À 5 minutes seulement du centre ville et des plages ou 10 minutes à pied par un escalier.

UNE PLACE DE PARKING PRIVÉE, POUR TOUT TYPE DE VÉHICULE.

2 pièces design de 50m2, avec grande terrasse privative de 65m2, superbe balcon suspendu au dessus de la ville, vue mer de toutes les pièces.

Très belle exposition, ensoleillement optimum du matin au soir, levers de soleil sur la mer,couchers derrière la montagne. Vue féerique de l’Italie au Cap Martin.


Une chambre élégante et confortable donnant sur la verdure et la grande terrasse, le lit est dirigé vers la mer, ouvrez les yeux face à la Méditerranée. Grand dressing. Très au calme avec literie de qualité et surmatela à mémoire de forme.
Superbe salle de bain avec large douche italienne à jets et cascades, ciel étoilé en leds et fenêtre sur la Mer.
Cuisine contemporaine avec électroménagers de grandes marques; réfrigérateur,congélateur,four,four micro onde,plaques induction,machine Nespresso,lave vaisselles,machine à laver,sèche linge...
Spacieuse pièce principale avec canapé d'angle en cuir,grand écran plasma,système audio haut de gamme et coffre-fort...

Balcon et terrasse privée avec store électrique,salons de jardin,bains de soleil,transats et barbecue. Le climat de Menton et l’exposition plein sud de tout l’appartement permettent de profiter de la terrasse et de ses équipements toute l’année.

Situé sur les hauteurs à l'abris de toute agitation et pourtant à quelques minutes seulement du coeur de ville.
Possibilité de vous rendre aux plages,dans la vieille ville,le marché,le Casino et festivités de la fête du Citron en 10 minutes à pied par un escalier.

Les dates de paiements peuvent êtres flexibles et effectuées en 1,2 ou 3 fois. Me contacter.

The ocean view was extraordinary, viewed from the kitchen, deck, patio, and even the shower. The unit was super clean and very nicely decorated. The drive in was a bit sketchy at first, but we did het used to it. Jennifer the host was great and met us at the unit to show us everythjng.

Magnifique

Jennifer and Laurent provided all of the required facilities to make this a special stay. The apartment was very well equipped and a very comfortable surroundings. The patio area was exceptional to lounge in after a days sightseeing. Breakfast on the balcony was one of our highlights. The view from the living area and even the bathroom was amazing. We will be recommending it to all ef our friends.

Stayed here while on a working week. Perfect apartment with everything could want for and more. The views are to die for. Jennifer was extermely helpful at all times and I hope to comeback again. Beware of steps back up to the apartment from Town. If your not fit, it will make you fit.

The view is magnificent, mesmerising. Clean, compact, tidy, stylish and very well equipped. It was like a mountain vacation but with the town only 10/15 minutes walk away. The owner is clearly very proud of this apartment and it showed. A shout also to the fantastic, authentic, traditional L’Embuscade restaurant a few hundred yards away, but book in advance as it was full of locals on our two visits. Menton is quiet, chic with the Riviera vibe and Monaco 7 minutes away by train.

Calme et Charme

A chic and lovely decorated apartment with good parking and well equipped kitchen. Quiet. Easy access to the town if you are young and fit. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the air conditioning very welcome on hot August nights. If you want to drive down to the town, make sure you go early in high season as the car parks are all full by late morning. In short a lovely charming apartment near to Menton that allows for a quiet life but close enough to get into the lively town.

The apartment is very clean and well equipped. It impresses with its quiet but central location and stunning view over Menton. Both the balcony and the patio invite you to dream and linger. The apartment has extensive equipment (e.g., dishwasher, multimedia system). The hosts, Jennifer and Laurent, are very friendly and always easy to reach. There is a secure parking space for the car on the property. Thus, we can only recommend the accommodation.

The view!

Jennifer's apt was wonderful, had everything we needed, along with a gorgeous view of Menton. Jennifer was easy to communicate with and even picked us up at the train station (thanks!). Appreciated the cold drinks upon arrival in the fridge. There are lots of stairs (300 or so) to the property, so quite a bit of up and down to the city/restaurants, unless you have a vehicle. Wasn't an issue for us as we like to walk.

Fabulous getaway

The apartment and the view were as advertised: gorgeous. I think renters should know that the apartment is high on a hill overlooking Menton, and that the ten minute walk into central Menton is all downhill. (And uphill on the way back.) At first we were concerned - mostly about coming back after dinner in the evenings - but we ended up talking a taxi then, and there is a quite good simple restaurant close to the apartment, which we enjoyed a lot. The host, Jennifer, is warm and very helpful. She really wants you to enjoy your stay.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Wohnung von Jennifer. Die Wohnung ist top ausgestattet und es fehlt an nichts. Der Blick auf Menton und das Meer vom Balkon oder aus dem Garten ist traumhaft. Die Altstadt von Menton ist zu Fuß gut zu erreichen (man muss ein bisschen Treppen steigen). Die Kommunikation mit Jennifer war ausgezeichnet. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Merci Stephane, je suis ravie que vous ayez apprécié la vue et le calme de l’appartement…rare à 5 minutes de la ville c’est une adresse secrète qui se mérite et pour un petit nombre la route peut paraître un peu étroite à certains endroits😉 La place de parking mesure 5,50 mètres de long et est pratiquement illimitée en largeur. Une manœuvre ou deux sont effectivement nécessaires si vous avez un long fourgon mais tous les types de véhiculent rentrent et sont en total sécurité!

Beautiful apartment with stunning views

This was our third visit to Menton and the first time we had stayed in this apartment. Jennifer and Laurent were lovely and very helpful, happily answering our questions and nothing was too much trouble. The apartment was beautiful, and well-equipped with plenty of storage. We chose it because of the outside space and the amazing views and we weren’t disappointed – they are stunning! We ate most of our meals at the table on the balcony (often choosing to eat in instead of going out for dinner) and there is a lovely terrace at the side for relaxing too. It’s only a 10 minute walk into the centre of Menton, but it’s slightly longer on the way back as it’s up hill. We walked down and up the 298 steps every day (sometimes several times) and it wasn’t a problem. There’s also a lovely restaurant at the neighbouring campsite, serving delicious steaks, pizzas, salads, etc. Menton itself is a beautiful town and it’s also easy to visit places such as Monaco and Nice in one direction and the Italian Rivera in the other. We’d love to go back.

Erholsame Ferien in Menton

Ein schönes herziges Appartement über der Stadt Menton. Es ist sauber und modern eingerichtet, es ist alles da was man braucht. (Balkon, zusätzliche Sonnenterasse, Klimaanlage, TV mit Netflix, Küche etc.) Parkplatz fürs Auto ist auch vorhanden gesichert. Die Stadt Menton und der Strand sind fussläufig zu erreichen und es gibt alles was man zum Verweilen braucht. (Café, Restaurant, Bar, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Sehenswürdigkeiten etc.) Das Lage des Appartement ist ruhig und man kann mit einer atemberaubenden Sicht den Tag geniessen. Alles in allem eine super Adresse für einen entspannten Urlaub zu zweit mit einer super Gastgeberin die jede Frage beantwortet(Ausflüge usw.)
