HOUSE WITH GARDEN WITH BEAUTIFUL SEA VIEW

Very quiet, high above the sea with a terrace where you can enjoy a fantastic view of the bay, the port and the ancient village of the country, there is also a small private lawn with a hammock to stay in relax or take Sun. It dominates the Argentario, the island of Giglio, the Ants of Grosseto, the Elbe and on particularly clear days we can see the island of Montecristo. Dining al fresco on the terrace in the evening is a show, watch the VIDEO by clicking on the arrow on the left of the photo you see above to scroll and then start it.
To get to the village, where there are shops and services, or to the nearest beach, there is a bit of walking for about 900 m, or 15 min, passing by the picturesque medieval village of the castle, the return is in good ascent, more fast is to use the car. The house is comfortable, has parking and a large private garden, is well equipped with dishwasher, washing machine and air conditioning, WiFi included 5Gb per week.

Great location and apartment. The only issue is the parking place. The landlord should inform the guests that the car must be super small. Otherwise good luck with a normal size car.

Great location with fantastic view

We had a great time in Pescaia and didn't mind the 15 min walk down and back up again to and from the beach. Very healthy :). The house is in a great location with fantastic views, balcony and garden with evrything you need. The only reason for the 4/5 score is because a few things didn't work when we arrived, such as the shower in the 2nd bathroom and the fan above the cooking furnace in the kitchen. It was fixed by the very friendly lady care taker but it was inconvenient for the first couple of days. Everything else was great!!!

Super Lage, tolle Aussicht aufs Meer

Wir waren mit 5 Personen für eine Woche in dem Ferienhaus. Die Lage mit wundervoller Aussicht auf das Meer ist genial. Auch zu Fuß kann man vom Haus zur Uferpromenade oder auch in die tolle Altstadt gehen. Der Rückweg ist zwar etwas anstrengend, aber es ist machbar wenn man keine körperlichen Beschwerden hat. Ein wunderschönes Erlebnis war diese Woche Urlaub für uns.

Castiglione e relax

Abbiamo soggiornato due settimane e siamo stati benissimo. La casa ha tutti i confort che vi aspettate e il Sig Stefano è persona gentile e disponibile. Se volete una vacanza di Relax ma anche godervi le bellezze di Castiglione e della Maremma qui starete veramente bene. Poi che dire della terrazza? Da qui la vista è uno spettacolo da mattina a sera!! Non c’è niente di meglio che fare colazione, pranzo o cena con un panorama così!!!!!! Grazie Sig Stefano per l’ospitalità

Schönes Haus mit toller Aussicht.

Das Haus liegt auf einem Hang mit schöner Aussicht auf das Meer. Die Zimmer sind gut eingerichtet, auf den Matratzen kann man gut schlafen. Die Küche ist ein wenig klein aber zweckmäßig. Alles in allem ist alles in Ordnung. Herr Agresti ist ein sehr guter Vermieter, er Antwortet direkt auf alle Fragen und verhält sich vorbildlich, Vielen Dank nochmal an der Stelle.

Schöne Ausicht und ruhige Lage

Empfehlenswert. Das Ferienhaus war sehr schön und gut eingerichtet. Die Betten waren super. Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln. Wir waren 3 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder. Den Kinder hat es sehr gut gefallen. Wie haben eine sehr schöne und erholsame Woche erlebt. Wir danken dem Besitzer Stefano Agresti das wir dieses schöne Haus mieten durften. Wir kommen sicher später mal wieder.

Bellissima location con panorama da cartolina

La casa è situata in una zona residenziale con vista favolosa sul mare con grande terrazza dove si cena davanti ad un tramonto fantastico. Casa ben tenuta, bel giardino con sdraio, amaca e lettino.La casa è arredata con gusto, su due piani. Uniche " pecche" sono state la scarsa manutenzione delle docce e della vasca da bagno piene di calcare. Suggerisco di controllare meglio la disposizione degli accessori da cucina sistemati disordinatamente. Per il resto magnifica vacanza..Ci ritornerei assolutamente. La consiglio. Eliseo De Maria

Casa bella e vista stupenda, peccato che ...

Casa bella e vista panoramica mozzafiato, peccato che l'aria condizionata era un trattore, impossibile tenerla accesa la notte, quindi in mansarda si faceva la sauna, la lavatrice era rotta e la lavastoviglie (BEKO?) praticamente non lavava, inutile farla funzionare. Molto utile e comoda invece la doccia esterna.

Terrassenhaus in wunderbarer Lage

Wir haben in diesem Haus zwei schöne Urlaubwochen mit unseren erwachsenen Kinder verbracht. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet. Der Blick auf die Bucht ist wunderbar. Neben der Terrasse direkt am Haus ist im Garten eine weitere Terrasse sowie hinter dem Haus ein kleines Rasenstück, wo man ebenfalls sitzen kann. Eine Außendusche, die nicht einsehbar ist, hilft bei heißen Tagen und hält den Sand aus dem Haus. Der Strand ist in gut 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Für den Rückweg, der bergauf geht, sollte man 5 Minuten mehr einplanen. Das gute Restaurant "La Fortezza" ist in etwa 5 Minuten erreichbar. Die Anmietung und Organisation verlief unkompliziert mit dem Eigentümer Stefano Agresti.

