Helle, ruhige Wohnung mit tollem Balkon und Blick

Wir haben tolle 14 Tage in dieser sehr schönen, gemütlichen Wohnung verbracht und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Sie ist hell und ruhig, die Küche überdurchschnittlich ausgestattet, auch mit einigen Lebensmitteln und Kaffee. Genossen haben wir den Blick und den großen Balkon. Der nette Skiort Madesimo ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichen und bietet alles, was man fürs tägliche Leben braucht, ein nettes Cafe und Restaurants. Direkt hinter dem Haus oder von Madesimo aus gibt es viele Wanderwege. Auch eine Fahrt an den Comer See oder zu dem bezaubernden Ort Chiavanna lohnt. Der Vermieter hat viele Tipps parat.

Petit appartement mais super bien organisé et soigné. Bonnes literies, très propres, bien situés un peu à l'écart de Madesimo à juste à quelques minutes à pied du centre. Paolo super réactif.

Eine gelungene Ferienwoche. Das einzige was wünschenswert wäre ist im Sommer: die Möglichkeit, sich draussen aufzuhalten ausser auf dem kleinen Balkon: einGrillplatz wäre perfekt!!!

Perfect place to stay if you love Italia and mountains! The house is beautifull situated with superb view of the mountains, nice town, walkingtrails, lake Como and Switzerland nearby. The service of the house is also superb: just take your bag and you can live there:) it’s so complete! (Kitchen fully equiped, great beds, washing machine etc etc).

Perfekt zum Wandern und Wohnen

Sehr gute Unterkunft . Modern und urig. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Gute Tipps des Vermieters und gute Wandermöglichkeiten direkt vom Haus aus. Madesimo hat ausreichend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und auch Restaurants , die gut zu Fuß erreichbar sind. Die weitere Umgebung ist sehr gut mit dem Bus zu erreichen. Wir können einen Aufenthalt sehr empfehlen.

Schöne Wanderferien

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dieser Ferienwohnung. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist überdurchschnittlich gut und alles ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Toll sind der große Balkon und der Kaminofen. Es ist sehr ruhig und man kann direkt vom Haus auf Wanderwege und in 10 Minuten in die Ortschaft zum Einkaufen. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Baita "Caterina Solee": un'esperienza splendida!!

Molto accurata la descrizione online. Spazi molto ben sfruttabili, pulizia e nitore ovunque, mobilio razionale e comodo, attenzione ai più piccoli dettagli, dotazioni molto complete di tutto il necessario (ed il superfluo!) sia in cucina (stoviglie, pentolame, dotazioni di prima necessità, tipo olio, aceto, zucchero, spezie...) che in genere (Wifi, caminetto, libri, carte da gioco...). Molto ben sfruttabile anche il bel terrazzo esposto a sud. A circa 1 km dal centro di Madesimo. Gentilissimo e molto efficiente il proprietario. Un'esperienza da ripetere assolutamente.

Ein sehr schöner Urlaub!

Sehr schöne Lage zum Wandern und als tolles Extra die Möglichkeit zum downhill fahren. Der eiskalte Lago Azzurro ist ein Erlebnis zum Baden. Die Wohnung ist wie auf den Bildern dargestellt sauber und gepflegt und im nahegelegenen Madesimo kann man gut essen gehen, aber auch frische und gute Lebensmittel einkaufen. Danke für den netten Urlaub.

Leuk, sfeervol en zeer compleet appartement.

We hebben voor de tweede keer een heerlijke winstersportvakantie gehad in dit appartement in Madesimo. Het is rustig gelegen net buiten het dorp, en op 15 minuten lopen van de skilift. In het appartement is werkelijk alles aanwezig om een fijne en comfortabele week te hebben. Je moet wel goed ter been zijn want het is op de derde verdieping van het pand gelegen en er is geen lift.
