönen Wohnsiedlung mit großen Grundstücken. Es war total ruhig und keine typische Ferienhaussiedlung. Da es sich um kein Ferienhaus, sondern um das (ehemalige) Wohnhaus der Vermieterin handelt, fehlte es im Haus an nichts. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet, mit allem was man braucht. Das Wohnhaus und auch der Pool waren sehr sauber und das Grundstück super gepflegt. Die Poolpflege übernimmt man selber, was aber mit der Technik kein Problem ist. Man hat sich gefühlt wie zu Hause. Im Haus gibt es im jeden Zimmer einen Deckenventilator und das war für die Nächte (30 Grad) absolut ausreichend, da die Zimmerdecken sehr hoch sind. Jedes Fenster hatte einen Insektenschutz und (was für Italien wichtig ist), die Villa war auch sehr gut gegen Einbruch abgesichert.Schöne Strände und auch Supermärkte findet man in der Nähe. Liebe Cornelia, wir danken Dir, dass wir dein wunderschönes Haus kennenlernen durften und freuen uns auf ein baldiges Wiedersehen.

Excellent séjour

La maison est conforme à la description, parfaite pour un séjour en famille et/ou entres amis ! La maison est spacieuse, très bien équipée et les extérieurs sont magnifiques, très bien entretenus. L'environnement est calme et proche d'un village charmant ou il est très agréable d'y prendre un verre et manger une pizza (espace jeux enfants juste à côté). Nous sommes à 20m de Cagliari et des premières belles plages. Cornélia nous a très bien reçu et s'est rendue disponible dès que nous en avions besoin. Merci !!

Perfekt für einen entspannten Urlaub

Wir sind als Familie verreist und hätten uns keine bessere Bleibe aussuchen können. Das Haus von Cornelia ist riesig - viel grösser wie auf den Bildern! Jeder Raum ist mit einem Ventilator ausgestattet, was perfekt für die Nacht war. Der Garten ist wunderschön und der Pool ebenfalls. Wir konnten im Garten relaxen, Volleyball und Boccia spielen und den Abend mit einer Runde Billard verbringen. Wir hatten ein Auto gemietet, was ich auch sehr empfehle, da der Ort ein wenig abgelegen ist. Zum nächsten Strand sind es aber nur 5min Fahrzeit und in die Stadt ca. 20min. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! Cornelia war zur jeder Zeit erreichbar bei Fragen und Unklarheiten. Super einfach und unkompliziert. Danke Cornelia, wir wären gerne noch eine Woche geblieben! :)

una splendida settimana

A lovely residence from which to visit the idyllic South coast beaches

Cornelia’s residence was a lovely house. It was even better than the pictures. The house is huge with 3 massive double bedrooms, two lounges, a pool table room, a gigantic lobby and more. The owner lived there for quite a while so has cared for it well. There are colourful and interesting artwork and artefacts dotted around the place. Everything is clean, and you will find the property equipped with all you need. The swimming pool was amazing, and our kids were in it all the time. The gardens are beautiful with giant cactus plants and attractive flowers. Solar lamps come on at night for a lovely evening atmosphere to enjoy a glass of wine. Watch out for the mosquitos though - there were quite a few outside! The property has fans and felt cool even in 33-35 heat - ideal. The location is quite and away from tourists. It has a supermarket but not a lot else. However Pula had more life to it, and we had a couple of lovely evenings in a piazza there having a meal, looking in craft shops, and listening to music. The location is a good mid way spot between South East and South West, but the drive to good beaches might put off some. You don’t go to Sardinia for ‘ok’ so we didn’t want to settle for local ones. Chia beaches were stunning (27 miles away) although avoid Tuerreda - ridiculously busy and part privately owned. We went in July and the beaches were busy, but we got space at Sa Colonia, and Su Giedu and thought they were beautiful. The turquoise sea is clear and goes out for miles. It’s often shallow on the Chia beaches for quite a way so ideal for kids. Water is warm. You’ll get great pics! Parking is 5 Euros normally, and expect to pay a premium for food, and be charged hidden service charges. We also enjoyed Costa Rei - Cala Sinzius beach (50 miles away) - stunning sand and turquoise water. The beautiful beaches are mostly backed by mountains and trees, as they are in Chia - idyllic. Back to the property, we loved our stay, and were grateful for the tips from Cornelia and her son. If I could offer any improvement tips, providing a comprehensive list of things to remember about the house would be useful. Also a visitor guide book would offer the chance to read others’ reviews of things to do - always useful. I must admit I still object to the high charges for cleaning and couple of towels and sheets on our family of four’s beds. This could be reviewed. However, Cornelia was very helpful and kind, and we’d recommend her place.

