Three generations, including three families and grandmother, a total of 14 persons, all loved our stay in quiet and cosy Bvd des Collines 4 in July with plenty of tennis, pool and bathing at the beach.

Great place for large groups

We were 11 adults and 8 children and had a wonderful stay in Grimaud. The house and grounds are very spacious. Owner was very responsive and quick with sending a technician when we had a problem with a toilet. You can easily walk down to two nice small beaches.

Glorious Grimaud

What a magnificent property, we felt so privileged to be staying there. The location is perfect, a short walk to various beaches and minutes drive from St Maxime or Port Grimaud. So many things to see and do. Béatrice was so charming and helpful and Joelle was an absolute star. 💯 recommend.

Terrible

We didn’t even stay! when we got there after one look we had to leave. We were a group of 16 for a family vacation coming from United States so it eas a real nightmare . Not only the house didn’t look anything like the picture, but it smelled like . There were broken planters and cracked windows and all around the pool the sidings were cracked with nails sticking out.To go to the bedrooms you had to go through unfinished area and a boiler room. The house smelled and tlwas totally deteriorated. Like if that was it enough, there were cameras inside the house in the living area. We had to leave immediately after a long flight from the United States to Niece and look for accommodations for the 16th of us it was a total nightmare.

After over 10 years of successful rentals without a single incident, we unfortunately faced a disappointing situation with Carla’s group. Part of her group arrived around 2:30 PM, and by 6:30 PM Carla requested a cancellation, citing various concerns. Regarding the musty smell, no such odor was detected by our on-site manager. Still, a technician was sent the next morning to inspect the AC system, which was functioning normally. No prior guest had ever raised ventilation issues, and our property had been continuously occupied since April. Access between floors is clearly described in the listing: there is an internal elevator and exterior stairs. The cracked interior window posed no risk and was sealed; two boards were also reattached. A full safety report was reviewed by VRBO and closed in our favor. Cleanliness has consistently been praised—our VRBO rating is 9.8/10. As for the security cameras, guests are informed they may unplug them during their stay. Carla’s group was told this but chose not to. We also submitted to VRBO reviews from the guests who stayed before and after Carla, both highlighting the exceptional quality of the home. Facts: keys were signed for, beds were used, bins filled, and the group left voluntarily around 8:30 PM. We’ve never encountered such false claims and will not accept future bookings from this guest. One misleading review does not reflect the experiences of our many satisfied guests—including a 10/10 rating in May 2025 calling the home

Unterkunft zum Harley Euro Festival

Alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Dem Charme des Hauses tut dies aber keinen Abbruch. Gehobenes Ambiente zum Wohlfühlen. Wir waren 14 Personen und alle waren dieser Meinung.

Tolles Anwesen etwas in die Jahre gekommen

Wir haben den Aufenthalt mit unseren 12 Freunden sehr genossen. Lage ruhig, check-in wunderbar, das Grundstück riesig, das Haus sehr geräumig, leider bereits etwas abgenützt und eine Generalsanierung würde dem Haus gut tun. Es gibt wunderbare Orte für den Aufenthalt, aber leider auch einige Ecken wo altes Zeug von Vormietern herumliegt. Leider hatten einige Duschen nur wirklich heisses Wasser, Eiswürfelmaschine am Kühlschrank hat nur tw funktioniert, der Fußboden am Pool ist tw gebrochen, auch einige Poolliegen waren kaputt, sowie in zwei Zimmern war leider Schimmel. Der Garten zum Tennisplatz ist etwas ungepflegt und die Blumentröge großteils zerbrochen. Unser Fazit: tolles Anwesen, aber einige Reparaturen oder Umbauten würden dem Haus gut tun. jeder

Maison exceptionnelle pour un séjour entre amis (19 personnes !)

