Wonderful stay in a very tranquil and cozy place. The hosts were lovely and spoiled us with delicious tomatoes and figs from their orchard, self pressed olive oil and rosé wine. We had a great time! Thank you Didier and Geraldine! We will come back.

Amazing stay in the south of France!

This was a beautiful property. There is lots of space, everything you need nearby, beautiful pool, very safe, excellent and helpful hosts. Two families stayed comfortably. Only issue was a weak wifi signal. Otherwise perfect vacation spot. Thank you Didier!

Great stay in Chateauneuf Grasse

Problems with confirmed vacation house triggered a last minute search for a vacation house with pool and AC. Thanks to quick reaction and very fast response of the host Didier of this house, our vacation got saved at the very last minute. Great work and big thank you! The house maybe looks a bit old on the outside, but pool and inside are great, all very clean, good working AC in al the rooms, modern bathrooms and showers, good quality beds and fridge with ice dispenser. Quite neighbourhood, with Grasse and Nice and Monaco close by. Top vacation!

Super location et propriétaire sympathique

La maison de Didier a tout ce qu'il faut pour passer de bonnes vacances, propre, bien équipée, grande et des extérieurs agréables. L'environnement est calme et à la fois proche de nombreuses villes/plages/villages intéressantes a voir. Didier est disponible si besoin et a été réactif à nos demandes. Merci encore pour cet agréable séjour.

Excellent séjour en famille

Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances en famille. Nous étions 8 adultes et 1 enfant. Didier et son épouse Géraldine ont été très arrangeants et à notre écoute. Nous avons été accueilli avec plusieurs petites attentions. Ils nous ont offert les tomates de leur jardin, des bières, du jus d'orange, un vin du pays et nous ont fait gouter une huile d'olive de leur récolte. Un classeur de bienvenue est mis à disposition dès notre arrivée avec plein de brochures et de bonnes adresses (loisirs, marché, visite,...). La maison a répondu à toutes nos attentes : très spacieuse, très bien équipé à l'intérieur comme à l'extérieur (chambres climatisées). Matériel pour bébé mis à disposition à la demande. Petit bémol, pas de clim dans le séjour, juste un ventilateur et beaucoup de moustiques malgré le matériel mis à disposition. La piscine est entretenue tous les matins par Didier. Si vous recherchez le calme, vous allez être servi. La semaine est passée trop vite. Au plaisir de voir revoir et peut-être l'année prochaine.

Praktische vakantiewoning

Heel praktische vakantiewoning: Amerikaanse koelkast, 3 badkamers, 3 toiletten, airco in alle slaapkamers, afgesloten poort... Eigenaars wonen in het huis erachter en zijn zeer vriendelijk en altijd beschikbaar. Een aanrader in de streek!

We werden warm ontvangen door de gastheer en gastvrouw en troffen een zeer nette en schone villa aan. Het overtrof de verwachting! Qua communicatie en gevraagde service stonden de gastheer en gastvrouw voor ons klaar! Als ik een aandachtspunt zou moeten noemen is dat de WiFi; dat kan naar mijn mening beter. Wij hebben een prachtige tijd gehad.

Très beau séjour

Dans une maison très bien équipée, belle piscine avec chaises longues pour tous. Au calme, à proximité de tous les points d'intérêts. Didier et son épouse sont avenants et disponibles. Un plus avec le changement du linge de maison à la fin de la 1 ère semaine et d'excellentes tomates!! Très belle location.

Des vacances au top, tout confort 👌

Nous avons passé de très agréables vacances dans la propriété de Didier et de son épouse. Ceux-ci sont de charmants propriétaires, très accueillants. Ils sont à la fois discrets tout en étant disponibles et à l'écoute. Ils nous ont offert des légumes de leur potager, encore merci pour ce beau geste de partage. La maison a répondu à toutes nos attentes ; confort, très bien équipée, spacieuse,... On s'y est sentis fort bien. La piscine fut le plaisir permanent des plus petits... Et de nous aussi d'ailleurs 😅 Et Valbonne, à proximité, une charmante petite ville médiévale, à ne pas manquer 😉 Merci à vous deux, pour vos recommandations, nous en avons tenues compte et nous n'avons pas manqué de nous y rendre pour clôturer notre séjour. Excellent séjour à OPIO

La maison est spacieuse, bien agencée et très propre. Nous avons apprécié également le jardin, le barbecue et la piscine. L’endroit est calme, et idéalement placé pour la découverte des nombreux villages provençaux environnants. Le bord de mer est proche. Nos hôtes Géraldine et Didier sont chaleureux, discrets, mais à l'écoute de la moindre demande. Ils nous ont aussi fait profiter des succulentes tomates de leur jardin (la chance c'était la bonne saison). Nous recommandons cette très bonne adresse.

Très bon séjour entre amis

Nous avons passé deux magnifiques semaines dans cette belle villa climatisée où nous avons pu profiter pleinement de la piscine et du jardin très bien entretenus. Didier est un hôte très sympathique, disponible et aux petits soins pour ses vacanciers. Encore merci à lui pour ce séjour très agréable et reposant où nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Un séjour sous les beaux hospices de Provence!

