Why Roberta and Kurt chose Scotland

We fell in love St. Andrews while our daughter was attending University there. The property needed renovation. Roberta saw its potential and brought it back to its original grandeur. It's location is ideal for exploring the town, the historic ruins and walking to the beach, the Old Course, and as several other golf courses in the vicinity.

What makes this apartment unique

Center of town. Proximity to golf courses (easy walk) and University facilities. Full modern kitchen. Beautiful, large bay window. Sleeps 4 adults comfortably. Top of the line bedding.

Wonderful Stay!

  • 5 of 5

Beautiful flat that is even better than described and pictured. Perfect location and is equipped with everything one could possibly need. We spent a week and had a wonderful time. Lynne was very helpful and the food essentials she provided were much appreciated after a long day of travels. We hope to return soon.

Absolute perfection!

  • 5 of 5

The flat was charming, comfortable and perfectly appointed. Could not have asked for more during my stay to visit my daughter who's a student at the university. Had the most wonderfully relaxing stay and will consider it a home away from home when in St. Andrews. Thanks for sharing!!!

Great location, accommodations, and value.

  • 5 of 5

My son and I visited St. Andrews. What a delight. Our main purpose was to visit the university, join friends and tour town. This flat provided more than expected (hoped for). Warm accommodations. Tremendous street vibe and proximity to people watching, restaurants and the history. All within short walking distance. Then the surprise. The golf! The Old Course and three others in walking…ok, a short cab if raining, away. Highly recommended. Hope to be able to book on our next visit if available.

A treasure

  • 5 of 5

We had a lovely stay in a charming flat amidst the commotion of St. Andrews. The property was clean, decorated beautifully and well appointed. Being above a pub we thought would be loud, however, the bedrooms were so quiet and provided a cosy retreat in the evening. We never ran into an issue finding parking and sending out laundry was a breeze. There is a washer in the flat but who wants to do the washing on vacation. The only downside would be that the flat didn't have a small hoover available as we would have liked to vacuum the rug.

Top marks for this oasis for four mere blocks from the old course. We can't wait to return next year.

Very enjoyable visit in St. Andrews

  • 5 of 5

My husband and myself and our son and daughter-in-law thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your elegant flat in St. Andrews. The living room and kitchen area were bright and sunny and very comfortable. The view overlooking the street was excellent. The bedrooms were very comfortable, quiet, and we slept well. The bathroom was modern and spacious. We enjoyed the extra touches like the hair dryer available in the bedroom. The location was very handy to all our activities in St. Andrews and we enjoyed being fairly close to the bus station for side trips (not visible or noticeable from the flat, but just walking to and around the corner and down the block). We did one trip up to Glamis Castle and another to Edinburgh and this made public transit very easy. We appreciated working with you, Roberta, and thank you for the use of your excellent flat.