Lovely, spacious villa in a nice setting.

Lovely, spacious villa in pleasant garden with decent-sized pool and Cornelia was an excellent host. This was absolutely perfect for us and couldn't have worked out better. My wife and I had our two young children with us so we had the two bedrooms that were together with a bathroom next door while my Mother and Step-Father had the bedroom at the other end of the landing with the en-suite bathroom. Everybody had their privacy and comfort. The downstairs is extremely spacious with a large hall room, kitchen and lounge area. If I had a criticism, it would be the lack if wifi but data-roaming makes this much less of an issue. We spent most of our time on the south-facing patio. This is important as it means you can have breakfast, lunch and dinner facing the sun although there's enough shade to make sure you can be just out of the sun if you want. The pool is also in the sun and although a little cool in early June I'm sure it warms up nicely later on. I think we were in there nearly every day even so. Nice quiet area but a short walk from a small supermarket, play area, pizza takeaway and a bar/restaurant. Within a ten-fifteen minute drive is a greater choice of supermarket and a decent-looking beach. Again, drive a bit further and there's even more choice of beach, Sardinia is quite small so even somewhere like Barumini is an easily manageable drive and we found getting about very easy indeed. If anything, I wish we'd had two weeks here.

Wir waren jetzt schon zum 2. Mal in dieser gepflegten Villa. Der Pool und der Garten hat uns wieder aufs Neue begeistert. Auch für Hobbyköche ist die schöne große Küche mit guter Ausstattung bestens geeignet. Der nahe ist Strand ist vollkommen ausreichend. Die Dünen von Chia sind etwas weiter entfernt und man benötigt ein Auto um einzukaufen. Wir können dieses Haus ohne wenn und aber weiterempfehlen.

Jederzeit wieder !

Tolles, sehr gepflegtes Haus mit Pool und großem Garten. Das Haus liegt zwar ca. 3 km vom Meer entfernt aber dafür ist es schön ruhig. Wir waren mit dem Auto da und sind jeden Tag an einen anderen Strand gefahren. Aber auch am Pool kann man herrliche Tage verbringen. Die Vermieterin spricht sehr gut deutsch und ist sehr nett. Sie war bei unserer Ankunft vor Ort und hat uns sehr ausführlich das Haus gezeigt und viele Tipps gegeben, wo man besonders schöne Strände findet und welche Ortschaften man anschauen könnte. Wir kommen gerne wieder !!

Ein wunderschönes Haus ein ganz toller Garten mit riesigem Pool haben unsere Ferien perfekt gemacht.Das Haus ist ein einem Wohnquartier mit Sackgasse.Der Hauptstrand ist mit dem Auto in 10 Minuten erreichbar. Das Haus selber ist mit vielen persönlichen Sachen der Inhaberin ausgestattet was das Ambiente sehr warm macht und man sich deshalb auch wohl fühlt.Dieses Haus bietet einfach alles und auch in der Umgebung, findet man alles was man braucht um fantastische Ferien zu verbringen. Ein Auto ist hier unumgänglich!Wir werden bestimmt auch noch ein fünftes Mal hier unsere Ferien verbringen. Fünf Sterne absolut verdient!!!