Par où commencer... par les propriétaires: un grand merci à Didier, sa femme Géraldine et la maman, vous avez été des hôtes comme on en rêve tous! La communication dès les premiers échanges de mail, a été très chaleureuse et bienveillante! Comme la rencontre d’ailleurs, ils se montrent très abordables et savent être présents tout en étant discrets, le nec plus ultra! La maison, que dire... elle fait sûrement partie d’une des plus belles, pratiques, spacieuses que l’on ait loué en 5 ans: tout y est, 2 espaces sommeil distincts (avec 2 chambres au RDC et 2 à l’étage, avec salle de bain et WC a chaque étage; chaque « génération » avait son espace! attention: les chambres sont vraiment plus vastes qu’en photo et Didier le sait 😋!! ) L’espace salle à manger et cuisine est bien agencé! Et le salon est sympa pour les jeux de société après dîner! La terrasse avec son barbecue (vraiment top d’ailleurs!) est vraiment agréable, la tonnelle de raisin vous rappelle sans cesse la Provence! Quel régal! Et the last but not least: la superbe piscine et son jardin! Une pelouse très bien entretenue, agrémentée d’un palmier et d’un olivier, autant dire que pour nous parisiens qui cherchions du vert, on a été servi; bébé a d’ailleurs adoré siester sous l’ombre du palmier! Et la piscine est juste parfaite pour se baigner, plonger, se dorer la pilule! Et tout cela, comme on a pu le dire chaque jour, à 30 min maximum de tout lieu à voir (Saint-Paul-De-Vence, Gourdon, Grasse, les plages,...) et activités à faire (vélo électrique pour visiter quelques sites, attention les hauteurs font travailler les cuisses, canyoning,...) En bref, un séjour de 2 semaines vraiment génial qui permet de découvrir l'arrière Pays de Provence (Cannes et Nice sont à 30min pour les plus urbains) et le retour à la vie quotidienne est finalement moins compliqué grâce au repos complet que nous a offert cette demeure familiale! Encore merci à vous pour tout et à très vite! Ps: et un infime merci pour tous les bons légumes du potager que vous avez si gentiment partagé avec nous!

Calme et repos

Un accueil très chaleureux de Didier et de sa maman dés notre arrivée et une totale discrétion pendant notre séjour. Maison très agréable et spacieuse. Nous étions 3 couples et 2 enfants, chacun avait sa chambre climatisée et sa salle de bains. Séjour et cuisine bien équipés. Extérieur idyllique avec tonnelle ombragée où nous faisions tous nos repas avec BBQ. La piscine avec ses bains de soleil et parasols pour tous n'a jamais désempli !

Great house in a perfect location

We spent two fantastic weeks in this property. The house was well equipped with lots of space and the air conditioning in the bedrooms was very much appreciated. The pool area, outdoor shower and toilet were perfect for us and we also made full use of the gas barbecue. Didier and his wife were most welcoming and helpful and as they live next door were on hand if we had any questions. We very much appreciated their kind gifts of freshly picked tomatoes! The location of the house was ideal for exploring the area with so many activities nearby to choose from. We had a fabulous holiday and would definitely return.

Full of charm

We had a lovely time staying at the house. We loved the pool and garden and enjoyed sitting out on the deck of an evening. Rooms were clean and comfortable with well working a.c. A great visit made even better with how helpful and kind Didier was. Brilliant!

Cette location est vraiment conforme au descriptif et aux avis déjà écrits. La maison est réellement très propre, les chambres agréables et climatisées. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Nous étions au calme tout en étant proche des différents commerces. Monsieur Ceccheti est très disponible et très discret à la fois. N'hésitez pas… Nous n'hésiterons pas à revenir.

Un séjour reposant, dépaysant dans une région magnifique.

Un vrai plaisir du début à la fin : - Une excellente communication avec les propriétaires qui sont charmants, très avenants, disponibles et compréhensibles, - Une maison très fonctionnelle, propre, avec beaucoup de charme et tout les équipements nécessaires pour passer un séjour avec confort, un agencement bien pensé, une belle surface à vivre, 3 salle de bains et surtout une belle terrasse qui donne sur la piscine de bonne taille pour 2 couples et 3 enfants, - Le calme absolu, sans être trop loin des commerces, et endroits à visiter, - Une région magnifique avec de tout : plages, villages à visiter, marchés, parc pour enfants, centre commerciaux, Marine Land, Aqua land... Nous sommes ravis et déjà pressés de revenir !!

Stayed July-Aug 2017 - Great Property and Wonderful hosts

The property was everything we expected. The air conditioning in the bedrooms was great and the American fridge/freezer was a real bonus. The pool was lovely and beautifully maintained daily by our host Didier. The convenience of the outside shower and downstairs washroom were a plus. It was a very secure location with ample parking. Overall a beautifully kept property with all modern facilities. We had a lovely family holiday there and thoroughly recommend it. Didier and his wife are very welcoming hosts.