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l’emplacement, le calme, l’agencement de cette maison. La piscine et le tennis sont top ainsi que les terrasses et le séjour. Seul petit bemol, un certain laisser-aller dans l’entretien : robinets thermostatiques défectueux, pas d’eau à l’étage si quelqu’un l’utilise en bas, éclairages extérieurs défectueux, table de ping-pong inutilisable… Mais l’ensemble du séjour s’est bien passé et nous y reviendrons sans hésitation

Perfekt bostad för sällskap på 20 pers

Vi firade en väns födelsedag och var 19 personer i huset vilket gick väldigt bra. Smidig incheckning och kommunikation med värden. Många bra gemensamhetsytor att vara på. Jag kan varmt rekommendera detta huset. Du bör ha bil för att kunna ta dig runt mellan de olika städerna.

Géniale semaine dans le domaine de Beauvallon

Réservée il y a un an, grande famille oblige, cette jolie demeure nous a tous comblés. Papy, Mamy, enfants et petits enfants, nous étions 20. À 20 minutes à pieds de la plage, 5 minutes en voiture du golf de Beauvallon, la maison dispose d’une grande piscine et, cerise sur le gâteau, d’un tennis. Plusieurs terrasses surplombent le tout, équipées de confortables fauteuils, Tous les repas se prennent sur la terrasse couverte que l’on peut éventuellement fermer avec des panneaux de verre en accordéon , ( un peu bancal) Chaque famille avait au moins une salle de bain et ou une douche. Seul bémol, la cuisine vétuste , portes cassées, tiroirs bloqués… La buanderie dispose de 2 grandes machines à laver et de 2 séchoirs, d’une planche à repasser et d’une centrale vapeur, que des précédents locataires ont dû laisser tomber ( réservoir cassé). Un deuxième lave-vaisselle ne serait pas un luxe, vu le grand nombre présent.

Vores store familie på17 havde en fantastisk uge i det smukke hus, hvor man klart mærkede ejernes ånd. Gåafstand til en fin lille strand og tæt Saint Tropez og Saint Maxime. Vi nød det virkelig og kommer gerne igen!

very spacious and beautiful villa in quiet location

We booked the villa over a long weekend for a trip. The house is enormously spacious and has all the amenities you need for a nice stay. We had nice barbecues, could play tennis during the day or go swimming in the large pool. Also the way to Saint Tropez in the evening was not far. Gladly we come again and can only recommend this accommodation!

Séjour exceptionnel

Nous avons loué cette grande maison pour 4 jours pour être auprès de nos proches durant notre mariage. La maison est bien située, grande, très joliment décorée, il y a de grands espaces extérieurs pour prendre l’apéro et diner dehors… la piscine est magnifique et très grande ! Nous garderons un excellent souvenir de ces 4 jours dans cette maison. Merci mille fois à Christine la propriétaire très arrangeante et Béatrice qui nous accueillis très gentiment.

maison au top , la propriétaire est très disponible et répond rapidement aux mails et la personne en charge de la maison sur place est très sympathique. La maison est très bien situé et se trouve à - de 10 minutes à pied de la plage. Ne pas hésiter à louer.

Excellent place close to St. Tropez!

We had an excellent stay here. The property is perfect for a relaxing vacation and great for large groups. Loved the location. On a golf course, but walkable to the beach. In Port Grimaud, and a 15-20 minute drive to St. Tropez. Great outdoor seating and pool area, and inside was well appointed and had more than enough space. Christine was great to deal with and very helpful. Only wish that we could have stayed longer!

Très belle maison - conforme aux photos et à l’annonce

Très belle maison et magnifique piscine. Le tennis est aussi très bien entretenu. Les équipements sont de bonne qualité et la propriétaire facilement joignable en cas de problème. Plage en bas de la maison facilement accessible (10 min à pied) Seul le wifi n’est pas exceptionnel ce qui peut être gênant car par ailleurs on capte très très mal dans la maison et aux alentours. Qqes soucis d’eau chaude rencontres pendant le séjour.
