Let our condo be your home away from home in Park City! Our beautifully updated and impeccably clean condo has everything you need to live like a local in Park City. It's in the perfect location to enjoy everything our beautiful mountain town has to offer. But most importantly, you'll have peace of mind knowing that your host is just a few blocks away, super quick to answer questions and is incredibly responsive should any issues arise. We take great pride in our condo and the service we provide to our guests. We want you to have an awesome 5-star Park City vacation! If anything is not cleaned, not stocked or not working please let us know right away so that we can take care of it. The address of our condo is 1487 Woodside Avenue - right across the street from Park City Mountain Resort as well as the Park City Golf Course (where you can golf in the summer or cross country ski in the winter). It's on the first floor and there is a flight of stairs from the parking lot to the living level. Starbucks, grocery and convenience stores and ski/bike rentals are within a block and we're right on Park City's free bus line that will take you anywhere in town, including historic Main Street and Deer Valley ski resort.

Sleeping accommodations:

The bedroom has a queen-sized bed and there is a pull-out bed in the living room couch. This unit sleeps up to 4.


There are flat-screen TVs in both the living room and bedroom with cable. There's a DVD player in the living room, as well. We have a private, secured Wifi network in our condo.


The kitchen is fully stocked with the equipment you need to make meals at home (dishes, pots, pans and utensils). We find that some things accidentally walk off without us noticing so if we're missing anything please let us know and we'll bring it over right away! We also provide a drip coffee pot, tea kettle, toaster and blender. There's a dishwasher in the unit.

Items provided:

We provide all linens/towels/bedding for 4 guests. There's a hair dryer, ironing board and iron, soap, one travel-sized shampoo/conditioner set, humidifier and fans. We also provide Duraflame-type logs for the fireplace. These are easier to use and easier on our mountain air than wood. But if you’d like the real stuff you can pick up a bundle for around $5 at any convenient or grocery store. We find that some things accidentally walk off without us noticing so if we're missing anything please let us know and we'll bring it over right away!


There is a parking lot at the complex with both covered and uncovered spaces. Parking is free and available on a first-come, first serve basis.


There's a coin-operated washer and dryer on site. There is not a washer and dryer in our unit.

Luggage and equipment storage:

There's a large outside storage locker at our condo for skis, snowboards and bikes. We're so sorry but we can't always offer post-check out luggage storage. If you have a late-night flight we recommend booking another night or renting a car to store your things. Park City Mountain Resort has bag check available in the winter.

Climate control:

This condo is heated by forced air. There is no AC in the condo but there are ceiling fans and window fans to bring in the cool mountain air at night. Summer temps during the day can be warm but nights cool down into the 50’s and 60’s.


Park City’s a small town and our condo’s in a great location, making getting around without a car very easy. In most cases we recommend that you forego a rental car and utilize the free Park City bus.

Park City Recommendations:

As our guest, you'll receive a comprehensive guide to our condo and insights into Park City from a locals point of view, including where to eat, what to do, how to get around and how to get the lowest price on ski passes. Need more advice or have other questions? Just ask! We literally live blocks away and LOVE helping our guests enjoy our beautiful mountain town. We can also provide daily cleaning service and help get your condo stocked with food before you arrive.

House rules:

Our condo is your home away from home during your stay in Park City and we ask that you treat it as such. Little things like wiping up spills quickly, not allowing children to jump on furniture and turning off lights and electronics when you leave go a long way to keeping our place in great shape. Be respectful and courteous to your neighbors and mindful of noise at all times of the day and night. Smoking is not permitted in the condo, on the balcony or anywhere on the Snowcrest property. Pets/animals are not allowed in our condo at any time or for any reason.


LESLIE, NOVEMBER 2017: We had the best first non-hotel experience ever. The condo was immaculate and exactly as described. It was updated and beautiful. Cindy and Jason were fantastic hosts and very available. I really appreciated that. We had a wonderful stay in Park City. The location of this condo can't be beat. Thanks so much! We can't wait to return and we will definitely stay again!!

