RENTAL FROM SATURDAY TO SATURDAY

Located in an exceptional setting and benefiting from a South-East exposure facing the Albères Massif, our apartment is located in a half-hectare park with Mediterranean garden and cork oak forest.

It occupies the entire ground floor of a detached house and is open to the terrace (which is reserved and private for you), the park and the mountain.

With an access and an independent entrance, a separate bedroom with double bed and large closet, a bathroom and washing machine, a living room-kitchen with equipped kitchen, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, TV, flat screen, DVD player, HIFI, free WIFI, convertible sofa.

You are also provided with: 2 deckchair mattresses, 1 fleece blanket, 1 printed duvet, 4 pillows.

ON REQUEST, AND TO BE AGREED BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL, YOU ARE ALSO AVAILABLE:
- the rental of bathroom linen (1 bath towel, 1 towel, 1 glove): 5 € / person, each time you renew it,
- the rental of household linen (1 tea towel + 1 hand towel + 2 table napkins): 5 €, each time you renew it
- sheet rental (1 fitted sheet, 1 sheet, pillow cases): € 10 per bed, each time you renew it - € 15 for the bed made on arrival
- the supply of cleaning products (dishwashing liquid, household cleaner, floor cleaner, 1 sponge, washing powder): 5 euros per week.
An umbrella-type cot and baby chair are available free of charge on request. Baby sheets not available.
Cleaning fee at end of stay if desired: 40 euros

- Balance remaining on the day of your arrival.
- Deposit: deposit of 200 euros on the day of your arrival
