Abbiamo soggiornato in questa casa e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Il parcheggio privato è davvero comodissimo e adatto a macchine di qualsiasi dimensione, una comodità non da poco in zona. Il proprietario è stato estremamente preciso e super disponibile per il check-in. La posizione è ottima: vicinissima alle spiagge, raggiungibili in pochissimi passi, inclusa la spiaggia libera e la spiaggia per i cani.Unica nota, non legata alla casa in sé: essendo sulla via principale si percepisce un po’ di rumore dovuto al traffico, soprattutto motorini e auto. Nel complesso però un soggiorno più che positivo, che consigliamo.

Alloggio pulito, buona la posizione vicinissimo al mare, host molto gentile , pochi minuti dal centro, fortunatamente c'è il condizionatore perché dormire con la finestra aperta è difficile in quanto da sull' Aurelia.

Sehr schön

Mit dem Appartement waren wir sehr zufrieden. Es war sauber und ordentlich. Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Empfang, trotz Verspätung war sehr gut. Das Appartement liegt ca. 50 Meter vom Meer entfernt, wo es privat und auch öffentliche Strände gibt. In die Stadtmitte kommt mann in ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Danke nochmal an den Gastgeber 😁

Diano Marina wir kommen wieder

Wir haben unsere Urlaub voller 2 Wochen genossen. Die Wohnung war perfekt in perfekte Lage und sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Parkplatz vor der Haustür, Strand vor der Nase. Strand in 3 Minuten erreichbar Fabio ist ein sehr toller Gastgeber Wir kommen nächste Jahr wieder

Schöner Aufenthalt

Der Aufenthalt war im gesamten sehr schön. Der Strand war in der Nähe, ein Parkplatz direkt vor der Haustür und ein Restaurant ebenfalls. Das WLAN hat gut funktioniert. Im allgemeinen waren wir sehr zufrieden.

L'appartement est très bien situé, dommage que se ne soit pas adapté pour un bébé de 15 mois. ( la douche est bien trop petite du coup dangereux pour un bébé de moins de 2ans. ) le reste pas grand chose à dire, très correct.

Soggiorno a Diano Marina

Casa comoda al centro, ci si arriva con una passeggiata di 10 minuti, pulita, con tutto l'occorrente x cucinare. L'appartamento si affaccia sulla strada principale quindi di notte si sentono un po' di rumori ma cmq sopportabili con la finestra chiusa. Se siete con bambini sconsiglio la spiaggia vicina che ha sabbia solo sotto alcuni ombrelloni poi tutta ghiaia e l'acqua subito alta; meglio le spiagge del centro con sabbia e acqua bassa.

Vacanze meritate

Questo è il terzo anno che andiamo a Diano. L'appartamento a mio parere è ottimo, un secondo piano con ascensore aria condizionata dotato di tutti i servizi di cui si necessita. Il posto auto è un po' risicato ma a Diano è già una fortuna averlo. Purtroppo la spiaggia vicino a casa quest' anno non era il massimo la stanno ristrutturando. I proprietari sono molto disponibili ho detto loro qualche miglioria che potrebbero attuare. Mi sono sembrati propensi affinché chi possa affittare in futuro la loro casa possa fare UN'OTTIMA recensione cosi come la sto facendo io. Vi auguro il meglio. A presto.

Breve vacanza a Diano

Abbiamo soggiornato qui a Diano per una settimana e devo dire che ci siamo trovati veramente bene. I proprietari gentili fin da subito, anche con l’appartamento non ci sono stati problemi, era tutto pulito e la casa provvista di tutto il necessario. La posizione poi è ottima per raggiungere il centro o il lungomare e ha praticamente tutto vicino a pochi passi; l’unica pecca forse è il rumore delle auto/moto, del resto normale, trovandosi sulla via principale, ma sopportabilissimo o almeno per noi non è stato un problema.

Ottimo appartamento

Ottimo appartamento dotato di tutto il necessario. Distanza dalla spiaggia perfetta (3 minuti a piedi). Posto auto perfetto. Host veramente disponibile. I plus come ascensore e aria condizionata lo portano veramente al top.

