Magnifique séjour chez Armand et Martine, hôtes très sympathiques et disponibles! La maison est très jolie, confortable et lumineuse. Nichée au milieu des pins , à 2 pas de l'océan.. Nous repartons avec des étoiles dans les yeux !

Martine und Armand waren sehr sympathische Vermieter, die uns auch gleich viele tolle Infos für Ausflüge, Restaurants usw. gegeben haben. Das Haus war für uns perfekt. Es war toll ausgestattet und der kleine Garten eine Ruhezone im Freien. Es liegt in einer absolut ruhigen Gegend, schön schattig unter großen Baumen und man hat nachts nur das Meeresrauschen gehört. Es war alles fußläufig gut erreichbar - der Strand, Supermarkt, Bäcker Restaurants und 3 mal wöchentlich der Markt. Wir hatten dort einen wunderschönen 3-wöchigen Urlaub.

Schöne Tage im Pinienwald

Wir hatten 2 angenehme Wochen im Haus und konnten die gute Lage im Pinienwald, die nächtliche Ruhe und die Nähe zum Meer sehr genießen. Dass wir unsere Kleidung beengt in den Putzschrank im Flur hängen mussten (Schrank im Schlafzimmer ist für die Privatsachen der Vermieter) und die Sauberkeit in der Küche, fanden wir nicht so gut.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft

Wir hatten einen traumhaften Urlaub. Das Haus ist mit drei Schlafzimmern perfekt geeignet für Familien. Es hat alles was man braucht. Das Haus ist super zwischen Bäumen gelegen. Wir haben die Abende auf der Terrasse genossen. In 15 Minuten ist man zu Fuß am breiten und wunderschönen Strand.

Tolles Ferienhaus zum Wohlfühlen

Wir haben drei wunderbare Wochen in Seignosse verbracht. Das Haus liegt nur 10 Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt in einer wirklich schönen und entspannten Siedlung, ist sehr liebevoll und gemütlich eingerichtet und es ist wirklich alles vorhanden was man zum Urlaub genießen braucht. Auch für ein Kleinkind ist alles vorhanden :) Armand und Martine sind tolle Gastgeber und haben uns herzlich willkommen geheißen. Wir freuen uns schon auf das nächste Mal in Seignosse!

La maison est très bien située, accueillante et très bien équipée avec un bel espace extérieur. Juste un regret l’absence de micro-ondes , cet équipement nous a vraiment manqué.

Hervorragende Lage im Pinienwald

sehr ruhig gelegenes Reihenhaus im Pinienwald. Schlafzimmer klein, aber hübsch eingerichtet, sehr von Vorteil sind die Insektengitter vor den Fenstern. Küche und Wohn/-Esszimmer sowie Terrasse sehr gemütlich und groß genug für 6 Erwachsene. Günstige Lage, 5 min zu Fuß zum Zentrum/Markt von Seignosse, 10 min zu Fuß zum Strand. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter, allerdings nur französisch sprechend.

merveilleuses vacances sur l'océan atlantique

C'est la deuxième fois que nous passons nos vacances dans cette belle maison. Emplacement très pratique, à 10 minutes à pied de la plage. La maison est très confortable, surtout dans le salon inférieur. 10 minutes en voiture du supermarché le plus proche. Un endroit idéal pour se détendre à 100%.

Traumhafter Urlaub im sehr schönen Haus

Wir waren nun schon das 2. Mal dort und wieder war alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit. Das Haus ist sehr gut in Schuss und bestens ausgestattet. Alles ist sauber. Die Terrasse ist wunderbar für das morgendliche Frühstück und langes Sitzen am Abend. Mit unseres 3 Kindern (11, 9 und 2 Jahre) haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Zu Fuß sind wir an den Strand und abends noch einmal in den Ort. Wir werden in jedem Fall wiederkommen.

Maison très agréable proche de l'océan

Martine et Armand sont des hôtes charmants. La communication a été très facile pour organiser notre séjour. Nous étions quatre adultes et deux enfants, tout le monde a bien profité de la maison qui est fonctionnelle, propre et bien située, accessible à pied depuis Seignosse Océan où se trouvent commerces, restaurants et surtout la plage du Penon. C'est la troisième fois que nous séjournons dans cette maison et nous reviendrons avec plaisir!

Belle location recommandée sans aucune hésitation !

Que dire qui n'ait déjà été écrit ? Rien car nous sommes comme les autres vacanciers, ravis de notre semaine dans cette jolie maison calme, spacieuse, décorée avec goût au milieu des pins. Tout est fait pour que l'on s'y sente à l'aise. La grande baie vitrée et les velux permettent d'avoir une belle lumière dans le séjour et de profiter du petit jardin avec la plancha. Deux familles peuvent avoir leur intimité sans aucun souci avec chambres, salle de bain et WC en rez de chaussée et à l'étage. Très près de l'océan ce qui permet d'oublier la voiture sur le parking gratuit et suffisamment grand pour 2 voitures. Propriétaires très aimables sans oublier Marinette qui nous a accueilli. Armand, je vous préviens, on risque de revenir ...

Parfait

Maison parfaite pour 6 personnes car elle possede 3 chambres a Grand lits, 2 salles de bain, cuisine bien equipee, un grand salon et un jardin acces foret. Distance a pieds de la mer , env.15 minutes a pieds.. Je conseille un séjour Ici, Les proprietaires sont Tres disponibles et gentile, j espere d y retourner bientot.

Une maison très confortable, au calme et aménagée avec goût. Le jardin s'ouvre sur une pinède qui constitue un terrain de jeu idéal pour les enfants. Plages, marché et commerces sont accessibles à vélo. Très bon accueil des propriétaires.

Une maison où l'on se sent chez soi !

Accueil très sympathique (voire très très sympathique). Maison très agréable de part sa décoration et son confort. Equipement complet et de qualité, et tout aussi bien pour le coté jardin (à partager avec quelques écureuils gourmands). L'emplacement est idéal pour profiter des joies de l'océan et le calme des pins. Nous n'avons manqué de rien lors de notre séjour. Les propriétaires sont charmants.
