Excellent location, daily food market just across the river, good bar, Les Berthom, on the next corner. Lyon Citycard is good value for public transport and museums. Parc Tete d'Or worth a visit.

Great host, facilities, location

The apartment is in an ideal location for a short visit to Lyon, in the Vieux Lyon area and overlooking the river Saone. The charming owner, Clothilde, provided faultless directions and met us on arrival and departure. The rooms are spacious, elegant and well equipped. We would definitely choose to stay there if we visited Lyon again.

Comfortable and nicely located apartment

The apartment is near the most important sites and close to excellent restaurants. We were able to communicate easily with the host, e.g., asking for the heat to be turned on. The big open market is just across the bridge, which made for wonderful food shopping. In all, a very nice place from which to explore Lyon. We enjoyed looking out the windows at the Saone and its boat traffic.

Wonderful!

We enjoyed a wonderful visit to Lyon and loved coming home each night to a great bed and comfortable home, very complete for cooking but we preferred to indulge in the fabulous dining scene of Lyon. Our host was most helpful with guidance and counsel about the area. The flat was full of maps and resources to help us navigate this beautiful city. Location was perfect!

Wonderful outlook

Clothilde's apartment was spacious and very comfortable and had a fully equipped kitchen. The main area looked out directly on the SaĂŽne River with its boat and barge traffic which was very interesting. The apartment was located in Vieux Lyon with all its food and hospitality offerings. We very much enjoyed staying there.

Fantastic location

Overlooking the SaĂŽne river in a central part of Lyon, this apartment was close to restaurants, public transport, a good baker and many attractions that one goes to Lyon to see. The apartment had everything that we needed for our 6 day stay. A washing machine, comfortable beds, a fully equipped kitchen that supplied, coffee, tea, & other basics like, oil vinegar, sugar etc.

Spacious in a great location

This property is located in the old town so you can walk to shops, bakeries, bouchons and bars. Plus an easy walk across the bridge to Bellecour. The apartment’s living room is very spacious overlooking the river Saone. It’s clean and includes all the amenities needed for a week’s stay. I also hiked up to the Basilica Notre Dame de Fourvievre twice. Great hike, landmark and views.

Beautiful Apartment

The location of this apartment was great! We walked to everything. It was quiet yet right next to cobbled stone streets filled with restaurants and shops and lots of hidden traboules. The owner was kind and easy to communicate with. The apartment was beautiful and filled with anything you might need. I highly recommend staying there.

J'ai un réel plaisir à décorer l'appartement et l'entretenir, et à y accueillir les touristes, à les conseiller, à faire en sorte qu'ils se sentent chez eux.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

amoureuse de ma ville, j'ai choisi un appartement qui réunit tous les atouts de Lyon. Nous comptons y vivre dans quelques années, quand nos enfants auront pris leur envol... et nous avons hùte ! (non pas que nos enfants nous quittent, mais de nous installer dans cet appartement que nous aimons tant et que nous avons entiÚrement refait à notre goût...!)

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

l'appartement est idéalement situé pour visiter Lyon. J'aime son architecture raffinée, la vue poétique, lumineuse et toujours changeante sur la SaÎne, le fait de sentir, dans chaque pierre de l'immeuble et du quartier, une charge historique et culturelle incroyables... J'ai voulu qu'on s'y sente bien et j'ai choisi d'y mettre une literie de qualité, des ustensiles de cuisine en profusion, tout le confort que l'on attend pour se sentir chez soi...