Holiday in Diano Marina

We had a good holiday the negative point is the busy road which passes in front of the appartement. To walk into Diano Marina is not very easy. You need to cross the busy road to walk on the pavement. There is a lot of noisy traffic including lorries & motor bikes. In the bedroom I used earplugs. The bed was very comfortable & wide. The heating was OK & the water was hot. The coffee maker was tiny. Please buy a bigger one. Overall we were satisfied. No WiFi. A necessity in today’s world. Thank you.

I am very sorry to have had this bad review(I have had many and all very positive)also because i would have liked that these criticisms had beem told me even whwn we met(I was told that everything went well)instead of having learned them from a computer keyboard. However,i would like to reply point by point to the criticisms received:as far as noise is concerned ,you do not go to an apartment 50 meters from the sea(it is logical that there is some noise),but to a place a few kilometers away,perhaps in the hills where "ABSOLTE SILENCE"reigns,as regards the road,adjacent to the Aurelia there is a splendid tree-lined avenue where you get to center of Diano Marina in absolute silence without any passing car(it is logical that if you pass by the Aurelia there is some car);the cafeteria is for 4 people(i think that's enough for 2 people)but we will put one for 6. For the WIFI speech,since there is no telephone line and being an apartment building(it does not depend only on me)it is impossible for me to put it(i would have done it for a few years)however on the announcement it is written that there is no WIFI. I was very sorry instead that instead of there is no mention of the splendid cleanliness that has been found. Thank you for"THE VERY LARGE BED AND WE HAVE PASSED A GOOD HOLIDAY"after so many criticisms a praise is always a pleasure. Whatever it is "THANKS THE SAME"

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt :-)

Wir haben eine Woche im Juni in dieser schönen Wohnung verbracht. Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt, schön hell und gut möbliert. Besonders gut hat uns gefallen, dass man abends noch sehr lange die Sonne genießen kann. Sie scheint nämlich in die Wohnküche bis zum Sonnenuntergang. Der Balkon ist recht schmal, aber die Doppelflügeltür in der Wohnküche zum Balkon ermöglicht, dass man die Abendsonne wunderbar genießen kann. Wer das nicht möchte ... es gibt auch eine Markise ;-) Das Haus liegt leicht zurückversetzt (Parkplätze davor zur Straßenseite) an der Hauptdurchgangsstraße. Durch die Lage bedingt hört man natürlich den Straßenverkehr. Uns hat das nicht gestört. Wir sind mit dem Zug angereist. Die Fußgängerzone von Diano Marina, diverse Restaurants, Bank und Supermarkt kann man gut zu Fuß erreichen, noch besser geht es aber mit dem Fahrrad (wir haben uns diese in Diano Marina geliehen). Ganz toll ist auch, dass es einen großen Fahrradabstellraum im EG des Hauses gibt. Der Strand ist wirklich sehr nah am Haus (man läuft durch die Seitenstraße), dieser ist jedoch fast komplett durch "Bagni" belegt. Wir haben mit dem Fahrrad andere schöne Strandabschnitte in der Nähe erkundet. Fabio, der Vermieter, ist sehr sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir können die Wohnung zu 100% empfehlen und kommen sehr sehr gerne wieder!

VACANZE IN FAMIGLIA

Io e la mia famiglia abbiamo trascorso tutto il mese di agosto in questo appartamento. Ci siamo trovati veramente bene,grazie anche alla gentilezza di Fabio che ci ha trattato come amici e ci ha fatto sentire davvero come a casa nostra. La descrizione dell'appartamento combacia perfettamente alla realtà. L'appartamento ideale per una famiglia come la nostra; avendo due bimbe piccole di 1 e 4 anni. le comodità piu grandi per noi sono state quelle di avere la spiaggia praticamente dietro casa, senza nemmeno attraversare la strada e il parcheggio privato ( importantissimo in alta stagione ). Il rumore della strada può dare qualche piccolo fastidio le prime due,tre notti ma poi ci si abitua subito. Il condominio nel complesso è ben pulito, all'ingresso c'è una grane locale dove puoi parcheggiare biciclette,passeggini e i giochi da spiaggia. Dal terrazzo all'ultimo piano si gode di una vista favolosa sul mare e sull'entroterra Ligure, specialmente al tramonto. Grazie Fabio e Grazie Diano! Arrivederci a presto....
