In the heart of Umbria,just 15 minutes far from Assisi, Perugia and Todi,is set our typical holiday farmhouse with pool and beautiful large garden.The farmhouse is situated on a green hilltop overlooking the Tiber valley,just 3 minutes far from Deruta,a town famous throughout the world for its art of ceramics.Everything has been recently restored maintaining the charm of the typical farmhouse,furnished in rustic style and perfectly reflecting the surrounding environment.The farmhouse Agriturismo Casale Il Colle is composed by 5 apartments,available from 2 to 5 persons; one apartment is called ORTO.

APARTMENT DESCRIPTION:The ORTO is an apartment on the first floor of 40 m² with independent entrance, double bedroom, kitchen-corner,TV and private bathroom with shower,there is rustic furniture.Extra single-bed can be added for a third person.Outside there is a private space in the garden with arbour furnished with garden tables and chairs.

High Up & Amazing View

A cozy place high up with a beautiful, peaceful view lies a rustic cottage with a quaint atmosphere and in ground pool. A typical Italian scene where you want to sit outside with your variety meats, cheeses, and wine to relax and be grateful. Close to Deruta, Todi, and Orvieto. Marco and Barbara are gracious hosts with plenty of knowledge and kind hearts willing to help you in any way they can to make your stay that much more perfect. We only would have preferred better pillows (too flat) and towels, but otherwise, a stay that exceeded our expectations.

Sopra un colle con vista magnifica, ma la strada per arrivare è sterrata, con una forte pendenza e senza illuminazione, è giusto che si sappia.Appena fuori Deruta, ma salire e scendere da lì non è comodo.L' appartamento è arredato con mobili spartani, il materasso è a molle e la pulizia sufficiente. Il tutto adeguato al prezzo.Marco un host disponibile e presente.

Posto incantevole immerso nella natura , tranquillità e quiete caratterizzano la struttura.Il sig.Marco una persona alla mano e colloquiare con lui è stato piacevole. Posso dire che l'insieme di tutte queste cose hanno fatto in modo di far passare a me ed alla mia compagna una vacanza magnifica e che se ne avremo l'occasione sicuramente ripeteremo.

Urlaub mit Garten und Pool

Wir wurden sehr herzlich von Barbara und Marco empfangen. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr günstig gelegen, ganz in der Nähe von Perugia, Todi und Assisi. Der Garten ist wunderschön angelegt mit Olivenbäumen und zahlreichen Außensitzplätzen, perfekt zum Entspannen. Marco kümmert sich täglich um den wunderschönen Pool und den Garten. Liebe Barbara, lieber Marco, Ihr seid wundervolle Gastgeber, nett und hilfsbereit und und ihr hattet immer gute Tipps für uns! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Beautiful peaceful place for shorter stay

Very nice and friendly hosts! Communicating in english quite limited. We stayed three weeks in apartment that was said to be 40 qm in size. Unfortunately the real size of that apartment was only about 25 qm! That was sad because we wanted to have some extra space around us for longer stay. We didn't have enough storage space for our clothes and other things. Three weeks living in such a disorder was not so nice. In October the house was peacefull because of just few other quests. Our dog was very happy to been able to walk free in front of our apartment. The dirt road to the house was in bad condition. That might be a problem for someone having a car with lower ground clearance. Best thing in the house was the carden and percola of our apartment! Beautiful sunsets!

Sehr schönes Urlaubsdomizil mitten in Umbrien

Casale il Cole liegt wunderschön auf einem Hügel umgeben von Olivenhainen und Feldern mit einem phantastischen Blick über das Tiber-Tal bis Perugia. Es ist ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen, auch in der unmittelbaren, schönen Umgebung des Hauses sowie für Besichtigungen der Hauptsehenswürdigkeiten Umbriens, wie z.B. Perugia, Assisi, Todi, Lago Trasimeno, Berge des Apennin usw.. Der große, gepflegte Garten mit Pool bietet viele Möglichkeiten zum Entspannen und Relaxen, man muss also nicht ständig unterwegs sein, sondern kann auch einfach nur die Ruhe am Ort genießen. Zum Apartment l'Orto gehört beispielsweise eine kleine, von Wein überrankte Sitzecke. Marco Scaviola, der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, er ist jederzeit erreichbar und kann Restaurant- und Ausflugstipps geben. Ihm und seiner Familie ist es sehr wichtig, dass sich die Gäste rundherum wohl fühlen, alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Bilder auf der Internetseite zeigen es ja..... Wir fanden das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis wirklich fantastisch und können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen. Danke nochmal an Marco für die schöne Zeit in seinem Bauernhaus, Heike und Markus

Posto incantevole, panorama stupendo e piscina

Posto indimenticabile. In cima al colle con panorama stupendo sulle colline e sul tramonto, molto tranquillo e con Marco e sua moglie veramente simpatici,gentili, generosi e molto presenti. La piscina è piccola ma molto pulita e piacevole.