KAITLYN, JAN 2017: We loved our stay! The place is very cute and homey. I was very pleased to see that the kitchen had every appliance and dish I needed. The furniture was in perfect shape and very comfortable. Thermostat keeps the place at the perfect temperature, the shower gets hot, and the bed is comfortable. There were many "extras" that made a big difference. Extra blankets, space heaters/fans, complimentary shampoo/conditioner/soap. The area is great and is about a 2min drive from Main Street. A 30sec drive will get you to a Fresh Market. All in all, we loved our stay and highly recommend this cute little condo!

HANNAH, FEB 2017: AMAZING and PERFECT is the best way to describe our stay at Jason & Cindy's condo. The condo was clean, cozy, and perfect for any ski vacation. The condo was also in a great, extremely convenient location, right next to the park city mountain free bus service stop, and walking distance to the slopes. We highly recommend any stay with Jason and Cindy and we will definitely be back on our next trip to Park City! Thank you for being awesome and accommodating host!

DANIELLE, MAR 2017: We had a great experience at the Powder Point Condo. It was accurate in it's description. I don't think I realized when we booked it, that it would be at the bottom of the Park City base resort. Extremely convenient, about a small block away from the resort parking lot. The kitchen looked really nice with all the appliances that we would need. You can tell the owners of the condo take pride in owning this condo. You can see all the small details that the owners put into this condo, the linens were beautiful, the dishes, glasses and utensils were from Crate and Barrel, the towels were plush, etc. You can see that the owners have great style. Thank you Cindy and Jason. We had a great time and it was super convenient and the condo is beautiful and perfect for our stay in the snow.

There is free, unassigned off-street parking should you arrive with a car, but a car certainly isn't necessary. The Park City free bus route will take you to every resort in the area as well as Old Town and other locations, and the bus stop only steps away.

In addition to being across the street from PCMR and right next to the free bus route, you have a Starbuck's, 7-11, grocery store and numerous restaurants within only a few blocks.

The Park City Golf Course is also right across the street. In the winter it becomes the White Pine Touring Cross Country ski course with over 20 kms of groom trails!

If you enjoy Mountain Biking you'll find some of the best riding anywhere, right outside your door. Hop on your bike and you can be on amazing single track in less than two-minutes!

Lovely condo, convenient location

I stayed here while covering the Sundance Film Festival, and couldn't have been happier with the place. Clean, comfortable, quiet, easy walking distance to theaters and/or shuttle buses, it was the perfect spot. Jason and Cindy were very helpful in giving me a guide to the area (their restaurant recommendations are spot-on) and made it easy to pick up the keys. I hope to return next year. Highly recommend.

Perfect Location!

We had a wonderful time visiting Cindy & Jason's condo in Park City. We were so happy with the proximity to Park City Mountain and we walked to Main Street during the day! We decided not to rent a car and had great luck finding a Lyft or Uber to take us to and from the airport and up to Olympic Park and The Outlets. The condo was very clean and plenty of room for the two of us. The kitchen was also stocked with everything you need if you do decide to cook! Thank you so much for sharing your condo with us and we hope to come back when the whole mountain is open next time!

My husband and I spent 4 days in Park City to mountain bike. Unit 104B fit all of our needs perfectly! The condo is very spacious for a 1 bedroom, very clean, uncluttered, and modernly updated and decorated, and all for a very reasonable nightly rate.

The proximity of the condo to the trail heads at PCMR was awesome - within eyesight! Having the locker for the bikes made it very easy departing/returning from rides and keeping them secure. It is also within walking distance to the grocery store, a large bike shop, and several restaurants.

We had a wonderful stay in 104B! We hope to get to Park City next summer, and would definitely stay here again!

Everything As Advertised - Great Stay

I could not be more pleased with my stay at Jason and Cindy's condo. It was super clean and well stocked with everything needed for the stay. The location is great and is within easy walking distance of a grocery store and multiple hiking trails. It is also within quite reasonable walking distance to the Main Street area of restaurants, shops, etc. I was very impressed with Jason and Cindy's hospitality, and the fact that they sent a local's guide to Park City prior to my arrival was is pretty uncommon in my experience. I highly recommend this property and plan to be back in the future myself.
