Great little place by the ocean!

The location was superb! The listing is accurately described! It was amazing to go to the Halles de Biarritz tous les jours and buy fun treats for the day that I enjoyed on the balcony overlooking Grande Plage! I slept to the ocean roaring every night and it was splendid. The managers were helpful and there was great communication. I highly recommend!

Beach apartment in the centre of Biarritz

This apartment has a stunning location, overlooking the main city beach. It is possible to walk all over Biarritz and bars and restaurants nearby. We also used the underground parking option in the same building, which was well worth the extra cost. We failed to appreciate just how compact this apartment is. For a couple, using the bunk beds in the bedroom for suitcases, etc., there is very little space to move around with the roll-out beds set up in the living area. The cleaning, particularly floors, could have been better. A woman was waiting for us at the car park entrance at the agreed time to show us where to park the car and take us to the unit. Very helpful. We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful part of France nevertheless.

Merveilleux séjour ! Didier et Eva sont adorables tous les deux et répondent aussitôt si besoin d'informations ou autres. Location merveilleusement bien située. Nous sommes venus par le train et la location est desservie par les bus qui s'y arrêtent tout près. Tout est à portée de main si besoin : magasin alimentaire, boulangerie, pharmacie, ... Je ne peux que recommander. Vous aimez les beaux couchers de soleils? Vous avez ce spectacle sous les yeux. Encore merci à Didier et Eva pour leur gentillesse.

Attention : assez bruyant et parking très serré

Bel emplacement et appartement propre avec vue. Appartement qui pourrait être plus fonctionnel et qui aurait besoin d'un coup de jeune : la baie vitrée est clairement à remplacer car zero isolation acoustique et thermique et pas de volet roulant. Pas de couchage 2 personnes : lit gigogne séparé ou 2 lits superposés en cabine borgne. Outre le bruit des vagues que chacun saura apprécier, les multiples nightclubs en bas de la résidence déversent vers 5-6h du matin des groupes éméchés fort bruyant au pied de la résidence qui réveillent à coup sur. La place de stationnement (à payer en supplément...) est très petite (impossible de rentrer une voiture au delà du gabarit clio) et très basse de plafond. si des véhicules sont garés en face de votre place, impossible de manoeuvrer pour rentrer votre voiture dans la place attribuée. dommage! La résidence elle même, "emblématique" de Biarritz a vieilli, aucun travaux ne semble avoir été entrepris depuis sa construction en 1976... Bref amoureux du calme et des voitures familiales s'abstenir sinon allez y les yeux fermés car la vue est superbe et la ville /plage sont juste à vos pieds !

Bonjour Florent, Je suis désolé pour le désagrément sonore que vous avez eu avec quelques personnes qui se promènent le matin sur la Grande Plage de Biarritz. Concernant la baie vitrée à remplacer, je ne peux pas vous laisser dire n'importe quoi : c'est une baie vitrée en aluminium avec double-vitrage. Et pour le parking, la circulation et l'emplacement sont effectivement limités et pas adaptés aux grosses berlines mais il offre l'intérêt d'avoir un parking en plein centre de Biarritz. Par contre, si effectivement, vous n'aimez pas le bruit des vagues, évitez de louer sur le front de mer !

Super séjour!

Bel appartement, parfaitement bien situé. Quel plaisir de s’endormir avec le bruit des vagues. Et quelle vue! L’appartement est très propre, très pratique, idéal pour une famille de 4 personnes. Le propriétaire est à l’écoute et arrangeant. Tout est bien organisé pour passer un agréable séjour.

Belle situation face à la grande plage de Biarritz

Très agréable semaine à Biarritz. Petit appartement au confort simple, avec une situation exceptionnelle. On admire les surfeurs a tout heure et par tout temps. Avec une piscine en plus pour nager (peu fréquentée la semaine où nous y étions). Propriétaire très prévenant et agréable.
