Nice stay

Nice property, well managed in easy reach of Sierra Nevada

We stayed in April as a family of 4 whilst skiing in Sierra Nevada. The apartment is in a good location in a village with easy access to the ski resort in under 30 mins. The village has a bakers and a few restaurants but not much else, however this was enough for us in the limited time we were there. It would have been nice to have some information on local things from the host rather than having to figure it out ourselves. The apartment itself was small but perfectly suitable and we'll maintained. One thing to note is that the 2nd bed in the 2nd bedroom is a pull-our. This was ok for us but might not suit everyone. Big terrace, nice in the sun or for drying washing. Communication with host informal via WhatsApp but very helpful and responsive. All in all I would recommend as a great value alternative to staying in the ski resort itself. I imagine the same is true in summer but in both cases you would need a car to get supplies and out to see and do things.

Mooi groot balkon en een leuk stadje beneden waar je naar toe kan lopen zowel naar links als naar rechts met restaurants en bars. Half uurtje rijden naar skigebied siera nevada (erg mooie route) heel dichtbij Granada aan het einde van de gang kun je naar het zwembad (dak) dit appartement bevindt zich op deze verdieping. Het zwembad zag er nu niet echt uit maar we waren er in december. Eigenaar reageert snel

Location très propre et bien située

Petite ville très animée le soir et le week-end le long des cours d'eau. Proximité avec Grenade, la sierra nevada et de nombreux départs de randonnée. L'appartement était extrêmement propre et confortable avec une déco très soignée. Les échanges avec Roberto etaient fluides et réactifs. Le parking est un plus et la piscine permet de se rafraîchir en fin de journée. Au même étage que l'appartement qui est au 7ème avec ascenseur. Très belle vue sur le village et les montagnes.

Joli appartement bien situé !

Apartamento muy recomendable para conocer la provincia de Granada

Nuestra estancia en el apartamento de Roberto ha sido perfecta. El apartamento es ideal para 4 personas, tiene de todo para pasar unos días con todas las comodidades necesarias. Quizá es un poco caluroso en verano (estuvimos la primera semana de agosto) pero nada que no se pueda arreglar con un ventilador. La ubicación es perfecta para moverte por toda la provincia de Granada, desde la playa a Sierra Nevada, todo en un radio de 20 a 45 minutos en coche. La piscina del edificio nos ha resultado cómoda puesto que está a tan solo unos metros de la casa. La plaza de parking también es un plus. Apartamento muy recomendable y Roberto muy atento y amable.

Great place!

The apartment was well located for our Sierra Nevada ski holiday, and also walkable into the charming village of Pinos Genil. There were lovely restaurants and riverside to explore and was a great place to stay for a few days. The host was very helpful, explained everything thoroughly, and was incredibly flexible with our ever-changing plans/timing for arrival. five stars from us!

Location conforme à la description. Appartement très propre et très bien entretenu et au calme ! Accueil très chaleureux du propriétaire . Conseils pour les magasins et les restaurants situés à 200m. Situation proche de la Sierra Nevada (25 kms) et de Grenade (15 minutes en voiture). Nous recommandons cette location car nous avons passé un très bon séjour

Net/verzorgd en zeer compleet appartement in een leuk dorpje, ideale uitvalsbasis voor de sierra nevada en granada. Fijn en ruim terras met prachtig uitzicht. Eigenaar heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam, we wilden graag eerder arriveren dan aangegeven en eigenaar heeft hiervoor snel alles in orde gemaakt.

El apartamento está en una localización excelente a 10 - 15 minutos de Granada, lo que permite visitar Granada con facilidad, ademas de contar con actividades cercanas. Es un apartamento decorado con muy buen gusto, posee unas vistas desde la terraza ciertamente bonitas. El apartamento esta muy bien equipado, no falta de nada (ademas de piscina y barbacoa en terraza) con el plus de disponer de conexión a Internet. Nosotros lo recomendamos a cualquiera, estuvimos unos días visitando a Granada, con ganas de repetir. Sitio especialmente recomendable. Resaltar el buen hacer de Roberto que si ya las cosas son fáciles, con su simpatía y buen hacer hace que sea todo perfecto

Una estancia excelente en un apartamento precioso.

El apartamento está en una localización excelente a 10 minutos de Granada y con muchos lugares y actividades cercanos. Es un apartamento decorado con muy buen gusto y con unas bonitas vistas. Está completamente equipado (no le falta de nada). Nosotros lo recomendamos a cualquiera, estuvimos una semana y fue muy agradable. La piscina y la barbacoa completan un apartamento al que no le falta de nada. No dudéis en ir!

Descriptif de la location très précis. Appartement très propre et très bien entretenu (beaucoup de vaisselle) et très isolé pour bien dormir ! Très grande disponibilité du propriétaire (joignable facilement). Conseils précis pour les magasins (épicerie générale et boulangerie) faisables à pied.Situation idéale pour découvrir la Sierra Nevada (25 kms) et pour visiter Grenade (15 minutes en voiture). Oui, nous recommandons cette location car nous avons gardé un très bon souvenir.