Ein schöner Ausgangspunkt um Umbrien zu entdecken

Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten in weniger als 1er Stunde erreichbar Peis-/ Leistungsverhältnis ist super Gastgeber Marco + Familie sind sehr hilfsbereit , freundlich und nett (auch mit wenig Italienisch Kenntnissen ) Wir würden diese Unterkunft weiterempfehlen

Une excellente adresse pour visiter l'Ombrie

A deux pas de Pérouse (moins de 20kms), très proche d'Assise, Orvieto, Todi, Gubbio, c'est un endroit idéal pour qui aime être proche des lieux culturels et pouvoir le soir se ressourcer dans un bel environnement reposant. Le site est magnifique, on ne se lasse pas d'admirer la campagne aux alentours et dîner devant de splendides couchers de soleil est un régal pour les yeux. L'appartement, rustique, est fonctionnel et d'une grande propreté. Marco, le propriétaire très sympathique, a le sens de l'hospitalité et est de bon conseil. L'Ombrie, une région méconnue de l'Italie, mérite le détour pour ses villes et villages moyenâgeux perchés qui conservent de nombreux trésors artistiques, sa belle nature encore intacte, sa gastronomie authentique. Je recommanderais sans problème cette location à un ami.

un séjour trés agréable

Dans un appartement agréable et entretenu, nous avons passé un séjour reposant et convivial. En effet, les appartements que propose Marco ont tous un espace "privatif" permettant de prendre des repas en extérieur, sous une tonnelle, sous un figuier, devant la piscine ou encore sur une pelouse donnant sur un vallon. Cela n'empêche pas de se retrouver avec d'autres vacanciers autour d'un plat de spaghetti aux truffes et de gouter vin et huile d'olives maison. Marco Barbara et Mattia nous ont gratifié d'un accueil chaleureux efficace discret et prévenant , tout en nous conseillant sur les choses à voir . L'ombrie est une région magnifique et la maison de Marco est idéalement placée pour organiser des journées de visite formidables, tout en profitant au retour de la rafraichissante piscine. SOGGIORNO DA FAVOLA!!!!!!!

Ottima struttura, paesaggio incantevole appartamento fornito di tutti gli accessori. Proprietario simpatico,gentile e sempre disponibile per qualsiasi cosa. Ottima posizione per visitare l'Umbria in generale. Consigliatissimo soprattutto per chi viaggia in compagnia dell'amico a quattro zampe. Un posto stupendo, rilassante a contatto con la natura. Anche il nostro gatto è stato benissimo spaziando tra il giardino ed il verde circostante. Sicuramente ci torneremo in futuro!!!!!!!!!!!!!:-) Saluti da Rosario Colin e Tigro!!!!!!!!!

Vacanza da ricordare!

L'appartamento Orto era comodo e pulito. Provvisto di tutto per cucinare. Location a dir poco spettacolare in mezzo alla natura, al verde ed alla pace. Ottima anche la zona piscina, soprattutto per nostro figlio di sei anni. Deruta e' un piccolo centro medievale. La posizione e' strategica per visitare l'Umbria. Marco e Barbara - i proprietari - gentilissimi e sempre disponibili ad aiutarci.

superbe sejour

vous serez seduits par cet espace, sa tranquillité ,sa vision a 360 degres le soleil au couchant face a la piscine dans le coeur de l ombrie est spectaculaire en plus il est facile de se rendre dans les grandes villes bien desservies comme assisi perugia ,spello vous apprecierez le calme en fin de journée touristique !! un grand merci a marco e barbara pour la passion qui les animent vraiment et leur serviabilité ,!!

Trés bon séjour !

Très agréable location: Au calme, avec vue, couchers de soleil, et vraie piscine. Intérieur et extérieurs particulièrement bien entretenus ! Bien située pour visiter l'Ombrie (Assise....) mais aussi le sud de la Toscane. Un grand merci à Marco et Barbara, très dévoués et attentifs au confort de leurs locataires. (+ produisent une très bonne huile d'olive...) A recommander absolument ! Daniel

Armonia e contatto con la natura

Questa vacanza e' rivolta a chi come noi piace la pace e la tranquillità, per staccare la spina del lavoro e dello stress, per passare delle giornate di relax, o per conoscere la bellezza dell'Umbria. Non si può dire altro che 110 e lode!!!! Grazie infinite ai carissimi proprietari per la sua simpatia e disponibilità, tanto noi come la nostra cagnolina, siamo stati benissimo, speriamo di ritornare nuovamente, magari durante altra stagione e continuare a vivere l'Umbria.

Splendido soggiorno

L'alloggio è totalmente conforme alla descrizione, molto pulito e completo di ogni accessorio. I proprietari sono gentilissimi e disponibili in ogni momento. La posizione è ottimale sia per una vacanza di relax (panorama spettacolare, pace, tranquillità e piscina), sia per visitare l'Umbria (posizione strategica). Da notare il prezzo dell'affitto: molto onesto. Ottimale anche per hi possiede animali domestici. Da consigliare assolutamente.

La location se situe à Deruta, très bien située pour visiter l'Ombrie (à une demi heure de Gubbio et Assisi) dans un cadre très agréable. Très bien entretenue. Le panorama est superbe (couchers de soleil superbes !). Une mention toute particulière pour l'accueil de Marco et Barbara qui se mettent vraiment en 4 pour satisfaire les vacanciers. location agréable,dans un cadre reposant et dégagé, avec accueil chaleureux des propriétaires.Piscine très appréciée! Facilité d'accès aux différents sites médiévaux d'Ombrie et distance raisonnable pour la Toscane (environs de Sienne à découvrir absolument!)Deruta se trouve à mi distance entre Florence et Rome.