Grazie della recensione, mi permetto di scrivere qui la traduzione dal tedesco (Google translator). Casa a terrazza in una posizione meravigliosa Abbiamo trascorso in questa casa due bellissime settimane con i nostri figli adulti. La casa è ben attrezzata. La vista della baia è meravigliosa. Oltre alla terrazza accanto alla casa si trova nel giardino un'altra terrazza e dietro la casa un piccolo prato dove è anche possibile sedersi. Una doccia esterna, che non è visibile, aiuta nelle giornate calde e mantiene la sabbia fuori dalla casa. La spiaggia è a 10 minuti a piedi. Per il ritorno, andando in salita, dovresti pianificare altri 5 minuti. Il buon ristorante "La Fortezza" è raggiungibile in circa 5 minuti. Il noleggio e l'organizzazione non sono stati complicati con il proprietario Stefano Agresti.

Nice terrace - broken appliances

We had a good stay in the house located in the hills behind Castiglione but not all was perfect. The house has a nice view and nice terrace and garden. Also well stock up when we arrived (salt, vinaigre, toilette paper, soap...) The dish washer did not work (dishes not washed) and the wash machine was broken (no drainage of water). Even though the people in charge of the house came right away to try to fix it they were not able to do so which was an inconvenience. Also you need to pay if you use more than 5Go of internet. On one hand it is quite a lot of Go for one week on the other hand I did not like the idea to have to check our consumption to see if we went over the limit (so we ended up almost not using it). The air conditioning was nice to have at night but very noisy.

vista incomparabile

La terrazza con la vista del golfo e del Giglio al tramonto è da cartolina. La casa è arredata con passione e grande cura ai dettagli, dai quali traspare la personalità dei padroni di casa, anche per le buone letture. E poi non manca nulla (ma non abbiamo provato l'aria condizionata). La doccia esterna è molto utile per non riempire di sabbia la casa. L'unica scomodità è per chi deve raggiungere il paese a piedi: al ritorno la salita è ripida, ma è comunque una starway to heaven. E dal mio punto di vista anche questo fastidio è un prezzo giusto da pagare per essere fuori dalla confusione del centro del paese. Andrea

Alcuni suggerimenti costruttivi per rendere l'appartamento "super": sostituire le reti e i materassi della cameretta e della matrimoniale del piano superiore. Un po' di stoviglie nuove in modo da rendere la cucina funzionale.

Le recensioni anche con qualche critica sono utili per migliorare: abbiamo sostituito il materasso al primo piano con uno in memory e messo una nuova rete a doghe, integrato le stoviglie. Buon soggiorno a tutti gli ospiti!

Splendida villetta con vista mare

La villetta risponde appieno alla descrizione e alle aspettative, se non di più: è molto accessoriata con tutto il necessario e molti svaghi. La vista è probabilmente il punto forte, in quanto si estende ampia sul mare. La casa è ventilata e in posizione sopraelevata sulla strada panoramica, motivo per il quale è necessaria l'automobile per gli spostamenti. Il giardino, dotato anche di dondolo e amaca, è molto piacevole per trascorrere le serate e mangiare fuori. Le stanze sono confortevoli e pulite. Uniche pecche: impianto elettrico che tende a sovraccaricarsi facilmente, e le docce: nonostante siano 3 (due interne e una esterna), risulta difficoltoso usarne due in contemporanea a causa del basso efflusso di acqua. La vacanza è stata piacevole e, nonostante fossimo 7 persone, la casa ha soddisfatto appieno tutte le nostre necessità: si nota grande cura negli interni, e attenzione a tutte le esigenze (e svaghi) degli ospiti. Il padrone di casa è molto gentile e disponibile per chiarimenti ed informazioni.

Buongiorno ci adoperiamo per risolvere i problemi e quindi abbiamo fatto rivedere l'impianto elettrico (certificato) per una migliore ridistribuzione dei carichi, adesso dovrebbe andare tutto bene. Per l'acqua purtroppo é il Comune di Castiglione o meglio l'acquedotto del Fiora che invia pressione ridotta a fine serata, forse per la forte richiesta d'acqua: abbiamo segnalato l'inconveniente. Buon soggiorno a tutti gli ospiti!

La casa è esattamente come nella descrizione. C è tutto ciò che serve e al nostri arrivo abbiamo trovato delle accortezze piacevoli come ad es sapone, acqua, sacchetti della pattumiera e altre cose.Vista spettacolare; il centro storico si può raggiungere anche a piedi anche se il ritorno è un po ripido.Consiglio sicuramente questa casa.Il proprietario è molto disponibile e cortese.

Bella vacanza

Bella casa, spaziosa il giusto, disposta su due piani con una bella vista mare, dotata davvero di tutto e comunque coerente con la descrizione fornita dal proprietario. A nostro avviso buona anche la locazione, sul dorso della collina, distante circa 20 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia più vicina ma molto silenziosa e ventilata. Proprietario gentile e disponibile con referenti in loco altrettanto gentili e disponibili. Abbiamo soggiornato in 4 (2 adulti e 2 ragazze) la seconda settimana di agosto e a parte qualche piccolo inconveniente tecnico prontamente risolto dalla proprietà ci siamo trovati benissimo. La consigliamo.

Grazie luca della buona recensione, purtroppo a volte qualche problema può essere inevitabile (si è rotto il boiler dell'acqua calda che è statosostituito in giornata) ma dobbiamo essere veloci nel risolverlo. Come proprietario, che altri possano godere della casa, della vista, ecc.. con soddisfazione, fa veramente piacere.
