Charming simplicity

If you are looking for a place to stay that unites you with the landscape of formentera, this is it. The attractions of this little house are to watch the bright stars on the sky of the night, to fall asleep with the smell of rosemary, thyme and juniper and waking up to the sound of cicadas announcing the coming heat of the day. No technical noise will chase away the figures of your dreams still floating in your head when you rise from the very comfortable bed and go to the perfectly equipped kitchen to make yourself a coffee. The smell of fresh coffee will then probably make room for your plans for the day and while you are enjoying your breakfast on the shady terrace, you will try to find a decision on the daily agonisingly difficult question of which of the island's beautiful beaches you should go to today. In the end, we were a little bit unhappy, that Concha, the most wonderful of hosts, unfortunately did not have the time to say goodbye to us. Whether we will be able to come back is still unclear, because it was just too painful to leave…

ruhiges, wunderschönes, einfaches, landestypische Ferienhaus

wir hatten eine tolle Zeit, die Lage ist etwas einsam aber das was wir gesucht haben. Alles ist aber schnell zu erreichen auch easy mit dem Fahrrad, die Umgebung ist ruhig und in 200m sind kleine Steinbuchten, mit türkisblauen Wasser zum Baden. Das Haus ist einfach, aber alles da was man braucht. Die Terrasse lädt zu schönen Sonnenuntergängen ein. Wir hatten ein nettes Willkommen und die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Danke für alles :0)

refugio de paz

Esta casa rural es un auténtico refugio de paz donde podrás desconectar de todo. Muy recomendable si buscar tranquilidad absoluta. No esperes grandes lujos pero no le falta de nada. Lo mejor sin duda es el porche para desayunar mientras las lagartijas te observan atentamente. Tiene mucho encanto. Santi y Concha fueron muy amables y atentos.

Traumhafte Lage , sehr ruhig & erholsam ! Wunderschöne überdachte Terrasse, besonders die Aussendusche haben wir sehr genossen :-) Häuschen ist super ausgestattet 👍 wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt ! Santo & concha waren super nette Gastgeber, wir würden immer wiederkommen 😊

Sehr nette Vermieter! Unterkunft einfach, aber zweckmäßig. Lage perfekt. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Wir waren das fünfte Mal auf Formentera und mögen besonders die ruhigen Bereiche der Insel. Da wir uns gerne selbst versorgen, bevorzugen wir in der Regel eine kleine Finca (2-3 Personen). Wir verzichten auf Auto bzw. Moped und fahren stattdessen Fahrrad. Das Haus von Concha und Santi war einfach, aber zweckmäßig - für uns perfekt. Die Lage ist wunderbar, 100 Meter zum Meer/Küste, absolut ruhig. Strände und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gut mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen. Morgens und abends ist die große Terrasse ein sehr, sehr angenehmer Platz. Das Haus und die Lage übertraf unsere Erwartungen. Sehr gut! Concha und Santi sind freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wenn man ungestört sein möchte, respektieren die Beiden es. Trotzdem sind sie immer da, wenn wir eine Frage hatten oder etwas brauchten. Wenn wir noch einmal auf die Insel kommen, was sehr wahrscheinlich ist, werden wir das Haus noch einmal buchen. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Wunderschönenes kleines Haus in ruhiger Umgebung

Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll und gemütlich eingerichtet und es wirklich alles vorhanden was man brauchen könnte. Besonders toll ist die Außendusche und die große Terrasse, auf der wir gerne unsere Zeit verbracht haben. Durch die herzliche Aufnahme von Concha, Santi und deren Kinder haben wir uns direkt von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war bisher unser schönster Urlaub auf Formentera, weil einfach alles gestimmt hat und endlich haben wir einen ,,Ort „ auf Formentera gefunden zu dem wir immer wieder gerne zurück kommen :-)

A Wonderful place

We had an amazing time in the property. The house is full of character and feels very welcoming. The house is very spacious and well equipped. Kitchen has everything you need to cook comfortably. Bed is very comfy and the whole place is very clean throughout . The fun thing is an outdoor shower which we used a lot. It is an addition to the full bathroom inside. There are music player system and tv - we never used tv but we had a radio and music on a lot. We spent mornings and afternoons on the veranda eating breakfast, resting and planing escapades to various lovely beaches as well as observing Geckos. The nights were spent stargazing - the light pollution is so low and clear sky allows you to see so much more. The outside areas are very well equipped with loungers, reclining deck chairs, dining room set and more. Santi is a lovely and helpful host. He kindly helped us from the boat and patiently waited when we had issues with a vehicle rent. He advised us on places to eat, beaches and places to go to as well as left some welcome gifts for us to eat and drink. Very caring and kind during our stay. The near by village is lovely with various restaurants and shops and as we went in July there where several festivals on the main square. We had a smashing time joining in. Locals are very kind and helpful. The island has various sides to it and it is worth to explore it. We would definitely come back to the property and the island. We found it one of the most relaxing holidays we done away from busy jobs and the city.
