About this property

PORTICCIO Villa 6 people, view of the Gulf of Ajaccio and the Sanguinaires Islands.

This 130 m² single storey villa in a very quiet private residence located 15 km from the airport and the port of Ajaccio, and only 1.5 km from all shops and the beach.

She is composed:

An entrance serving WC with washbasin and washing machine, a large living room open to the kitchen, a corridor serving three double bedrooms (two 140 cm beds and one 160 cm), a bathroom with a walk-in shower, sink and toilet, and a shower room (new).

Outside, two large covered balconies offering a magnificent view of the Gulf of Ajaccio and the Sanguinary Islands as an extension of the living room / lounge.

At the rear of the house is a recently renovated terrace, equipped with an electric awning, not overlooked with barbecue overlooking the mountain and the scrub as an extension of the kitchen, ideal for serving meals.

The two terraces will allow you to enjoy the outdoors according to the sunshine. You will have the choice to take your meals, in the shade or in the sun.

Everything you need is present so that you have a good stay ...
We also leave baby cot, high chair ...

Private parking adjacent to the house that can accommodate 4 vehicles.

You can bring your dog without worries since the 700m² garden is completely fenced, in addition, bowls are available.

From Porticcio, it is possible to go on a boat trip to Bonifacio, the Scandola Reserve, Porto and the Sanguinaires Islands. All water sports are in the center of Porticcio.

You can even go to Ajaccio market with the shuttle from Porticcio, which will leave you a few minutes from the market.

Séjour agréable

Nous avons passé le mois de mai dans la propriété de Chantal. La maison est bien équipée pour passer des vacances très agréables, particulièrement les deux terrasses. Elle offre une superbe vue mer dur le golfe d’Ajaccio et les îles sanguinaires. La description et les photos de l’annonce sont très représentatives. Elle est bien située pour profiter, tant de la ville d’Ajaccio, de la station balnéaire de Porticcio avec tous les services, paillotes, boutiques et restaurants, de superbes plages et la possibilité de magnifiques randonnées à proximité. Les seuls bémols sont la proximité de la rocade et les travaux bruyants dès le petit déjeuner dans la maison d’en face (mais cela ne devrait pas durer).

Superbe villa où vous passerez un magnifique séjour! Vivre de plain pied, suivre le soleil pour les apéros soit sur la terrasse arrière, soit sur le balcon avec une vue sur les îles sanguinaires! Quelle vue! On ne s'en lasse pas! Salles de bains neuves! Terrasse neuve! Que dire d'autre, rien c'était super! Je recommande cette villa à mes amis! Merci à vous Chantal!!

Vue magnifique sur la baie d'Ajaccio

Villa très agréable avec tout le confort, identique à la description. A la fois proche des plages, des commerces et des restaurants de Porticcio, et suffisamment éloignée pour profiter du calme pour se reposer. L'une des terrasses de la villa offre une vue magnifique sur la baie d'Ajaccio, et ses splendides couchers de soleil. Tout était parfait. Une adresse à retenir pour un prochain séjour. Nous avons également apprécié les nombreux restaurants de Porticcio et plus particulièrement "Le Piano".

3 semaines parfaites

Aucune critique à formuler car ces 3 semaines furent parfaites. La maison est grande, super bien équipée et très bien placée. Elle est suffisamment proche de la mer et assez éloignée pour ne pas avoir le bruit de la plage et des bars. Le terrain est grand et 100% clos ce qui est super pour les chiens. La personne qui s'occupe de la location est disponible et sympa. Excellent

Avons passé de superbes vacances en famille (6personnes) dans une villa agréable comprenant tout le confort nécessaire au bien être des occupants aussi bien au niveau espace, électro ménager (TV grand écran, frigidaire américain, lave vaisselle, lave linge,......) et tout cela avec en prime un paysage magnifique et le soleil

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette maison spacieuse et très bien équipée .Nous étions 6 et dès notre arrivée nous nous sommes sentis chez nous .Nous avons apprécié le calme et la beauté des lieux .Grande terrasse avec barbecue vue sur la montagne d'un coté et vue sur la baie d'Ajaccio de l'autre coté . Agréable séjour

Maison vaste et confortable, avec 2 terrasses. Belle vue sur la mer. Equipement à améliorer : fer à repasser du siecle dernier, pas de mixer, frigo américain vétuste, seulement 2 torchons (sales), clim installée mais non fonctionnelle (dommage...), image télé instable, débit d'eau insuffisant, robinet thermostatique de la douche aléatoire, accès véhicules bas risqué au portail (le bas de caisse risque de toucher le sol). Cela ne nous a pas empêché de passer un bon séjour.

Offrant à la fois une vue sur la baie d'Ajaccio et sur la montagne, cette villa est idéalement placée sur les hauteur de Porticcio et à proximité de ses plages. Elle nous a permis de passer un très agréable séjour. L'espace terrasse et son grand jardin donne un atout supplémentaire à cette villa très bien équipée et spacieuse. Idéale pour 6 personnes, on se l'approprie dès qu'on franchi sa porte. A recommander fortement.

Nous avons passé une semaine inoubliable dans cette maison bien située, proche des commerces et de la mer avec une vue superbe sur le golf d'Ajaccio d'un côté et sur le maquis de l'autre. Très agréable, spacieuse, calme et propre, bien équipée. La propriétaire est disponible et honnête. Je recommanderai cette maison à nos amis. Les corses sont chaleureux et accueillants. Nous y retournerons !

Cette villa est magnifique, trois chambres parfaite, un séjour/salon spacieux avec une vue sur les sanguinaires magnifique, une cuisine avec tout le nécessaire vue mer également. La terrasse avec la vue sur le maquis ou nous avons pu déjeuner tranquillement sans aucun vis à vis! Villa très calme et très bien entretenue! Des dépliants sont à votre disposition afin de passer un excellent séjour, ce que nous avons très largement passé! Nous reviendront l'année prochaine! Propriétaire très agréable! Nous recommandons cette villa à nos amis! À bientôt
